This company sent this disgusting thing in place of the product as pictured. They argued that they wouldn't take a return or if they did, they'd only give 30% back. Do not order from this company. They are disgusting people and will say whatever they have to to get the charge disputed charged back.
It is thinner than most t-shirts and certainly wouldn't hold up as a winter coat the way its marketed.
This company is nothing short of a con. The goods advertised have absolutely no resemblance to the shoddy rubbish that they will send you. They point blank refuse any refunds. This is a front for conning people- do not trust them and avoid them at all costs.
I ordered one pendant light that took months to arrive. Liked it; paid to have it installed; and ordered two more based on a website claim that it shipped from the USA. Not so. After more months, what arrived from China had different colored glass. I asked only for replacement glass; then the stall began. Each week, I was told the replacement glass was being worked on - but I would need to wait patiently. I agree with other reviewers that this company deliberately tries to outrun the PayPal refund date. On the 90th day, I contacted PayPal telling them I was waiting for replacement glass. The company immediately asked me to cancel the PayPal claim - saying they could not send the replacement glass if there was a claim. I kept the claim active and a few days later PayPal refunded me. I wrote to both saying that I authorized a recharge upon receipt of the correct glass. The company again placated me saying I just needed to wait. They had me correspond with a different email. This went on for another 2 months. Finally I was told I would need to pay to return the glass to China before they would send out replacement glass. Evil! I think they should be banned from selling in the US.
I ordered several lights from this company, not realizing it was from China, all came either broken or missing pieces It took over 2 months to receive any item. I never found an area to check reviews on their site or I wouldn't have ordered from here
Do not shop here! The quality is very poor and when my lights came they were broken. They sent me another frame but I had to rewire it myself. I would to rate this 0/5 - horrific quality and service! It looks like dollar store quality - complete waste of my money.

Eventually it arrived - too small (something the majority of their customers complain about) - I told them - they asked if I had seen their size chart - I had. 3XL for 49" chest - the shirt they delivered is a 3XL but has a 47" chest and TOO SMALL for ME!
Asked to return and get my money returned - BUT - it seems its all my fault and they will not return my money.!
This is theft by deception under British Law and if I do not get a full refund of over £33 I will take them to the Small Claims Court - they are FRAUDSTERS - KEEP AWAY
Bought a lamp, cheap quality and very poorly packed. Not cheap to buy, but rubbish. I'd would avoid them
Based on the other posts here, the details of my experience pale in comparison. I ordered a linen top and received polyester. Quality so poor I can't even re-purpose as a cleaning rag! There are plenty of inexpensive online outlets out there that provide quality product and quality service.
I ordered 2 LED lights 26 May 2021 and didn't receive. Order # ******* still not received 16 July 2021. Nice website but, it's a SCAM. Do Not Buy anything from this website or you will lose your money to some China Man Crook. Deserves No Stars
This company sells fake unusable items and refuse to refund you. Advice to all is to avoid at all cost. If, like me, you are a victim of scam by this company, your only chance is to claim your money back through a chargeback dispute that you can raise via your bank or Paypal.
I brought a chandelier from them. Though it was not cheap, I liked the design in pictures. Received the item after 2 months, 99% of the glasses were broken. Terrible customer care, argued with me over emails and after numerous emails and request to either resend replacement glasses via FedEx or refund got declined. Never going to buy again from them. Terrible company.

I ordered two lampshade. It took us 7 weeks to receive just one of it but the other one never arrive. The one we received was SERIOUSE DAMAGED like a GARBAGE. We took photos and send them twice because they reply me "It is hardly to tell what is exactly damaged from the photo you sent.". I was very surprised their reply so I resend them again that defective item. What I request is a refund but they never want to. They keep asking me again and again to ship me the replacement. Come on. I told them we don't need it any more because it was too late for it. Our renovation was finished. We already brought a replacement from other company, but this BeautifulHalo's Customer Support Team's ignore my request still reply me they WILL arrange the reshipment of the replacement. OMG! That made me feel like they don't want to make a refund for me.
About the other lampshade which I never receive. I request a refund also but they kept reply us:
"ALL ITEMS WERE DELIVERED. Since the local logistics company did not update the information, please contact the local post office for more information. Or you can check at local post."
There is no courier name, no tracking number for me to follow although I request those information. They looks like don't want to make me the refund too.
Never ever shop in this company again. That is too many hours and mails involved to deal with this customer support team regarding this order.
My order was not complete. I finally received the antler that my chandelier was missing and I am furious!
The antler is broken beyond repair. I ordered this chandelier last year (November 2020) and have had nothing but troubles.

I have been going back and forth with them about missing parts for a light fixture for over 18 months. Still do not have resolution and have a light that I cannot hang. Now, I want to send it back and they are simply asking more questions even though I have supplied pictures, written descriptions, more pictures etc. The language barrier is incredibly difficult.
It seems that this company has mastered the art of false advertising; I ordered a formal wear waistcoat from this site, and they sent me something out of the 1970's drug-fueled disco scene. I decided to seek a refund, and they really tried to give me back 10% of my purchase as if that would appease me. I am normally quite reserved when it comes to direct conflict, but I plan to confront this company and hopefully stop other people from being scammed.
Ordered eight wall sconces from their website five of the eight showed up 12 weeks later than expected as we paid a premium price for expedited shipping. Three of the five were completely broken the remaining three we're apparently sent back to the shipper for an in accurate address not sure how that happens they were all ordered at the same time?. Told that if I wanted them resent I would have to re-pay shipping costs. Although the company has been responsive to every email and quite quickly and they did reimburse us 30% of our purchase price we still only have two of the eight originally ordered lights and based on their value and the missing ones were about $900 in the hole. We are waiting to see if this company resolves but our confidence is low.

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
