I ordered two identical lamps in September 2021. One arrived fairly soon and I was pleased with it at half price. Ordinarily the lamp would have been £700 and there is no way I would pay that for the quality but with 50% off I was pleased. I was surprised however that only 1 of my lamps arrived when I ordered an identical pair. 2 months later and the second one has not arrived. The online log in service did not recognise the tracking number. Every week for 2 months I have messaged them only to be told it had been shipped and to "please be patient". This week I received an email saying that my second parcel was mysteriously missing and to contact them saying what I will do about this. I requested a refund for the missing lamp, of £350 plus the shipping costs. They have refused and instead keep emailing saying to be patient and it is on its way. When the first lamp arrived the box was totally trashed, like someone had thrown it onto the airplane. Lucky the glass hadn't smashed. Awful company.
I have been waiting for 60 days for a product to be shipped. They claim that it was sent but I don't believe it has been. I keep getting the same excuses about international logistics. Do not buy from this company. They keep offering me discounts but the product itself was never shipped out. It doesn't take 2 months for a ship to come from China.

I recently ordered a dress off of Beautiful Halo's website and was excited at first. When the dress arrived, I was severely disappointed with the product I received. The dress was transparent, the fabric was cheap, and the measurements were not correct. I had measured my body prior to ordering the dress so I knew what size to order and the dress was still too big. It literally looks like a Halloween costume and not an elegant dress as advertised. I emailed the support team to ask for a full refund and they required photos of the dress, packaging, and measurements. After all of that, they rudely responded that if it came in the correct size with no quality issues they do not have to refund my money. Days of going back and forth with this shabby company only for them to take my money. Do NOT recommend this joke of a company at all.
This company is completely fraudulent. What they advertise on their website is all fake and just tricking the online customers.
Not realising that this is a company aboard, I made order of 8 chandeliers with total cost of £1,500.61 which included delivery and insurance. After multiple emails chasing the delivery, only few items arrived 2 months later and when I opened up the boxes, I was in complete shock to find that parts were missing, broken and defective/damaged crystals, electric wires ripped! All dangerous cabling (looked liked someone had wired it at home in a garage!).
I immediately took photos and sent it to there *******@beautifulhalo.com
I made it clear that since the state that the current items are, I don't even want see the others that are yet to arrive. I asked them for my refund based on my rights and they have completely refused to listen or acknowledge my ask as a consumer.
I sent them photographic evidence and once again they haven't done anything about it at all.
I've so far begged them for my own money £1,500.61 and they have not given me back a penny yet!
My next step is to report them to trading standards and also their local police for committing fraud and taking advantage of me.

