I ordered a trailer hitch from auto anything.com and it seemed to be going well at first. I got a email that I canceled my order which I did not and that I would be refunded and I never got my money back and that was over a month ago. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! There phone is also off the line with the number they supply to call them. I would give them zero stars if I could.
I spent over $153 on a car bra for my Prius was supposed to receive it 24 June. We are now and August 3 never received. It never got my money back. I will be counterfeit because somehow the merchandise got lost. I've yet to get my money back now I'm having to deal with my bank and they will not reply. Don't buy here they're awful and they give you a number every time you call it send you right back to texting or email and then they don't respond so what's the point anyway wanted to give you a heads up I'm still trying to get my $153 back I have to report to the Better Business Bureau if I don't somehow get this resolved.
I made an order, they charged my account $201.56,4 days before the order was to be delivered I got an email saying I cancelled the order. Which is not true. Of course they have a customer service phone #—but no customer service. They say email them. Did so 3times. It's going on 6 weeks and no response and no refund.
Any ideas on how to get this corrected?
I was lied to and told an indoor storage bag could be used outdoors. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks for info on my warranty and I keep getting the same email. The phone number is not real and they claim they have a live 24/hr chat that is none existent when you try to find it and use it on the website

This place is a total sham. I bought seat covers here because they had a shipping date of 2 weeks. 1 month later, still no seat covers. I have attempted 4 emails. I have used every possible modality of contact. Email - called and tried BOTH options one and two. I have tried the text, to which no response has been given. And the link for instant chat on the website doesn't work or exist. I want a refund and I want to never deal with this company again. When asked for a refund, I got an auto email saying they "needed to make sure my item hasn't shipped yet" (yeah right) and now it's on hold. I have only ever recieved auto emails from them.

Found what looked to be a good price on a bed cover from AutoAnything.com. 1. Pop-up said you will get 15% off if you give your email, name & phone number-Never received discount code. 2. Added the bed cover to my cart for $661.74 with tax, but once I added my credit card, it changed the price to $769.87 and completed the sale! No difference in the item or shipping. 3. I called Customer service for 2 days with no response. Sales advised to email them. 4. Customer service finally emailed back and advised that the "open-box" item was back-ordered from the manufacturer. How can an "open-box" item be back ordered? No explanation for the price going up after credit card was added and sale was processed. 5. The same item was available from the manufacturer (in stock), just a higher price. 6. The same item was NOT back-ordered from AutoAnything.com-they showed in-stock at a higher price. 7. Their solution was a "discounted" price of $947.53 with tax which is $285.79 more than the price in my cart when I purchased. Yes, they charge more than the price in the cart and you won't know until you put in your credit card and complete the purchase. And yes, Customer Service is too busy to answer their phone; tried 15 times during their business hours over 2 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered brake calipers for my car front and rear. Had appointment set for my mechanic for 2 weeks. Get the parts they went to put them on. They did not fit. I triple checked with them and they still sent the wrong parts. Now I can't get a hold of anybody for the last 3 days. I've been calling on their website trying to do the instant chat emailed emails won't go through. It's like no way on the planet. You can get a hold of these people and I'm going to end up being stuck with very expensive parts that I cannot use that need to be returned and refunded. Very frustrating... I mean seriously. Frustrating
I ordered a item on sale from on one of their promo emails. 1 week goes by with normal "we are shipping your order" then I get a product backorder message. Then later the same day Auto anything sends me a cancelation email saying they will refund me. The next day I get a new email from them saying your interested in this product click here to add to your cart. Turns out to be the same item I ordered now its available to ship but no longer on sale. I contacted them and they will not honor the sales price.
I ordered a one car seat cover (order# *******). After a few hours my son came home and gave me a whole set for the father's day. I contacted Autoanything.com for cancelation and saw on the fedex tracking ( FedEx notified to void this shipment message) that shipment was canceled at 8.20am. Nevertheless today I received a package and after tracking realised it's the very same canceled order was sneaky reshipped at 3.21pm. The same day it was canceled. Now to return this order I'll have to pay a return shipping. Never ever will deal with Autoanything.com again. Attaching order receipt (look at 2 tracking numbers).
I contacted AUTO EVERYTHING to try to buy a truck bed cover. They said they had it in stock (which they did not). When I placed the order, the shipping date came and went and then they said the manufacturer would ship it directly. That day came and went, and I reached out to the manufacturer who said that they did not have an order and that he cover was no longer even made.
Read all of these reviews. This website is little more than a scam site that takes your money and never delivers anything. How they have not been shut down is beyond me.
I purchased some cover King covers. This past Monday yesterday Thursday I received an email telling me that the seat covers would be delivered today so I took the day off so they just wouldn't set on my doorstep. I sat here all day eventually went to FedEx's website they said Monday so I eventually called FedEx and was told that was wrong too it would be next Friday, I then call customer service for auto anything that guy told me they never sent me an email and I said well I have it right here they told me I was mistaken so I contacted customer service and I sent them a copy of the email oh here's crickets from them. I will never order anything most people if you can't tell me the truth and then you going to call me a liar when I have a copy and a picture of the date you sent it to me
Bought a so called complete front disc brake conversion kit for a Chevelle. Due to unexpected health reasons I did not get it installed for a few months. The kit was sold with braided stainless steel brake lines and the receipt stated it as well. When I opened it a few months later it had flimsy rubber ones. An email was sent and the reply I got was "it's past the 30 day return policy and it's too late to do anything" I replied that I was not looking for a return, just parts I paid for and did not receive. Again I received an email back basically saying sorry we couldn't help you. The funny part is they claim to" leave no stone unturned to help the customer". Don't waste your money on this lying company.

