The lamp arrived broken. They ignored numerous emails. This people are THIEVES. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this crooked company.
I placed an order with Beautiful Halo despite reading some not-so-favourable reviews. I figured that since I've ordered from places similar before, this one surely couldn't be too bad, especially since they have a ton of bloggers promoting their business. I was obviously wrong.
I placed my order on August 28th. On August 31st, they emailed me saying that an item I had ordered was out of stock, and could I please choose one to exchange? The primary reason why I even ordered was because of the out of stock item. After checking their cancellation policy, I emailed them requesting a cancellation.
I have been in an absolute nightmare with this company since then. They first offered to credit my Beautiful Halo account, to which I refused and said I wanted it back on my credit card. I was then told that I would get the refund. Lo and behold, a day later, they email me back saying that they have the other items ready to ship, and asking if I would reconsider the cancellation. I replied again, no, I would like to cancel the order and receive my money back to my credit card as they had told me they would a day before.
They have kept on sending me this "reconsider" message for two days now, so over five times. I have threatened legal action twice; the first time, they replied again with "we have the two items ready to ship, is it ok to refund the out of stock item and ship the others?" Not to mention, each reply from them has taken at least six or seven hours to send. Their customer service is ridiculously bad, and their English is not good at all. I can barely understand it.
Don't buy from this website unless you want to be caught up in an absolute mess. It's HORRIBLE.
I ordered a coat for my brother and it was too small. I could not find a simple return solution so I reached out to costumer service. Where I then was addressed as if everything was at fault besides them. They suggested I check the size chart before I ordered otherwise they were not at fault which they then claimed was a very high fee for return shipping and reshipping. I explained that even though I had measurements their XXL AND XXXL sizes did not show measurements for so I took a guess. They replied with "I can offer a 5% discount will that suffice" no it will not. Ordering online serves a calculated risk of items not fitting the way you'd wished. With this said the customer service I received was poor at best. I should have checked reviews before placing an order on their website which is my mistake, with that said this company is obviously making money off orders and scamming people into this bogus returns where they're making customers pay those fees which I said more than once I have never faced fees for an exchange yet they never addressed what those fees are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

This company is completely fraudulent. What they advertise on their website is all fake and just tricking the online customers.
Not realising that this is a company aboard, I made order of 8 chandeliers with total cost of £1,500.61 which included delivery and insurance. After multiple emails chasing the delivery, only few items arrived 2 months later and when I opened up the boxes, I was in complete shock to find that parts were missing, broken and defective/damaged crystals, electric wires ripped! All dangerous cabling (looked liked someone had wired it at home in a garage!).

I made it clear that since the state that the current items are, I don't even want see the others that are yet to arrive. I asked them for my refund based on my rights and they have completely refused to listen or acknowledge my ask as a consumer.
I sent them photographic evidence and once again they haven't done anything about it at all.
I've so far begged them for my own money £1,500.61 and they have not given me back a penny yet!
My next step is to report them to trading standards and also their local police for committing fraud and taking advantage of me.

It has its pros and cons, so if you don't like shopping online/worry about return policies, you should definitely be careful with what you buy.
I bought a jacket from this site about a month ago and I just now got my order in today. While I understand that it's shipping from China, I've ordered things from all around the world and often have received those items before things I've ordered from my own country.
That said, I didn't need my purchase by a specific time, so the wait wasn't a huge deal to me.
My issue is that the sizing was off. DEFINITELY BE WARY OF THE SIZING.
The particular jacket I bought was supposed to fit a little large and long, almost to be worn loose like a cardigan. The starting size already said it was large (I think it was something like 40"-42" across the chest) and, since I'm a bit busty, I decided to go one size larger so I could for sure zip the jacket up if I wanted to.
What I expected from the jacket was a long, loose-fitting 1X-2X. What I got was a jacket that stopped at the top of the thighs and fit like a medium.
I was at least lucky that my sister was actually able to fit the jacket. So, while I am a bit disappointed with the sizing and in the fact that I won't be able to wear it, at least I don't have to worry about paying for return shipping.
The actual jacket wasn't as cheap as I expected it to be. It was about what you would expect for $15-$25; on par with something you might buy at a Forever21, maybe at Old Navy.
The material was light, but warm enough for a chilly day.
The site itself is okay, has a pretty large variety of items, and the prices are pretty solid. From the other reviews I've seen, all the other items you can buy, like jewelry, watches--anything aside from the clothes, it seems--seem to be pretty consistently satisfactory.
So, TL; DR: be careful of the sizing, just know you get what you pay for.

Back in August I ordered a Tiffany light fixture, that with the shipping cost came to 110.00 USD. Come the middle of September there was no sign of it. It finally arrived about a week ago, and I found I was ripped off. It was supposed to be Tiffany GLASS, per their original description. It is plastic. I called them on it and they said it is ART GLASS, and that all Tiffany lamps are made of that. Long story short, I opened a ticket with them, and all they did was run me around, said that they would take it back if I paid the return shipping, and they were willing to refund me just 10.00 USD. I continued to argue with them, and they just kept saying we will give you 10.00 back. So I threatened to get our family attorney involved. Then they said they will refund me all but the shipping. I mentioned my attorney again, and now they said that if I pay to send it back to them, they will refund me in full. I have demanded an RMA as a means of tracking the return. I also closed down the checking account that the funds for the lamp came from because I don't put it past them to hack me and drain my funds. So when I told them this, they got pissy and said that they will issue a money order. I don't trust these bastards any farther than I can throw them. I understand that so many of you are dealing with this same thing. So I want to share with you the address they told me to return the fixture to. Maybe this will help some of you.

My dad just got scammed £750 ordering a £20 hoodie just before Christmas! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I ordered a Tiffany chandelier for a total cost of $159 on Septmber 18th. It is now October 26th and I still have not received my order. I moved into a new house 2 days after I placed the BeautifulHalo order and then ordered several other light fixtures from other websites after my BeautifulHalo purchase and everything else has arrived except for my chandelier. I want an electrician to come install everything at one time, so the fact that I still have no chandelier means that I can't figure out a date to have him come to my house! My most recent update from the website was an email sent on October 6th saying my order had shipped. They included a UPS tracking number, but there have been no updates since the day the label was created, which was October 3rd. I tried the online chat with a customer service representative, but I just got a generic message saying every is working from home due to Covid-19. I recently got scammed by another Chinese company when I thought I was ordering 2 discounted couches and I received a small suction cup the size of a dime instead with the tracking number they had provided me. I hope the same sort of thing doesn't happen with this company! I would hate to have to open another case with PayPal to get my money back because then they are either going to think I am being fishy myself or just a complete idiot to keep falling for these scam websites!
UPDATE: It finally arrived on November 4th, 6 weeks and 6 days after I had placed the order. I didn't get an electrician to install it until months later, but he didn't seem to have any trouble figuring out how all the pieces attached even though the instructions were in Chinese. The chandelier has now been hanging in my dining room since February 8th and it actually looks really pretty! It has one small flaw, which is a black spot in one of the white pieces of glass. I have that part facing the back of the room so it isn't very noticable. I have decided to change my Beautiful Halo rating from 1 star to 3.
