The item purchased was a complete piece of junk. 8 emails back and forth and they still refused a return. PayPal has filled a case against the company.

I paid for a ceiling light in March 2020, receiving a wall light in June. I have complained, but will not refund and after 6 promises to send the correct one still have not received and am £130 out of pocket. Use a local based company, this is a scam. They take the money but do not deliver!

Close this company down. Ordered a light 3 months ago and this has not even been shipped. Complete scam. They provide a tracking number with no item tracked. Have contacted PayPal for a refund as the company refuse to cancel the order.

I ordered a floor lamp and it arrived 3 months later broken. They are not willing to pay return shipping and offered me $10.00 off! If I want to return it they say I have to pay cost to ship back to China AND pay the original cost they paid to ship it. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company!
Save yourself the headache and DO NOT PURCHASE! The quality is terrible, the Tiffany style lamp shade is plastic and the rest is just CHEAP!

I would give them zero stars if I could. This is not a legit company. They will scam you of whatever you might purchase. Firstly I was charged twice for the same item, they issued me a refund for the second 'accidental' double charge. Then I sent back my item for a refund in November 2020 and it is 4 months later and they claim they are waiting to confirm... confirm I don't know what, they won't say. I have postal confirmation that the package was received in November, and they just keep telling me to 'wait'. Wait for what? Until I forget and don't want to bother contacting them anymore? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I had researched the 'company' before buying form them, I neve would have bought anything from them if I had known.

The clothing size are for either children, not American adults. They are probably sized for a thin Chinese person. I ordered 3 items. The 1st parcel was a leather jacket that was a 3x but it would most likely fit a child. After arguing they went from 8% refund to 25% refund and I keep the jacket. Now I have to try and sell the lowest quality item I have ever see. The 2nd parcel was to be a hoodie and a t shirt. Over a week after the 1st parcel arrived the 2nd one came without the T Shirt. When I e-mailed them, they just told me I had got 25% back so I wouldn't be getting the T Shirt. I was never told that and I am still going back and forth with them. This company is a scam, crooks, liars and thieves. They know you won't return anything because you have to send it to China and you will never hear about it again and you lose your money, the item and the shipping. Please, what ever you do. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I thought I'd update since it's been a while. I never got the T-Shirt. They said they sent it but almost 4 months and no T-Shirt. And they backtracked on refunding me any percentage of my money. They told me I could send it back to China and they would make the adjustments. Well, I'm not sending anything back to China, a communist country, who would just claim they never received it and it would cost more to ship it back then what I think the product I got were worth. So, I'm still stuck with them and hoping someone might give me a few dollars for it.

I was forced to give one star to be able to write a review, but they do not even deserve that. THEY ARE STRAIGHT OUT CROOKS, PEOPLE. They take advantage they are in China to get away with murder. I purchased a particular light fixture and received a completely different one, with the pieces loose in the box and no instructions. They refuse to deal with it and offered me a 10% compensation for my efforts, BUT NO REFUND. Lesson learned. I will not buy anything else directly from China anymore. CROOKS!

I placed an order 3 months ago and still haven't received it. Customer service gave me a useless tracking number that hasn't been updated in over two months. It's sickening that companies are crooked and steal.

Beautiful halo is a scam site. I learned my lesson i will see if i get anything back from my credit card. I wish i could put a negative rating on it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They will delay delivery and never give you a refund even when they've agreed to. Awful company. Poor quality merchandise.

Ordered what I thought would be a great gift for my father in law who is a retired Sergeant Major in the US Army. He was very excited about the jacket when he saw it until he tried it on. It was not the size the tag stated and it did not fit him at all. Contacted the company and they stated
"Dear customer,
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the item.
However, if we send you the correct size and they do not have any quality problems,
We would not provide the return service. Please understand.
Regards,
Customer Support Team"
I will not use this company ever again and suggest no one else does either.

Save yourself some aggravation and dont order from this place. Ordered 5 swimsuits around june and was told 2 week delivery. Received one of the five in september and wrong size. 1 star is too high a rating for beatiful halo.

Wish I had checked their reviews. My lamp arrived 2 months after it was ordered and it was broken. I paid through PayPal and I had agreed with a 25% refund and BeautifulHalo would send replacement parts. After I received what I agreed to I would close my PayPal case. Then BeautifulHalo said I have to close my claim first. Changing the terms of the agreement. I let PayPal settle the matter. Now I HAVE TO PAY the return shipping to get a refund. I ADVISE EVERYONE do not buy from this company. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I have ever had!
