Long story short. Paid for fastest shipping. Order came extremely late and was the wrong dress. They refused to send return label and wanted me to pay for the return as they said it was "too expensive" for them, but would pay me back for the return shipping. What? Just send a return label then duh! I ended up throwing the very very cheaply made wrong dress away and never got any help from them. #nothingbutanumbertothem #horriblecompany

Yes, they're a cheap chinese distributor. Yes, there is a slight chance you'll get your clothes (if you use their free shipping, count on it being about a 2 month wait). However, know that what you receive will not be your size and will look drastically different than the pictures. And there's no way you're going to get a refund or return the items after they ship.
I purchased around $200 of clothing from them (using paypal luckily) and paid for their fastest (expedited) shipping. They told me it would be up to 5 days of processing, then shipping could take 1-2 weeks. 7 days into their processing I determined I wouldn't get my clothes in time and tried to just get a refund for my order. They began ignoring my request and wouldn't work with me, so I had to make a paypal claim...
This was all for birthday presents, so I just ordered off Amazon Prime and got better quality stuff for about the same price 3 days later.
[UPDATE 9/15/2017] I see they're now copy/pasting the same thing on every review to make it look like their customer service wants to work with you. Something tells me that nobody is going to be receiving their massages, i'm sad to say. Lotta tension built up in this page's shoulders. In celebration of me needing to return to this site to address this comment, here's a screenshot from messaging their customer service ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/l2to7v6u7awu90e/InkedBHDispute.jpg?dl=0) Notice how they disappear on me after I refer to their own policy. Also note that this order wasn't even put together yet... so god help anyone returning something after it ships. I opened the paypal dispute around the 30th I believe and that's when they finally decide to respond by coercing me into 'closing the dispute so that they can refund me'... (see attached pic)
In case you're not up-to-date on PayPal's terms of service, if I close the dispute I can't reopen it and the lock on the funds is removed. It's the #1 way people are scammed by vendors during a dispute. Just Google it.
Please. Don't put yourself through this headache. Just go to Amazon. Or smoke some weed. Or discover the elementary particle smaller than a quark. Just don't get yourself involved with this vendor or their aliases ( takeluckhome.com fichic.com and many others...)
Find the clothes on amazon instead and look at the quality of the verified purchase pictures.
I wish I could give beautiful halo a 0 for a review. I am a full-time college student and also a brand new home owner. My boyfriend and I had been working on the kitchen when we got to the point of deciding on pendant lights. We finally found this cute light on beautiful halo and we both agreed on it. I ordered it Oct. 6th ( about 120$ with 20 of that being shipping approximately) and the money was taken out of my checking Oct. 7th.
I was so excited so once I got the ups shipping information I quickly hopped on the ups website. I did this until October 19th. The message on the ups website had the same message. Basically ups received the information but never the package. So I emailed beautiful halo and was given the same tracking number with a promise the lights would be here in 12 days. Over the next 12 days I checked the ups website and nothing changed as to the package status. So Nov. 1st I emailed ups and ups said the shipping label had been created but that was it. They still hadn't gotten the package from beautiful halo.
So I emailed beautiful halo and went to their site in an effort to just get my. Money back and cancel the order. I was told that because the package was shipped ( according to them and not according to ups) I would have to wait until the package arrived to do anything about it. Below are the last 2 emails sent between me and the company:
Me:
I don't understand how it was sent when I
A. Emailed ups last night and they had never received the package- just the info.
B. Emailed you last night right after that and decided to cancel the order
C. Submitted a ticket over the website last night after emailing ups and you- stating specifically to cancel the order.
I ordered this almost a month ago so I hope YOU can understand my frustration. The money was taken out Oct. 7th and to find out ups hasn't even received them yet is just not acceptable. Shipping was included with cost so there was no reason for this delay. If there was a backorder I should have been notified
Beautiful Halo:
Dear customer,
As you know, the package is on the way to you, we can not call it back now,
The package should be delivered soon, please kindly wait, thank you for your understanding,
Any issues, you can send us email after you receive your package, thank you.
Regards, ( name removed for their privacy)
So besides being told do not email us until you receive your lights, paying for a shipping cost that didn't obviously matter, and waiting a month to get a product I did pay shipping for... it was so frustrating. They had my money for a month and they weren't even trying to discover what happened.
Thank God for PayPal. PayPal let me file a claim then took care of it. Finally today. The day before thanksgiving, we got our pendant lights from Amazon with the money paypal got back for me. October 6th - to November 23rd for 2 lights.
Because I am not complaining about quality of the products just how the business transaction was handled I urge you to heed any stories you hear about any issues like this. Next time it could be your money being blown about in the wind with no regard for you.
Update: 09-29-17 Almost a year later and those lights that beautiful halo said could not be recalled still havent show up to be returned, so obviously they were not being honest when they told me they were already shipped and could not be recalled.
I recently purchased a "steam punk" lamp that was advertised as being made of "pipe". Instead, I received a poorly made cast that was crooked, gold, had a big "China" stamped right in front for everyone to see and seems for the cast mold.
Here's my thread with their support... absolutely mind boggling.

Subject: Return & Refund
Additional information:
This product looks very cheap, unauthentic, is not even straight and definitely not worth what I paid for it. I'm extremely disappointed.

I would like a refund. I have already started a claim with Paypal.
From: Customer Services September 17,2016 05:31 PM
From the photo you sent us, the lamp looks good, no defective, we can't do the refund, hoping you can keep it and close the dispute
From: Lawrence XXX September 18,2016 05:41 PM
Not only is it crocked but it is not made of pipe as advertised. This is a made from a cast and a cheap knockoff. It even says"China" on the front. You didn't even make an effort to hide that. I will not close this until I'm refunded. I've escalated this to PayPal so I'm sure they will take care of this fraud.

