Very Dishonest. Item way to small and I went off size guide provided. Item also discolored & stained.
The clothing size are for either children, not American adults. They are probably sized for a thin Chinese person. I ordered 3 items. The 1st parcel was a leather jacket that was a 3x but it would most likely fit a child. After arguing they went from 8% refund to 25% refund and I keep the jacket. Now I have to try and sell the lowest quality item I have ever see. The 2nd parcel was to be a hoodie and a t shirt. Over a week after the 1st parcel arrived the 2nd one came without the T Shirt. When I e-mailed them, they just told me I had got 25% back so I wouldn't be getting the T Shirt. I was never told that and I am still going back and forth with them. This company is a scam, crooks, liars and thieves. They know you won't return anything because you have to send it to China and you will never hear about it again and you lose your money, the item and the shipping. Please, what ever you do. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I thought I'd update since it's been a while. I never got the T-Shirt. They said they sent it but almost 4 months and no T-Shirt. And they backtracked on refunding me any percentage of my money. They told me I could send it back to China and they would make the adjustments. Well, I'm not sending anything back to China, a communist country, who would just claim they never received it and it would cost more to ship it back then what I think the product I got were worth. So, I'm still stuck with them and hoping someone might give me a few dollars for it.
Be very careful with this site. After my experience, I have to believe that all of the positive reviews were written by the same people in customer service that refused to refund my money.
If the reviews weren't written by customer service, I would be led to believe that the only thing you should buy from Beautiful Halo is clothes. Even then, make sure that you use PayPal so that you have a chance to get your money back.
In my experience, I ordered lights that the website suggested would take a week to deliver. Unfortunately, they did not tell me that the week would be after they finished manufacturing the lights, or buying the lights from their manufacturer.
As a result of this long delay, I decided to cancel my order. They spent days negotiating with me to keep the order. Offering discounts and apologizing for it not being in stock.
Then, after I continued to ask for a refund- they said they were going to charge me a 10% stocking fee because the items were in stock. How can they be in stock and not in stock at the same time?
Ultimately, I was able to get my money back for product they NEVER shipped- by opening a case with PayPal.
During the case, beautiful halo never replied to PayPal and instead kept trying to convince me to close my PayPal case.
I have never had more regret over using a website to purchase something. Their products look great- but after my experience, I will never use them again.
I caution anyone reading this review prior to purchasing- keep looking. You'll find what you need somewhere else and you won't be spending your hard earned money with a company that operates so inefficiently.
I purchased a light fixture from beautifulhalo.com in July. I chatted online with their customer service to ensure the correct bulbs came with the fixture. The light arrived and the bulbs were 10cm too long. I contacted beautifulhalo support (they are based in China...) and they promised they would fix the situation by mailing out the correct bulbs to me at no extra cost. A month later and several emails back and forth and they have not mailed the bulbs. I contacted them again and threatened to write a negative review on SiteJabber. After that they mailed the bulbs and sent me a tracking number within a few days (at no cost to me). I've yet to receive the bulbs but the tracking says they've arrived in Kentucky, from Shanghai. If the bulbs are the right size I will amend this review and give them a higher rating.
ADDENDUM: I just received the replacement bulbs in the mail. They are all 3-inches too short! Amazing... A company that sells light fixtures gets the wrong size bulbs three times in a row. First, with customer service online chat, second with the replacement bulbs, third with the replacement of the replacement bulbs. Wow! Absolutely dire. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
PPS: Their latest email response (apparently they have to 'hand make' the bulb for the fixture they sold... hilarious!). Also, note how they are based in China but all respond with Western names to lull you into thinking the customer service is in the US. It's not. They're Chinese and don't give a hoot about US customers.

I should have read the reviews. On 7/1 I ordered a feather chandelier. On 7/23 I still had not received it, so I contacted the Beautifulhalo. On 8/21 I received a plastic leaf item from Beautifulhalo that was not what I ordered. The wrong item shipped was not even delivered as a whole product as it was missing bulbs and screws from the fixture. Whoever it was intended for would have received an incomplete order. I immediately contacted them with pictures that clearly showed the items received were not the item depicted on the site. I requested they send the correct item. I didn't hear back and wrote again on 8/29. At that point, they tried to act like I received the correct item. I offered to send the item back for a full refund. I corresponded with them numbers times asking they proceed with integrity by either sending the correct item or refunding me the full amount. Each time they responded by offering me a small percentage refund (10% of the cost of the item) and further tried to intimidate me by suggesting the cost to send it back would be too expensive for me. I should not have to pay to return a the wrong item. I am now taking with Paypal to try to get refunded. I was trying to shop with a smaller, lesser known company. Since Covid, I know the big box stores have done well while the smaller ones have suffered. I was trying to give my business to a smaller company. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT SHOP at BEAUTIFUL HALO unless you're willing to walk away from the payment. It's cheap garbage from China and not even close to what is advertised. My pictures speak the clear picture I am unable to adequately find words for in this review. Only now have I seen others trying to warn us about this company on social media. I wish I had known.

