I ordered a dress and a romper from the site, it took 9 days to process my order and if I hadn't written to ask about my order they still wouldn't have sent it.
I called DPEX (the delivery company they use) and they told my this site has not stated within how many days should the parcel be delivered. The time for delivery on the clothes site is a LIE. I live in Hong Kong and the site is based in China. It shouldn't have taken THIS long, it's been more three weeks.
My advice, however biased it might be (better safe than sorry) is, DON'T BUY FROM CHINESE SITES. The quality often turns out to be crap, and people are used to being dishonest. It is slightly pricier to buy from UK- or US-based stores, but your $#*! is mostly covered. I did not know it's a Chinese site, until I see the broken English in the emails from the customer service people. And I was like, f**k. I'm still waiting for the items, if the quality turns out to be bad, I'd definitely ask for a refund.
The way these Chinese sites work, is that you can't get back at them and they've had your money. I hope this rant could at least let more people know.

In May of 2020 I ordered two lights from beautiful Halo. While waiting on them to arrive I ordered a ceiling fan. First of all the first two lights took over 8 weeks to arrive. The multi light Windmill did not look like the picture that was displayed. The second light, The Striking Ceiling Fixture Burst with Stylish Design finally arrived, much later than the first. It had a strong odor of gasoline on it. There were no lights with it, and no way of attaching the blue stylish crystals. I contacted customer service multiple times however the company never corrected the problem. I sent photos to the company requesting a refund (which they declined) I sent several photos they claimed that they could not see them. I am frustrated and angry that I'd spent my money with this company and and I have a product that I can't use. I asked them to cancel and refund my money for the third light that I'd ordered because it had not been shipped. Almost 3 months later I received the ceiling fan, The Modernism Oval Cage Ceiling Fan. I opened it and found that there was a part missing on it also. The hanging ball that holds the fan in in place is missing. Now I have two light fixtures to which I've spent a total of $416.35 that I can not use. The company has not issued a refund nor tried to replace the missing parts. As a customer, I'm very disappointed with the products and the poor customer service. I wouldn't advise anyone to order from this company as they do not have good customer service. If you have a problem they are not willing to correct it it. They only want your money. Also all of the instructions that come with the product are very difficult to understand.
Beautiful halo is a scam site. I learned my lesson i will see if i get anything back from my credit card. I wish i could put a negative rating on it.
You can almost copy and paste the names of some of the clothes into Amazons search and find the exact same items for substantially less.
This site takes the win against Wish, defenaltly cant commit to the times they set with the cash you send. Literally sucks.
I have waited over 2 months for my purchase. They took my money, over $350 and will not process my refund.
I never write reviews, but I will due to this awful experience. I recommend avoiding this vendor at all costs. After noticing that my order still had not shipped more than a week after ordering, I asked for an update, then ultimately attempted to cancel my order. They refused and kept offering to ship. The lighting totally not worth its money. The quality is awful, the support team either. The only good thing is a speed or shipment.
I have still not received my goods. They fail to respond to my emails but were quick to take my money. Do not use.
BEWARE! Been over a month - Still only received 1 unit of my 2 unit order. No phone number, no email address - I am so stupid for doing business with this company. No instructions inside unit. They shipped it ON A BOAT! That was never presented up front!
