To sum up my long story about my terrible experience with beautiful halo. Worst product ever, when it did finally arrive! Buyer Beware! Zero Stars!
I'll keep it short... Read the reviews, this 'company' is as shady as they come. AVOID unless you enjoy giving your money away.

I Ordered a $260 light from them it took 3 months to arrive and when it did it wasn't a assembled working light, and it was badly damaged. I emailed them about supplying the broken parts wich they said they would resend (over 3 months now again) then they said they would refund me $5. (I never got that either)

You may try your luck, but look at the reviews - in most cases product either does not come or comes damaged - you will NOT be refunded. Stay away,
They did'nt send any sms to follow my order only by email i thing they are Fraudsters too much late i am waiting more than two month!

On 5/23/2020 I ordered a sweatshirt and two t-shirts for a June 26th birthday gift. Once ordered the site said it would ship in 3-5 business days. On 6/16 I inquired about the order and found it still hadn't shipped so I cancelled the order through email. On 6/17 I received a response offering a 5% discount if I kept the order. I declined and requested again a refund. On 6/21 I received a second email offering a 10% discount. I declined and again requested a refund. On 6/24 I received an email that a refund of $78.18 would be credited to my account within 3 days. On 6/27 I received an email that the order had shipped on 6/19 and due to the virus there was a delay, there would be no discounts offered. I checked the tracking number and it has been sitting in California since the 19th but has never been received by the shipper or USPS. I have ordered other items from other companies and they have all arrived within a reasonable amount of time. So now it's July 5th and nothing has shipped, been received or been refunded. This company is not legit.
The lamp was late but it did arrive. As pictured. It's very beautiful and delicate. Takes an odd size bulb but I love it! Thanks MDepew

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!

All the order have it's processing time and shipping time, when the processing have been finished, there is a strict inspection before packing to makesure all the products in good condtion to ship, and we did pack those light fixtures you ordered firmly, never expect the physical collision that under the shipping that occurred that mistake.
