They are the worst

I ordered an 'antler' chandelier from them. It arrived with 4 broken limbs. It appeared to have been packaged by a child. My first attempt to reach them resulted in no response so I filed a dispute with AMEX. It was at this point that I saw their 900 terrible reviews. The dispute was resolved in my favor (at least so far). After filing the dispute, they responded to a second email. They told me that they would replace the 4 broken pieces IF AND ONLY IF I ended the dispute. Based on their reviews, this seemed like a bad idea. I just wanted a decent product but it seems that providing quality is not a priority (or even an option) with this company. They seem pretty 'scam-ish' to me. Don't use them.

I emailed them prior to placing my order asking if returns would be an issue. I was assured they would not be. Once receiving my order after a 2 month wait, it was not as expected. Their customer support team then refused to accept a return on the jacket I had purchased. Super shady, avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please see the photos below regarding my purchase. I am told that i am responsible to ship the lamp back at $73.13 in shipping costs to get a $158 refund. I have filed a claim with PayPal and now Bank of America for fraud.

Ordered a light fitting - what arrived bears no resemblance to what was ordered (see photos). It is extremely poor quality.
Have asked the company to accept responsibility and refund me but they refuse.
Clearly this is a scam set up to take money and then say they have no obligation for representing products accurately.
Please avoid - you will not get a usable product and they will refuse to refund.
If the situation changes in future I will amend this review!

STAY AWAY FROM BEAUTIFUL HALO

They do not honor their return policy even if they sell you clothing with the stitching falling out. I attached a photo of just one example out of many. They told me to keep the shirt and take it to a local tailor. They then offered me a 20% discount to keep the shirt. When I asked for a 50% refund they stopped responding. I am not sure what is going on now. Totally fraud rip off of a company. Stay away from them.

Do not shop here! The quality is very poor and when my lights came they were broken. They sent me another frame but I had to rewire it myself. I would to rate this 0/5 - horrific quality and service! It looks like dollar store quality - complete waste of my money.

This place is a rip off

Do not spend your money on this site, they will totally rip you off. I purchased a light fixture from here for 55.66 and it did not have all the accessories, and it had a bug stuck in the tape inside the box upon receiving it. I returned the item on 09/10/19 and still have yet to receive my money back. With no return messages no response what so ever.so they have the item back and my money as well. This place is a total rip off.

Do not use them

Wrong item sent then keep offering discount on price. Starting at 5 and moving up to 20%.
The item sent was a female item even though male was ordered. First picture what was i received second what I ordered.
Site needs taking down
Offered 30 % finally and paypal gave me a refund.
Item on other sites also. All from China. Avoid

After a month, the merchandise arrived: The shipping box was damaged. Flimsy Styrofoam packing material inside the box was broken into pieces. Merchandise (an antique copper fan lamp) was broken in at least two places, raw electrical wires were sticking out of one section, there was no cord or plug on the lamp, the lamp contained no base. I should have checked reviews prior to ordering, and I hope that most future customers are savvy enough to do so.
After several attempts to have money returned to my credit card, I have finally turned the matter over to my credit card company.

I ordered a chandelier from them, because it was the same chandelier that Pottery Barn sold (same exact picture, too) and I thought that maybe they sell seconds. What arrived was a cheap knock off of the one in the picture. Duct tape on the rope, not wire, a thin tube instead of a "wine barrel" band, a tweaked lighting arm. I tried to return it and they don't respond. Just know that. If you are okay with a knock off, that's totally fine. But they don't take returns, even thought they have a "policy" on their website. Also they are based in Singapore and the customer service reps are not fluent in English.

Use PayPal because that's the only way you'll ever get your money back. Attached confirmation I purchased from this site and got a refund from PayPal bc this website is a sham. They just keep saying they'll ship and never do. I got four different responses in a day.

Total scam. Item arrived damaged. They offer u to keep it for a 5% discount, then 10%, then 15%. They accuse you of damaging it then say you ordered the wrong size. Still no refund. Disgusting company. If you can call it that. It's a scam. You can't contact anyone. Stay away. Trust me!

Same story here. Ordered 2 light fixtures that took 2-months to ship and arrived dented, scratched, and even red paint on them. I demanded a full refund and and return label. They offered a 5% refund and said I "need to keep them due to shipping costs". Also said they must have been damaged due to "long-distance shipping". Right - splattered in red paint from shipping. No idea they were in China and ship on a boat.

Stay away. I am disputing with credit card company.

Oh - and 3-days after our credit card charge, our card was compromised and a series of charges occurred. Definitely breached from this crappy site and FRAUD company.

Do not order anything from this company. They are difficult to contact, do not take responsibility for mistakes and are unwilling to take returns or give refunds for incorrect products. They have wall sconces listed as "battery powered" when they actually need wiring. The company claims I made the mistake and refuses to compensate me. Just checked, the website still has the incorrect description. I am very disappointed.

Broken chandelier incomplete order
June 17, 2021

My order was not complete. I finally received the antler that my chandelier was missing and I am furious!
The antler is broken beyond repair. I ordered this chandelier last year (November 2020) and have had nothing but troubles.
They agreed to a refund but never refunded! $250.47 still due me

Never received my orders they took my money and shipped whatever to a po box. Avoid this company. I do not have a po box. My post office in my town said they scam like that all the time. I did order after seeing their ad on Facebook.

Purchased 2 sweaters, both listed as "one size" and with published dimensions. Both were exceptionally small and after asking what options I had, was asked to take multiple detailed measurements with pictures which I did. All dimensions well below their item's description. They then said "hope you can use them" and offered no solution. Worthless computer generated responses to legitimate concerns. Will never buy again.

Useless!

Ordered 2 tops. One came after 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for the other one. When you contact them they keep you hanging on then say it's on its way. Tried to return first top and get a refund but they kept saying why doesn't it fit? Did you look at size chart etc? Useless, would not order from these again.

Can't believe this company can exist! Cheap, shoddy merchandise. Will offer only 8% of your cost if you want to return... and YOU pay shipping costs! Seriously? Sizing is for adolescents, maybe!