I ordered a shirt from Beautiful Halo and it arrived after 5-6 weeks. I wish I could say it was worth the wait but what I received was hideous. It cost me £23 - supposedly reduced from nearly £60 but what I got was cheap polyester tat. Given the problems I had receiving the shirt through mail order I didn't even attempt to pursue a refund and instead threw it on the fire as it didn't even deserve a place in my bin! Thankfully it was highly flammable (not a good trait for a shirt I wouldn't have thought) and quickly disappeared up in smoke.
Don't be misled by the one star rating - it was worse than that!
Bought a very expensive light from this company
After 2 months still waiting, they always say it's in transit. After reading all the reviews, which I should have done first, asked for a refund, they said no but luckily I paid through PayPal and received a refund
I ordered 2 Tiffany pendant lights and both came damaged. They make it impossible to deal with anybody directly and the chats consist of them saying we're sorry we'll send you to support and you never hear from them again. Of course they have my money and I have 2 lights that I can't use. I've never had this happen before so it was a very expensive and maddening lesson learned. I had to give a 1 rating because there wasn't a 0 or even a -1.
I am currently trying to return 10 light fittings that are faulty, having blown fuses and light fittings in the house.
To return and get a refund on the over £1000 i spent, i need to ship all 10 from the UK to China, at a cost of £500 and then hope to get my refund.
I basically have to say goodbye to the £1000 and swallow the additional cost to repair all the damage the faulty items have caused.
If you buy from them you can be called the same as me, a mug who didn't read the reviews!
If i could give zero stars i would.
UPDATE 25TH APRIL 2022:
As an update, which will not change my rating, they refused to refund but offered to send 10 new ones, spread across 4 deliveries i got 8.
Same result, I have paid for an electrician to test them all, all failed, next time you look at the wiring in your house, imagine that wire being 1/4 the thickness. The electrician was so honest he refused to take a few hundred pounds to even try and put them up (he and i agreed on that but my wife is persistent). His response was he couldn't live with himself if the house caught fire and someone died.
He took one chandelier to pieces to show us how bad it was, the wires weren't even soldered, they were twisted around the connector and live was touching negative.
The end result is we are getting them fitted, finally, but paying someone to strip all the internal wires, fittings and rewiring them from scratch.
At least my wife gets the chandeliers even if they will cost 3 times what we initially paid for them.
Ordered a chunky cardi was very thin and of poor quality photo of original in dark grey and light grey is what I received no comparison now having problems getting my money back don't use this website
Your reviews saved me from a horrible fate! After ordering my order showed "processing" for a day. I tried to get customer service but, they had no phone number, and when I tried to text them, there was no way to speak to them in English. I became suspicious and looked at the reviews. Wow! I could not believe it! I cancelled my credit card right away.
So, I ordered 2 light fixtures in May 2021. It's September 2021 and I haven't received them. Customer service does return my query's, however, they won't send me new lights or return my money. Looks like they were lost after they left their factory and they take no responsibility…. Leaves me out $360. I'm thinking they never sent them.
Awful company, you'd be less stressed throwing your money on a fire.
Awful, awful, beyond awful. Light was ‘in stock' when we ordered in April, and then delay after delay lead to us trying to cancel in June. They bluntly refused to refund us, saying we would only be given our money back if we returned the item once delivered. The replies were rude and dismissive. After reading the terrible reviews (ha, hindsight eh?) there was no way we were going to send it back and hope to be repaid. We received the item today, 2nd September. It's vaguely like the one described but has no assembly instructions, and various wire supports that weren't on the images on the website, but completely spoil the aesthetic look of the item when hung, and can't be removed.
Please don't buy from these charlatans.
Very bad customer service recived wrong size and when contacted to get refund they want me to pay for return shipping to China. Why should I pay for the mistake they have made very bad customer service and absolutely a scam. I wish I had read the reviews first. Would never order and DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE SCAM COMPANY.
We ordered a fantastic looking light. When it arrived the wiring was an electricians nightmare as it did not comply with Australian Standards. The light was not earthed and could not be used. Trying to communicate with the company was almost impossible because they either did not, or pretended not, to understand English. Ultimately, we just put the light in the garbage and bought locally.
Recently I ordered a purple chandelier. Getting ready for a Halloween decor for the home. The cost was $225 USD and I waited with anticipation so my kids could enjoy the festivities. I received an ugly monkey lamp that was obviously junk from someone's garbage pile. I contacted Halo support and got nothing but Wait, we are contacting our associate, wait we are investigating, wait. Truth is after over a month of fighting with Beautifulhalo they are simply thieves. This seller is located in China and they can cheat the American people out of their money and the Chinese government doesn't hold them to any standard of honesty.
I recommend that you protect your money and do not do business with this seller

I purchased a light and received it quite a bit later. The light was very poor quality and I wanted to return it. They advised me that I am not able to return the item because of the cost to ship it back so they would give me 5% back. 5% is nothing when you don't like the product and you've spent hundreds on it. Stick with buying products made in the U.S.A.
Had ordered a chandelier back in April, received dispatched email in a week time. Now 4 months later, after numerous emails and different promises, decided to claim by money through my credit card company. Just made 120 days deadline for the claim. Informed them that it is going though my bank now, they started to offer me dispatch another one with delivery of 2-4 weeks or refund. Even I had been asking refund for ages and they been sending me details of my shipment. When checked their information ( vessel name on a map), it was completely tosh. Challenged them and they did not come back until started to chase them again.
Never again order anything on Beautiful Halo or Litfad, they offering the same product and shipped from China.
Three and a half months ago I placed an order with this company. I have been contacting them every week asking for an update or whereabouts of my supposed shipment of a light for my bedroom.
I would not have minded if it wasn't $300, but since it looked and showed so well on their web-site, I got drawn-in and purchased, after my wife showed me. I warned her that the company was in China, so we expected a short delay. But over a quarter of a year? This is ridiculous, they keep trying to pacify me telling that the shipment will show up on their notice board once it has reached Canada. I am in business and if any of my customers would have to go through this type of wait, they would be an ex-customer. Totally ridiculous and they just seem to continue taking peoples money(through online orders) without anyone saying anything.
It is about time they get what is coming to them...
The pendant light I ordered arrived many months late and in the flimsiness of boxes (no bubble warp or cushioning). Needless to say, the light was bent and disfigured - and utterly useless. The manufacturing quality also appeared to be poor as the trim was fraying. I wish I'd been smart enough to read the reviews before purchasing. Think I've blown my money!

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
