After placing my order on 09-24-23, i read on the website i placed this order on, ships within 3 business days.i receive the item 19 days later, now with this being too late, i choose to make a return and i am expected to pay the shipping fee for the mistake and misleading this establishment caused. So now i am paying for it to be shipped to me and returned, I had also tried calling to speak to someone about this matter and was told, there would be a 2-3 hour wait time to speak to someone. There is something very shady about this place, and i would not recommend doing any purchase from them. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have been a member of Sam's Club for a few years now. I enjoy the in-store savings on a lot of the products. But during Christmas i shopped on-line for a mini fridge. It looked like a good deal, great price. But after receiving the item. There were a few dents throughout the fridge, also the fridge does not get cold enough to be of much use.

I love the items they have on the site, i have ordered lots of beach decor from here. And have never been disappointed. Great quality products, affordable prices.

I truly feel the board of health needs to give this place a visit. This establishment is so unsanitary and just plain out right filthy. The floors, the restrooms, the machine areas, you will totally feel it as soon as you walk in this place. Not to mention the things you see. And they service food & drinks as well. (very scary) imagine that.it was once a nice place to go. But that all changed after a transition took place a while back. And it was sold to someone else. I just say steer clear. But if you do visit this place be careful. I also would like to say the machines are mostly broken, each one has some type of problem going on, that never gets addressed.

I love shopping with lakeside collections. The site has really affordable prices on over 90 percent of the items. Also a big selection to choose from. Then my orders always ship very quickly. This has been a big help over the years during the holidays. Getting what i need at a fair price, quickly. I recommend everyone to check it out. You will be glad you did for sure,

I made a purchase of a Plush Long Robe online, later received a e-mail stating the item i not available. So i call customer service spoke to a person by the name of Tonya. She reprocessed my order saying it will arrive by nov 17th. All the while trying to sale me a bra (which i had no interest in purchasing) a few days later, i receive yet another e-mail stating "item is no longer available". I dont understand why at the time i purchased the item, it was showing available on-line and at a discount? Then again when talking to customer care? But just continues to become unavailable after only a few days of placing the order. Needless to say i will never receive this item.and can not understand why i was not aware of this in the first place. I feel like it is a waste of time for me to keep getting the run around on a item i will never get.

Do not spend your money on this site, they will totally rip you off. I purchased a light fixture from here for 55.66 and it did not have all the accessories, and it had a bug stuck in the tape inside the box upon receiving it. I returned the item on 09/10/19 and still have yet to receive my money back. With no return messages no response what so ever.so they have the item back and my money as well. This place is a total rip off.