You know that there will be light effect and computer screen display effect, so it can not be exactly as it is shown on our website. If you want to return the light, you should pay the return shipping fee, it is also a loss for you, please you consider to keep the item. Thank you.
From: Lawrence XXX September 19,2016 06:39 AM
Please send me an RMA number and an address to return to, so I can get this shipped back ASAP.
From: Customer Services September 19,2016 07:13 AM
Sorry to tell you that we can not provide return service if there is no quality problem.
From: Lawrence XXXX New September 20,2016 07:30 AM
Wow... did you even read your last response "if you want to return the light, you should pay the return shipping fee"? I'm done wasting my time with your company. I will be posting this thread on line and sharing it with PayPal. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Shop elsewhere.
This had to be one of the WORST on line buying experiences I've ever had. EVER! If I could deduct stars from them, I would. I wrote a similar review for their site and of course, they didn't publish it. I ordered 2 chandeliers in 110Volt. Well, I for starters, I got an email stating the lights changed a bit. I looked at the pictured they sent me and said they would be acceptable. It took 2 weeks for the lights to get to me. They came in ONE box. The box when the postal lady delivered it to me apologized and said they see this a lot from the China sellers. The box had NO SQUARE corners left on it. It literally looked like it was rolled from China to my door. There were portions of the arms of the chandelier sticking out of the side of the box and the box had gotten wet and was falling apart. I was expecting another box... I figured two lights, two boxes. NOPE. The box was an odd, misc box that didn't even match what I had ordered. I contacted beautifulHalo and they said to open the box and inspect the product. I did and the lights come in KIT form. No instructions. Also, the amount of packaging was null. I could have crushed up the equivalent of 4 Styrofoam cups and would have had more insulation than what was in my box. I had 16 arms worth of chandelier parts, two center wrought iron spindles, crystals all in one unified box with no division other than plastic baggies around each part that appeared as if it was rolled all the way from China to the US. Parts were damaged, had gotten wet. I called again and they said to fill out a claim ticket. This only puts you into a customer service (no service) loop and you never get to talk to anyone. I said they needed to be returned. They offered to send me replacement parts only. I got to looking at the lights and noticed they were 250volt versions. They would not work in the US anyway. After 14 emails bouncing back and forth, them stating they would need to talk to supervisor, they finally came back and said I could return them if I paid return shipping! WHAT?!?!. Their negligence is going to cost me. I checked into the cost of shipping the 40 pound box back to them and it would have cost me an arm and a leg. The sockets were unique to an overseas configuration, I took sockets and bulbs into several lighting stores and nobody carried anything near this. So, I ended up having to have both lights converted to a 110 volt candelabra socket (16 sockets in all) and rewiring of the lights. It was cheaper than sending them back to China. I also had to do some modifying of the little cups under the candle sticks on the chandelier to get them to be acceptable. All in all, it was a terrible experience.
I hope you like PAIN. This was a very painful experience. The lights were to be hung in our church for a remodel that went on. BeautifulHalo does not care about anything but holding onto your money. The customer is not important. They deserve zero stars and actually NEGATIVE stars.
I ordered from Beautiful Halo about a month ago after reading some favorable and many not-so-favorable reviews on here and other sites. I figured since I was only ordering 3 things and it only cost about $30, I'd give it a try. I ordered a pair of one-size galaxy print leggings, a medium size black tank top, and a small size pair of mermaid leggings.
First, it took about a month to get to me. I understand that they're shipped from China though, and since I live in the US, this is super understandable.
HOWEVER. The one-size leggings are super tiny. They fit me because I'm a size small, but if I was even a tiny bit bigger, they wouldn't fit me. The medium shirt is sized at about a small as well, so thank god I got a medium, but I wouldn't have known that it fit this way had I not read several reviews about clothes being too small. The mermaid print leggings were a huge mistake. The small is just about a double extra small. I couldn't even put them on, and when I got one leg in, I realized they're completely see-through!
Here comes the nightmare: customer service. After reading their review policy, it seems as though it would be OK to return them in exchange for a medium instead, so I emailed a representative. While polite, I got the same generic response as I've seen several people get:
Dear customer,
Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item. The size should be ok if you had referred to the product details and checked the shown measurements for each part. We need some information from you to investigate this issue.
First, please flat the item on the desk or on the floor.
Second, use a tape to measure the item (like bust, waist, hips, length, shoulder parts of it if it has these parts). Then take a picture of each part when measuring it.
Send us those pictures and we will check the size. If they are within the deviation of 2cm, then the size should be ok, it won't be our fault. If not, we will be responsible for that and will offer you an better solution.
Wait for your reply.
Firstly, the English is pretty horrible. Secondly, I did what she asked and sent back pictures of my pants with measurements, showing them that the hip and waist measurements were 20-30 cm LESS than the website said they would be. Instead of agreeing with me since I had photographic proof of this, this is the reply I got:
Dear customer
Thanks for your e-mail.
As we have checked, the size of the pants should be OK, if you measure each parts in a correct way.
And this item is very hot on our website and it is out of stock now.
Plz keep this pants this time, We would like to give you 5% discount and the coupon code (3MSALE) for your next order.
Is that OK?
THIS IS NOT OK. I e-mailed them back asking once more to just exchange the product because the return policy says this is possible, yet they will not work with me at all and keep offering me a 5% discount. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE. It is not worth it for cheap clothes that are basically kid-sized!
