Placed an order from a drum light. Took almost 2 months to receive 1st order. Then arrived crushed. They sent replacement also crushed. BOTH TIMES ZERO PACKING MATERIALS... BOTH TIMES ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED. NOT USEABLE &THEY ARE NO LONGER COMMUNICATING AS I'M REQUESTING a REFUND. Save your money and time buy local. If I could give a zero star I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I ordered a $350 light from them and when it arrived it looked so cheap and nothing like the light from the website. It was horrible. I would never hang the light they sent me. I've emailed them over and over about the light and they have yet to respond. DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY!

I wish I could give a MINUS zero star if it were possible!
I ordered an eighteen inch (18») vanity light from this company. On the site it says the light comes in three (3) different sizes. When I tried to place the order I couldn't check a box for the appropriate size that I wanted. I contacted them via chat and asked about that, and I was told to send a note with my order to specify the size I wanted to order!

It took two (2) months for my order to arrive. When I opened the box to my surprise they shipped me a sixteen inch (16) stubby light vs the eighteen inch (18) light that I ordered. When I contacted them about this, it was then I was told that this item only comes in one (1) size!

I contacted them and, their only offer is for me to keep the item at a reduce price or, I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM TO THEM!

It would appear this company is notorious for the bait and switch tactic. They are falsely advertising their products and then they want to hold the customer liable for it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered back in March of 2021 two nautical lamps for $300. They arrived the end of May 2021. No packaging or wrap to protect the product. The product has poor electrical parts, cord, shade and material. These lamps are not worth $150 each... More like $39 each! There customer service responds quickly, but they do not accept returns or refunds. I'm stuck with two lamps and I'm out $300 dollars. Don't buy from China!

After a lengthy wait I received a pendant fixture. The glass had bubbles and was poorly constructed. The socket was improperly constructed and would not power the bulb. After a lengthy request that I delete the Pay Pal dispute and provide photos of the issues, they agreed to provide replacement parts. These never arrived. I ultimately threw it away. I'll never buy here again and encourage you to not make the mistake of buying from this company.

I was drawn to the beautiful unique light fixtures. Well priced. Paid via PayPal. The only smart thing I did. 7 months later they had my money and I was missing the expensive fixtures. You can only communicate via email with them. Their usual response? " Have patience." They closed their business supposedly for 3 months to celebrate Chinese New. Years. And when 6 months were passed, they advised me ( after 5 months of twice weekly emails from me regarding missing/unshipped fixtures) " too late for refund. Goodbye". Fortunately for me, I was in communication with PayPal prior to the 6 months cutoff. Sent the emails and Canada post confirmations (or lack thereof). PayPal not only refunded fully the money owed me for goods not received, shipping, duty/taxes and insurance... but refunded me my entire payment because of their unethical and lazy nasty communications.
If you are still wanting a product, go through PayPal. And make sure if you have any delays or problems, get them in the loop immediately. Even if PayPal tells you to continue to work with company. Tell them you want the file opened so you have recourse.

Beautiful Halo stole my money!

I waited 3 months to receive a light fixture with a with a missing bracket. When I asked them to send the bracket I had to provide photo proof. I waited 3 more months to receive screws instead of the mounting bracket. After sending them the instructions that I had to download from Amazon's site because they were also missing from the shipment to show them the missing bracket, they told me they were shipping it. They also told me there are no returns or refunds, which is not stated anywhere on the website or at checkout! When I inquired about the status of the missing part 6 weeks later they told me to use expanding screws to attach the fixture to the ceiling per the instructions... instructions say to use mounting bracket!

We order some lights for them that didn't ship for 4 months when we emailed to cancel the order they all of a sudden decided to ship them. The lights are such poor quilts that a electrician wouldn't even install them. They said they would give us are money pack if we paid for shipping. So I payed $400 for return shipping and now they have arrived back here in Canada. This is a total scam company! Be ware!

What an ABSOLUTE JOKE! Completely inaccurate website description of the light I ordered. After having to send them about 1,000 pictures of every label on the outside of the box and every part inside the box, they agreed they sent the wrong light. Here's the fun part- they are refusing to pay for return shipping and even better they stated that after they receive the item back, they will then deduct the original shipping fees they paid to their shipping vendor from MY REFUND! This is 100% company error and yet here I am expected to ship a large item to CHINA and then have even further deductions made to my refund. This is completely unacceptable. I wish I had read reviews of the company before I purchased from them. I only hope I can help someone else to not make the mistake I made - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW GREAT OF A DEAL YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING! It's a complete SCAM!

Never Arrived

I bought a light fixture March 17th, two months later it still hasn't arrived. They gave me a discount but every time I checked with FedEx they never received it. They kept telling me two weeks. When I finally cancelled they said it was delayed in customs. I still think it is on a boat in the middle of the ocean. I'm just thankful I used PayPal.

Just about the worst experience with an online retailer one can imagine. The fixture arrived nearly two months after ordering in a box that was mostly crushed. The light itself suffered minimal cosmetic damage so I went ahead and installed it.

Of the three lights, one was a dead short, one had no connection, and one worked. The dead short nearly cost us an electrical fire.

Connecting with customer service via email was joke. I made a video of detailing the problems with the wiring and they claimed not to be able to view or download the video on YouTube, a shared Google Drive, or as an attachment via email. I was given the run-around for weeks and offered 'solutions' ranging from how to properly screw in a lightbulb (literally) to asking which shade was broken so the 'warehouse' could be notified.

Unadulterated scam. Stay away.

I usually review companies before I purchase something, but this one seemed legit and I was in a hurry! Lesson learned... Ordered lights in March, still waiting on them and like someone else said, I think the boat sank! Just filed a dispute through Paypal for my money to be returned... I must admit, this is the second time to order something from China, I really need to pay attention on future purchases!
Do not purchase anything from this company! Or china!

Ordered a £45 "Tiffany" lamp from Beautifulhalo and after 6 weeks, the tracking number that was issued, appeared to reveal the same message, "Item not received yet." Fortunately, because I paid by PayPal, I was able to open a PayPal "Claim/Resolution," and because their advisor could see for himself that the seller was anxious for me to close the case by offering ever increasing discounts, plus no movement of "tracking," he immediately issued a full refund. ADVICE: Check companies on Google - see if there are any negative comments, but ultimately, if you are unfortunate enough to get trapped into one of these "hooky" Chinese companies and all goes pear shaped, at least if you paid by PayPal, you won't lose out.

I paid a extra £9 to get something delivered in 15 days it took 45 days same as not paying extra. They refused to give the £9 back. My advice there ok if you dont need it quick but dont pay extra for delivery its a con

Scam company
April 10, 2021

I ordered a light fitting which arrived with missing parts.

Requested to return and get refund as it was of poor quality and not as described ie missing parts.

Told me I need to return the item at my cost which would not get refunded even though it is their error.

Do not buy from this company they have zero customer service and like other reviews send out incomplete products that aren't useable and refuse to refund.

The website is very misleading, it took twice as long to arrive as expected, the packaging is minimal (definitely not "exquisite" as advertised) and the item I ordered is a cheap piece of tat from china. The customer service is a joke and rude to boot. Don't waste your money.