I ordered a Rough Country tonneau cover from AutoAnything. I got a $50 discount code from some wheel spin thing on their website that popped up when I was browsing. After I placed the order, I became skeptical because it was such a great deal. I looked up reviews and saw a bunch of negative ones. At that point I thought I got scammed, but that was not the case, thankfully. I got the cover in a couple days, shipped right from Rough Country. It was brand new in an unopened box. The cover itself is great, was a quick, easy installation and looks awesome. As for AutoAnything, I couldn't be happier. Great deal, fast shipping and a quality product. Glad I didn't read some of these reviews beforehand, because I definitely would have passed on what turned out to be a great purchase. I can only speak of my experience, but it was a great one and I felt I needed to post a review after reading some negative ones, so others don't shy away from AutoAnything like I may have. Thanks AutoAnything! I'll definitely be buying from you again!
I have purchased thousands of dollars from Auto Anything so I decided to purchase from them when I needed items for my new truck. What a mistake. They sent the wrong product and it took several phone calls from me to finally get the refund I deserved. Their customer service stay is horrible. They have a hard time understanding English and when they do, they get it wrong. Moreover, they took no initiative to help me. I had to lead them by the hand in order to get a refund. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered full seat covers and console cover for a 2023 Nissan Frontier from auto anything. All stuff arrived late (they tell you one date, then after order is paid for wait a day and then they tell you there's a shipping problem!) Seat covers fit, butt console cover was not even close. Contacted Customer Service twice and no repsonse., Then did "CHAT" said they would get back to me. Well they did, said it was a mistake to send me console cover because it won;t fit. End of Story! So I could have ordered from other vendors that did have the right console fitting cover and did not. These guys take the order and your loot, then tell you its shipping late and Yeah, that won't fit! Stay away!

I ordered running boards for my SUV. I ordered with chrome edges and they came black with some areas rubbed bare. No instructions. I checked the fitment and it looks like it will need drilling. I hope the mechanic doesn't charge me too much to install. I think they send out whatever knowing that people won't return it because of their restocking fees. I asked them for the instructions and instead of sending it they just gave me another number to call. I am not going to jump through hoops. I won't be ordering from them again. Order no.*******.

I ordered fender flares for my Ram Truck (that were CLEARLY advertised to fit). They DID NOT fit! Owner of company REFUSED to pay return shipping. He was RUDE and clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. I will NEVER buy another item from this site/store. Further, I have ensured that everyone in my on-line community as well as everyone in my National Sportsman's Club has been advised about this company and its owner. Other reviews are suggesting similar problems. SHOP LOCAL when you can...but STAY AWAY from this Auto Anything site and its owner.

This is the worst company I have ever bought anything from. They will not refund you your money for a poor quality product that breaks the first time you use it. Customer service is horrible at timely responses, they do not want to take any responsibility for horrible products so they pawn it off on the manufacturer to send you another junk item. Never in my life have I not been able to return a product like this. No wonder why people choose Amazon over horrible places like this. Shop elsewhere, make sure it's s reputable place, this one isn't and should be put out of business because their service stinks. You will get ripped off and won't be able to do anything about it. They should deal with the manufacturer not the customer or simply not sell trash to people like they do.

I have two items both the same thing. The first one was not a tuner so I arranged to return it and buy a Diablo Tuner. Not only did I receive the Diablo Tuner, I also received another Pulsar LT. I was supposed to get a return label, but instead got charged for another part I didn't even want. I would of gave no stars but unfortunately I could not. I always had good luck purchasing from their website until I had to finally return something. I will be contacting the BBB if I do not receive them by March 24,2023. If you buy something from them make sure it is right, or you will play hell getting it back. So dissappointed!

I live in California, and as soon as I mentioned taking my order to "Consumer Affairs", suddenly all was all well, they were shipping my item overnight at their expense.
