I guess it's true again. You get what you pay for. My cover is less then a year old and after washing it, it leaves a white powdery dust on my car. Their answer is to charge me 35% of the original cost and send me another one. No thanks got me once but not again.
Not good at all I ordered full brake kit front and rear paid overnight shipping 3 days later they canceled the order due to unavailability lol I received 1 rotor by fed ex only to ship back 5 days later still struggling for my full refund! I I just can't believe no response to my emails

The prices and selection on this site are ok, but there are plenty of sites to get the same thing. You can't rely on the reviews because not every customer can review their purchase. I bought some replacement tail lights here and noticed a few months later that they had melted. Of course they were out of warranty by the time I noticed it, but at least I wanted to be able to note this in a product review, however I was told that only random customers were "allowed" to review the products they bought.
This is in response to another delayed order. I grit my teeth on the first but decided to cancel an order for a bed mat since the delivery was extended out another 2-3 weeks. I was told I could not cancel until they received an OK from their late supplier. Very disturbing since AutoAnything charges your credit card immediately upon order placement. They don't care if the order is late since they have their money. No More, enough! What a rip off outfit.
Ordered a Ranch Hand Rear Bumper. Received wrong bumper and was advised to call manufacture to sort out problem. That makes no sense as I purchased and paid $2,867.11 to AutoAnything. I do not have the time to play games. I sent them the picture of the bumper I received and a picture from my order of what I had ordered and they were clearly different bumpers. I WILL NOT take extra time to call Ranch Hand, nor should any customer of AutoAnything have to discuss any mistake with a third party. This is very BAD business and for those who need to order from reputable dealers, go to another one.
Fortunately I have an entire Social Media department in order to get this message out to all that might benefit from it. It is going to cost me an additional $500 to get sensor holes drilled and wires/etc.

I ordered a set of WeatherTech digital floor mats and accidentally selected overnight shipping (showed no charge, initially, which seems to be a glitch). I immediately tried to cancel the order, but customer service was closed (weekend) and the online option hasn't confirmed. I called Monday to cancel, but their "system" takes 1-2 business days to process the request, and they can't guarantee the order won't ship before the cancellation gets processed. In this day and age, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE not to be able to process a cancellation, especially when it comes literally minutes after the order is placed. I will never use this company again.
This is a scam company. They claim to have product in stock then defer shipping for 1 month hoping eventually customer will give up on asking for a refund. Customer service is not reachable.
I ordered on 5/21. Received email saying estimated shipping is on 5/27-5/29 (red flag already, everyone ships next day in 2015)
On 5/29 I receive email saying shipping is moved forward to 6/18 now. What is funny, looking at the product on their website it is saying it ships on 6/3.

I ordered a one car seat cover (order# *******). After a few hours my son came home and gave me a whole set for the father's day. I contacted Autoanything.com for cancelation and saw on the fedex tracking ( FedEx notified to void this shipment message) that shipment was canceled at 8.20am. Nevertheless today I received a package and after tracking realised it's the very same canceled order was sneaky reshipped at 3.21pm. The same day it was canceled. Now to return this order I'll have to pay a return shipping. Never ever will deal with Autoanything.com again. Attaching order receipt (look at 2 tracking numbers).
This company claims to have the "lowest prices guaranteed." I found way lower prices of everything I purchased and in stock on Amazon. Now, everyone knows Amazon is a major competitor and a legit website. This company used the excuse, "Amazon is a member based website, and therefore we will not honor their lower prices." Absolutely hilarious if you ask me. I am not a prime member and have never signed up as a member for Amazon. I simply place orders from their website like I do yours. This company is a joke. I urge anyone wanting to order from them to price compare on Amazon. The prices are drastically lower on Amazon. The autoanything "price match guarantee" is not worth the paper it is written on.

Ordered over a month ago for 2 tires. No email updates. Chat refuses to provide any information or help. Calling the customer service is a joke. Called several days waiting on hold up to 2 hours at a time with no answer and was evening hung up on once before I could even talk. No tires and no refund yet.
I bough a hood protector that was so small that didn't make any sense to install. It was totally different from the picture on the web site. The money they charge for return is ridiculous. Don't waste your time and money in this web site, you won't get what you need.
Don't give this company your money. They will send you the wrong product. If you can get a hold of any type of customer service, they won't help you until your 30 day purchase window has expired so you can't return the product for your refund. Then when you request to talk to a manager. She will leave you a voicemail of a I'm sorry and no way to call her back! So you need to contact customer service again and hope to answer this call back that can happen anytime in the next 1-2 business days. If you get to finally talk to a manager, she will repeat the same response (that is filled with of apology, but absolutely no resolution) over and over again like a robot. When you won't accept the manager's automated response and tell her you want a resolution, her attitude changes! She tells you that you will never get your money back before hanging up. This is the worst place I've ever had to deal with as a consumer. I have a useless product and I'm out about $160.

Recently purchased the Retraxs bed cover for my truck. Upon opening the item I noticed it was damaged. Two weeks and counting still not a response if they are going to accept my return. I am in the middle of the blame game and I am paying the price for it. Will never purchase a product from Auto Anything again. Customer service is continuing to give the run around and I starting to believe that they are trying to let the 30 day return policy run so I am stuck with a damaged product.
First off sent wrong product then now have to wait for them to speak with manufacture in order to get my product fixed and sent back to me mind you the are a 3 rd party and love to talk to you when wanting to buy something but want you to do on line chatting when they mess up a order

I was gifted seat covers and returned the day I git them since they were a loose fit and my wife was credited only 104 out of 157 dollars. They said restocking fee. That is ridiculous and I would think twice before buying or buying anyone a gift from here.

Tried to exchange the color of seat covers and was told no due to a very limited exchange time. Product was still in the box. Suggest you read all the bad reviews about Autoanything before you order, wished I had. Rating is zero.

Bought seat covers for a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 crew cab... They send me seat covers that are too small. The reason is the documentation states they are made for a 2011-2014 Dodge ram. I took photos and Autoanything would NOT issue me a fed ex return label. I had to spend another $100.41 to ship to them. I have an open case with Paypal & Chase against them and hope to get my $828.51 plus the $100.41 for shipping.
I am shocked to see such a low rating for this company-I have ordered many times the shipping is first rate the time before receiving it first rate all the products have been perfect wish all companies were run this good!
