We purchase four light fixtures from Beautiful Halo. Shame on us for not checking the reviews before purchasing.
1. The lights were advertised as industrial metal lights. They were cheaply sponge-painted, plaster.
2. They claimed 3-5 day shipping. It took 4 weeks.
3. Replacement light bulbs are not available in stores. The socket size is "unique" to the fixture.
4. The bulbs were a sturdy plastic variety!
5. They will not take returns. Pay no attention to any return policy. They will not accept return.
By far the worst, most frustrating experience I have ever experienced. I just hope my ignorance can help someone avoid the same.
I really wish i would have saw these reviews prior to ordering from Beautifulhalo. I ordered a fixture from them and similar to others it took well over 2 months to receive and upon arrive not only was it damaged by extremely poor quality. The fixture was $712.42 and it's true Chinese quality, set screws missing, glass cracked, paint chipped, no assembly instructions etc etc... Not only is the fixture horrible, the customer service is even worse. When trying to make a claim I'm now up to over 15 communications with them, they respond with one line at best and won't provide me with the information to get my money back. I've since opened a claim with Paypal. Please don't support this company, you're wasting our money.
Checked sizes several times because it sounded weird. Checked actual $#*!ing measurements of my actual body and ordered based on that. 6 jackets - 2...barely fit, 3 were ridiculously big, 1 ridiculously too small. Asked to return the 4 that didn't fit at all - ridiculous email chain, badly worded, badly punctuated, issues all over the joint, and then the same offer of 5/10/15% refund. Why would I bother, it's only like $25, and I still have these $#*!ty items that don't fit! Won't fall for this $#*! again.
I hate signing up for stuff - I signed up here purely to post this review. That's how bad the site is.
I ordered two tshirts and after reading the reviews I decided to cancel the next day. Their website says you can cancel as long as it hasn't shipped. My order HAD NOT SHIPPED! I emailed customer service 3 times requesting cancellation which was never processed. They kept asking me why I wanted to cancel and then just started sending generic messages saying "please keep and we'll give you 5 % off." I repeatedly said No! Cancel and refund me my money. They kept replying with the same message. It's like a computer is just generating the response. There is no way to contact them by phone. I finally had to dispute it through PayPal and got my money refunded 30 days later! Stay away from this place!
Appears in google and YouTube ads as if an american company. Ordered nasa t-shirt from ad after seeing Joe Rogan wearing one. A month later, their bogus looking "tracking" site shows no update, and replies from company are automated. Probably the worst company on the internet at the moment. Definitely running some kind of scam. Called capital one to get my MF money back. Joe Rogan, burn your nasa shirt in solidarity.
Prices may be cheap but you're better off shopping at Forever 21. Their quality is so cheap and thin. Any white clothing you purchase will be see through even with nude undergarments. I paid extra to get 3-6 days shipping and literally received it yesterday, 3 weeks later. Only good thing I can say about this site is when I emailed them about where my package was, I was promptly emailed back with tracking. And
I wish I had read these reviews ahead of time. I got many excuses s to why my light fixtures were not arriving over 3 months:"Be patient. It's Chinese New Year." "We are out of stock." "It will just take 2 more months." Would not cancel order. Would not refund. Bottom line: No merchandise, no $115. Buyer beware!
I did like the fa t that they had the online chat and representatives responded back immediately. However, all they do is give me a tracking number which says it is still at the original shipment place in china after 30 days... Never again!

My light fixture came in damaged without all of the hardware and absolutely no assistance from customer service. Had I been smart enough to read the reviews I would have never purchased anything from them. Unfortunately, they don't handle the products which come from manufacturers elsewhere. It's too bad because they have some great designs. I am hoping pay pal will get my money refunded.
Avoid this company. I have currently been waiting for three weeks for a light fixture I ordered to be shipped. It has been shown as "pending" since I ordered it. My messages through their online system have not been returned. I tried their live chat system only to keep getting the same message saying that my current wait time was 1 minute. No one every responded through the live chat system. After reading all of these reviews it looks like I may never get this order and will have to jump through numerous hoops to get my money back. Avoid ordering from them. There are plenty other discount websites with good products that have much better customer service. The other products we ordered from other companies on the same day arrived a week ago with no issues.
Never use this company and try and warn as many people as you can. They just take forever to deliver and are not interested in the slightest. Wasted my hard earned money. There should be better laws against this type of foreign trade.
All I asked was for a refund and they asked me why and to send photos of the products. The lace was of poor quality and didn't match picture. Normal GB shops would just refund as long as product still got labels etc. This has taken them 6 days now to even send me a return address which they still haven't. They just ask me to read return guidance. Online chat useless and doesn't understand English. I guess I'll be accepting I've lost my money. Please don't make same mistake! Go somewhere you can trust, that respects it's customers.
Ordered a chunky cardi was very thin and of poor quality photo of original in dark grey and light grey is what I received no comparison now having problems getting my money back don't use this website
Absolutely disgraceful, do not buy from them. Chinese company, who sent me a denim jacket ( 6 weeks after order), which was several inches to small. They expected me to accept 5%, then 10%, then 15% then 20% then 30% refund or send it back at my own cost £35, after which they would deduct their original shipping costs from my refund, which would have left me with approximately a £5 refund after already paying £35 to get it back to them. They said that clothing sizes deviation of several inches different is normal, and they just do their own size. I ordered exactly to their sizing chart, but i cant even button the jacket up. The quality was extremely cheap also, looks great on website, not the reality. Their return policy for cloths does not mention anything about buyer paying return costs or their postage cost being deducted from a refund.
I've had 2 orders which I checked inventory and received an eta before placing. Upon checking status of the eta date I was given, they gave me nothing but invalid excuses for not shipping and then stated the items are out of stock. I wasted 12 weeks trying to get my lights and ended up receiving a credit. They are a China based company which should of been my first red flag. They are also an extremely dishonest company that I recommend avoiding spending your hard earned money on their products!
You can't make this up… my chandelier arrived 6 weeks late and was boxed so poorly that when I opened it all parts dropped out as they were not securely packaged. Further, the arms of chandelier were bent and scratched. The shade, shown in their photo with black trim, literally arrived with black lines drawn on with a magic marker- we could not believe our eyes. The bulbs it needs are are European screw in type that can not be found anywhere.
The company will not return the chandelier because they are in China and only offer a measly 5% discount.
They are crooks who sell very poorly made items.
Charged me an inflated price because it was Halloween season, it came after Halloween, despite me ordering it weeks in advance. They kept trying to offer me $#*!ty little 5% refunds to keep it. So I got sick of talking to them and took the $75 hit and figured I'd write a bad review so other people don't get screwed. Turns out the product says 5 stars on their website and when you go to look further, it says no reviews and doesn't let you write one. Is that legal? Also, a garbage product with terrible measurements.
Received defective lights (completely smashed).
I had paid for delivery insurance and yet they send me an empty box as a replacement.
No refund, cannot pay for return postage as it far exceeds the cost of the items! Just no help from them or Paypal and now in the bin.
Real con merchants and they need to be shut down!
I purchased a light from this company. It took 3 months to get here and although I emailed them several times not once did they help me. They gave me a tracking number that meant nothing. They finally gave me a UPS tracking # but I called UPS and they said they never received the package. People take my advice do not buy from them. Now I have to return it at my cost and hope for a refund.
Always check reviews something I didn't do before hand hope others after me check reviews.

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
