DONT DO IT

Ordered lights from this company. When I received them they were not what I had anticipated from the pictures. I have been trying to return them for a few weeks now. I submitted a ticket which they say they respond in 24hrs to. They didn't respond after 4 days so I tried the live chat button. They told me to submit a ticket and they would respond in 24hrs. I told them I did that. She said maybe I should review the return policy and email customer service. The return policy is contact them with in 7 days. I did. I submitted another ticket and said this is my second ticket please respond. They did respond and we have been corresponding for 10 days. They say the shipping will be too expensive hopefully I will decide to keep the light. I say no, I want to return. They say how about a 5% discount. I say no, I want to return the light, they say shipping for me will be so expensive how about a 10% discount. I say no. I want the address to return the light. They have yet to give it to me. Just one line responses every 12 hours...

I PURCHASED A 24" CEILING FAN FROM THIS COMPANY AND RECIEVED A 36" FAN I EMAIL THE COMPANY EXPLAINING THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE GOODS A 36" FAN NOT 24" AS ORDER I WAS EMAILED BACK UNDER THERE RETURN POLICY I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN BACK TO CHINA AT MY EXSPENCE BY LAW WHEN SOLD WRONG GOOD YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE THE COST OF RETURN THEY EMAILED BACK AND SAID RETURN COST WAS DOWN TO ME THEN THEY OFFERED ME A 15% REFUND IF I KEPT THE FAN TOLD THEM I WANT TO RETURN ITEM AT THERE EXSPENCE AND RECEIVE FULL REFUND I CAN ONLY WARN FUTURE BYERS TO STAY WELL CLEAR OF BEAUTIFULHALO ANY MIS-SOLD GOOD YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU THE SAME RETURN POSTAGE WOULD COST ME £60 00 COST OF FAN £114.00 TOTAL SCAM

My best friend ordered from this website awhile back for christmas. She was really excited because she found cute clothes that she was going to wear to school, and i was like "yeah wooo!" about 2 weeks after christmas, she texted me and was like "dude my clothes still aren't here?" (she ordered december 16) to me that was odd because her mom paid for expedited shipping. After the shirts (one never came at all) came in, she called me over and said "do you want them? They don't fit me even though i sent in my measurements." as they don't fit me either, i think this is ridiculous. My best friend spent her money for a christmas present and first, she didn't even get it on time. Second, most things didn't fit and one never even came. Her mother told me she tried to get in contact with customer service and they would not give her a refund because the refund had to be within 15 days of ordering. Well, the order didnt even come until about a month later? They offered her a 20% coupon on their next order, which they did not take. After the mother's researching about this website, she found out that they PAY PEOPLE TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS! I guarantee most of the "good" reviews on here are not sentimental. PLEASE do not waste your time and money with this website as they are scammers and just want your money! Please read the negative reviews before you decide to make a purchase.

Still waiting

Placed order 15th june. But still waiting for my purchase. Its now 4th august. Emailed countless times, and they just send a tracking guide that states in transit constantly.

SPENT $179 at this website... keep that in mind almost $200.

I wanted to order the clothes so it would arrive for my trip. I get a response that it will be arriving on the 3rd, that's fine I leave by the 6th.

The shipment is late. 5 DAYS LATE. Never promise or state anything that isn't going to happen, people get disappointed. When the package arrived, nobody was home because we're out for the trip.
APPARENTLY THAT'S OUR FAULT.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STATES THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE AND THEY WILL DESTROY THE CLOTHES. SO NO REFUND. PLUS PAY ANOTHER 13.10 FOR RESHIPING FEE.

WHAT KIND OF $#*!ING NONSENSE IS THIS?
SCAM, NO GOOD BUSINESS. I HATE THIS DAMN WEBSITE. I HATE THEM I HATE THEM.

PEOPLE WORK VERY HARD FOR THEIR MONEY, UNLIKE THEM, SCAMMING EVEYONE.

Same as everybody else. Paid for fast shipping, took them 8 days to process the order to ship. They claimed that they sent it to USPS on May 25th, the tracking number shows that it arrived on the 29th. I imagine if you don't care about the length of time something will take to arrive this is fine.

My wife got fed up waiting and ordered the same item from another company on the 26th and it arrived on the 29th. I ordered on the 21st from this company and will be lucky if i get it before June 1st. I have had the same conversation with their customer support, and it appears that they don't care much, just the standard copy paste info:

For super saver shipping method, it'll need about 20-25 days ( free if order is above 30 dollars); standard shipping needs 15-18 days or so; while for expedited shipping, it'll only need 7-10 days.
This is our delivery time, please have a look
Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Before it's shipped out, we also need time to process. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipmen

I had purchased a knit cardigan from this website, the next few days I had changed my mind about the purchase and decided to cancel my order before it shipped out. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to cancel the order- which didn't really cancel anything but put in a request to cancel it? The response that I got was "Dear Customer, Would you keep the order. It is under processing, we will ship it to you soon."
THEY TOLD ME TO KEEP THE ORDER.
I was so irradiated at this point that I gave up on it and would see how the cardigan looked when I got it in the mail. 2 weeks later, I received this gray plastic package with my name on it.
'Weird, what's this?' I thought.
When I opened the bag, I realized it was the cardigan, which I thought was odd because not only did it not have a shipping label with the company's name on it (it had this random address from China), It did not have the receipt for the order as well. So I try it on, and it was most defiantly not a One Size fits all. Not only did it not look like the image that was shown on the website, but it was too small and the fabric was incredibly itchy. I was hoping to just return it and get my money back but like I said, a order receipt was not even provided for me. This website is beyond shady and I feel idiotic for taking a chance with it and not properly doing my research about it first. So I hope this will keep any one of you readers from buying products that Beautiful Halo provides. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!

I have honestly never experienced anything like this, I ordered two large ceiling lights and the package was shipped to the UK. However, even though there were builders at my house EVERYDAY, they couldn't deliver and it was in a warehouse 10 miles away from my home and I was told to go and collect it. Impossible considering I don't have a car and wasn't forking out for a taxi. I asked for it to be redelivered NUMEROUS times over the course of a MONTH - a seemingly simple task, however this proved impossible.

The items have now gone back to the company and I have asked for a full refund, I never received the items and have had to wait FOUR MONTHS for this to be refunded.

I HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD THAT THEIR WAREHOUSE HAS DESTROYED ONE OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED SO THEY'RE UNABLE TO REFUND ME!?!?!?

I'm appalled. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Ok, not that bad

I was looking for sweaters online and stumbled upon BeautifulHalo. I saw a lot of reviews saying it wasn't good, don't do it, absolutely terrible. Honestly, my experience wasn't that bad.
I got my sweaters one day late, which doesn't bother me but i can see how it might upset someone. I don't see anything wrong with the sweaters, but I only just got them so after I wear them around a while, I see. The quality wasn't great, which I guess I should of expected, but thats not a bother to me (but again I see how it would be to someone else.)
My only complaints:
1.The costumer service was super unprofessional. As an example, instead of writing "please", I would see "plz" or "pls".
2. I was given a tracking website with a tracking code, but the website was in Chinese, so I couldn't read it or know when my clothes would arrive.
In conclusion, if you are considering buying from here, I would say give it a shot, but at your own risk. Seeing all the really bad reviews on here, you might want to be careful. I might of just gotten really lucky with my order...