Bought a fairly expensive light fitting Waited two months for product revived broken. Even they packaging was bad quality.
Terrible experience! Unfortunately we placed an order before reading reviews. Shortly after placing the order we looked at reviews and saw so many comments about inferior quality and bad customer service. After looking at their cancellation policy (a full refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours) we opened a ticket to cancel the order. Initially instead of a cancellation and refund, they simply offered us multiple discounts to take the order. After insisting that it be cancelled they then went quiet for a few days. 3 days after requesting cancellation and no sign of any refund my wife opened a dispute with PayPal (apparently too quickly). BeautifulHalo customer service then said they would not issue the refund unless we closed the dispute. We closed the PayPal dispute just under a month ago. They then started back up with the please take the order and we'll give you a discount. When we insisted we didn't want the order, only a refund the only communication we have had since then is them repeatedly telling us they will not refund until the PayPal case is closed. I have confirmed that the case is in fact closed, have sent them a screenshot confirming that and yet still no refund. Finally today I contacted the credit card company we used to pay the PayPal amount and they refunded the money. We cancelled our order following their instructions over five weeks ago but still seemed to be no closer to receiving a refund from BeatifulHalo. They seem to be complete crooks. Stay as far away as possible. I hope they go out of business soon. They don't deserve to have an online presence with such bad customer service.
First time ordering from this company and I looked at the reviews but obviously I did not do enough research. I ordered the hippie Soul dress which was short did not long enough but I said I could keep this somewhere around the house I ordered another dress that was supposed to be here long and flowing this dress is made out of polyester did not fit. I contacted the company and they said that they would give me that 10% if I kept the dress, I told him that the address did not fit it was polyester and who wears polyester in the summer and it was totally misrepresented we must have exchanged six emails before I realize this company does not do refunds or exchanges
And as I mentioned to them they should have made this information clear especially when you before you completed your billing, so I'm going to contact the State's Attorney's office indefinitely get them banned from doing business in the United States it is cheap shotty work that they do, and though I kept the hippie style dress I was not happy with it at all but the other dress I spent $30 on and I can't even wear I can't even give it to anyone this company is robbing people left and right I definitely recommend are very right there State's Attorney's office and contact them I will be contacting them and I will be contacting any type of internet business because they need to be gone this is a rip-off company, and I'm pretty sure that they could you see some dresses mass-produce them and they only want to rip off people in the United States
I wish that I would have looked for a review of this company before buying anything online. I bought three items from BeautifulHalo, two shirts and a dress. First, like others have mentioned, the material is very odd and cheap to feel. One of the shirts, which is one size only, fit me like it was meant for my two year old. I am a size medium. The only issue that I had with the second top was the material. In my opinion, it is of such poor material, I am afraid to put it in the washer machine. The last, and biggest issue that I had was with the dress, not only was the hem not even all the way around, it was approximately 2 inches shorter in the back than the front, if not more. When I put it on, the dress comes almost to my knee in the front, and to my butt cheeks in the back. I contacted customer service because the items are not wearable in my opinion, especially the dress. The customer service is terrible. They make you take all kinds of pictures of each item and measure them. The fact that shirt was too small is my fault because it did meet their advertised size chart. But, I incorrectly assumed that a "one size" item would be cut bigger. HOWEVER, they refuse to take back the dress! The response from them was, "got the pictures. What is wrong with the item?" Really? It is not wearable. They told me that I can keep all the items, but offered me a 5% discount off my next purchase. There will not be a next purchase. I am not a person that usually writes reviews, but I wanted to tell people BUYER BEWARE. If you order from this company, please not expect to ever be able to return the items. It will not happen. I understand their position as to the shirt and the top that I bought, but if they won't take back a dress with the uneven hem, they will not take back anything. I included a picture of the dress so that everyone can see the item the item that BeautifulHalo refused to take back

This company has the poorest communication and customer service I have ever dealt with on line. After waiting more than six weeks for our stained glass chandelier, with no info from Beautiful Halo on shipping or when we could expect delivery, our product arrived. The glass was broken in numerous places and the stained glass joints separated. It looked like it had been thrown off the truck. But the package exterior was intact, and it was only after I had opened the box I realized the styrofoam cradle that held the chandelier was in pieces, indicating the damaged took place during packaging and not during transport. The product was completely different colors than what was pictured, from cream, tan and brown glass to a color scheme of white, yellow and blue,
Beautiful Halo will only entertain replacement/refund if I provide a damage form from the shipper and pay for the product to be shipped back. This is a large chandelie. The shipping is not going to be cheap and now I have to drive into town and find a replacement from the shipping company who can help me with the required form. I can make repairs myself, in which case I will always feel cheated when I look at the light, or go through all the hassle of trying to return, loosing time and money only to end up feeling taken advantage of.
As for the difference in the color. Beautiful Halo claims different colors can be the result of different monitors, but I have since found other negative reviews on line for this same product from Beautiful Halo, claiming different color scheme than pictured, but interestingly a different color scheme from what I received. It is almost as if the manufacturer just uses what ever color they get in stock that week without any regard to what the coustomer has ordered.
I will never shop this company again!
