The clothes I got look like they came from the dollar general. Maybe worse. I spent $75 bucks on 3 items and all three were trash.
Had so much problem with castomer service!. Lights are fulty they do not work which I lost aproxmilitly £300. One Lights came completely different then others. Please do not get attracted with the pictures and the policy. They should not be allowed to deal with customs in the UK. UK SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO HAVE BUISNESS LICENCE.
My order took 4 weeks to come and then they refused to return it after it did not fit based on the listed measurements matched.
I ordered and payed for product I never received. They keep saying its on its way. THESE ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. THIS COMPANY IS FROM CHINA. THE WEBSITE LOOKS REAL BUT IT IS A SCAM>
I waited FOUR WEEKS for my two items to be delivered, two weeks after I ordered my items still said processing so I emailed them and they said the website juts hadn't updated yet and that it had indeed shipped. When I checked on it later that day it said shipped, so that was fine. But another week went by and I emailed them again and this time their representative used words like "u" and "plz" instead of the real word, what kind of $#*!ty communication is that?! They informed me that it was out for delivery. ANOTHER week passed and I was ready to ask for my money back today but it arrived, and of course the pants that I got aren't the right size even though I am an M in everything I ever buy. But I'm not even going to bother with attempting to return them from what I've seen other people write about trying to return items, I'll just pass them onto a friend I guess. I informed them in another email that I will never be using their trash company ever again and I will let everyone else know not to as well and that they're the worst company I have ever ordered from. Their response? "Thanks for letting us know." Screw you guys.
I ordered two sweaters but I only received one! Can you imagine that... anytime I Emailed them no body got back to me lol
You will have to fight tooth and nail to get what you ordered and when it arrives don't expect it to be in good condition. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering. AVOID AT ALL COST.
I placed an order on Feb 2nd and it literally got here yesterday, April 9th. That's, count it, NINE WEEKS. It's not even winter any more I couldn't wear these sweaters even if they weren't $#*!. They also called me twice telling me an item wasn't in stock and they were replacing it with another item. The first time I told them, fine, if it's just another color, go ahead. The second time I asked if I could get a refund for that item instead and she HUNG. UP. ON. ME. Both of these calls happened at 8 am, when I was asleep and not coherent enough to argue these things further. I suspect they did that on purpose.
Anyway I was about ready to give up on these ever getting here until yesterday, when they finally appeared and I thought okay I guess it turned out fine, since I did get sweaters in the end. NO. I was wrong. Every item is apparently made for someone 4 feet tall. They only come down to under my ribs. Every other measurement fits fine. I don't understand how or why you would make sweaters like this. They're also incredibly scratchy and smell awful, and one that was advertised as pink is actually a mix of yellow/brown/white.
TLDR: Don't do it. Save your money and your sanity.
The main reason I will never buy from this website again is because I realized after the fact that many of the images they advertise with are stolen from other clothing websites. For example, i recognized many of their swimsuits from the website Blackmilk.com. If that alone doesn't deter you, let me describe my shopping expirience. I waited for a full month before I emailed them to ask where my items were. They said that my order was still processing. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund. They said that I would have to pay a processing fee. That is not common and I'm not sure if it's legal. By the time the items shipped, three of the tops I had ordered were out of stock. When the packages finally arrived, they had a strong, foul odor. All the tags had been cut off of the clothing (some of the plastic pieces were still attached.) One of the sweaters had a tear in the colar, and another had a black mark on the white portion of the front. Because they had no tags, I didn't know that they weren't safe to put in the dryer. Every item shrunk.
I ordered a $150 rope light that arrived damaged and all bent up. It was the poorest quality and they wouldn't refund or replace.
NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN

I never write reviews but I feel I have to warn people of this company before they make the same mistakes I did. If I could've given them 0 stars then I would. This was my first time using this company and I ordered 3 coats and a jumper. I ordered this on the 26th of December. 2 Weeks after making the purchase I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I wasn't in the slightest happy about this as if it wasn't in stock then it shouldn't have been on the website or I should have been informed earlier than 2 weeks later! I was actually refunded for this item however it has been another 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order nor any dispatch information! Baring in mind that on the website it says delivery to the UK will be 5-15 days and it's been 28.
I started to think it was very weird that I still hadn't heard anything about my order so I decided to speak to someone on a live chat about my order. They were very unhelpful and very unsympathetic, however told me that my order is in Shenzhen, and will be with me in a week, but I have no faith. I then proceeded to ask them for a phone number and they went on to make excuses to why they have no phone number. All seems very sketchy to me.
I now have to try and go through paypal in the hope that I'll be able to be refunded the money from this dodgy company. I am down £75 with no order to show. Bad service. Misleading information. No phone number to call. All very sketchy and I hope no one else will make the same mistakes I did.
They never sent my package this is called stealing and scamming people ill get to the bottom of this
This website/company is a complete joke! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Seriously, I've worn M and L women's shirts all of my life and when I got my sweatshirts in the mail (after about 3 weeks) I literally laughed as soon as I took them out of the packaging. I was so excited about the designs on them that I assumed I would be able to get into a "one size fits all" option, but I was super wrong. Like these shirts were XS, S at the largest.
Then I contacted them thru email to ask if I could return it and get a full refund. The first response I got was to take multiple pictures and measurements of the items and send them back to them. When I said no just let me know where I can send them back to and how can I possibly get a refund because I know what size I wear and these definitely won't fit, I was given to a different person. This person then proceeded to email back and forth with me numerous times before finally saying they wouldn't accept the return. All the while addressing me as "Customer" (i. E., Dear Customer,) when I gave them my name and continued to try to stay polite throughout our interactions.
Long story short they're products are SUPER SMALL and their customer service is absolute crap! Just be forewarned before you buy ANYTHING FROM THEM.
This company is overseas so it takes a long time to get ur product. It took 2 months to get my lights and they ate the wrong ones.
Not sure how many weeks a parcel is in transit for but its far too long. All the say is 'wait'. Not sure if it was ever posted.
My lighting came with no instructions, a millions pieces, all rattling around in a beat up pre-used box. They would not acceopt a return. Stay away.

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
