This company does not stand by their products! They do not work with you
They keep 20% restocking fee which is ridiculous. Their products are cheap!
I spent over $1200 dollars with this company if you want to call them a company. I call them a rip off group! I ordered several things on my very first order, and the one I have a problem with is a hood bug deflector that was bent in to during shipping. I spent approx.$125 for this and TRYING for 2 months now to get a refund. I have sent them pictures of the damaged product 3 times and they say they haven't received them or can't see them. They take your money and if there is a problem with any of your items, TOO BAD THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND THAT"S WHAT THEY WANT! They do not care about customer service or the customer at all! Am I mad? YES I'm mad! Now I'm on a MISSION to get my money back! I will not quit until I do! Stay Away from this group! You will be ripped off! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I bought the shock absorbers, they sent me wrong. After the return I waited 3 weeks. After that time, I received only one. Just wrong.
Never reach customer service about return after waiting on hold for hours, no one reads their email.
I ordered a rear bumper for my FJ Cruiser back in 10/14/2019 Part # 57-0403(Order #*******), part got super delayed and decided to cancel as it was delayed for almost two months and a week over their promised shipping date. I ordered another bumper Part #: FJ-2961 (Order# *******) as they advertised this "WILL ALLOW FOR TC 5293 SWING ARM" but as I verified with the Manufacturer, this is not so. The TC5293 only will work with the TC-2961 (for a Tacoma truck) so I cancelled. I decided to revert back and ordered the first bumper FJ-2961 (Order# *******) 12/02/2019 and I told them I'm willing to wait. They promised a January 2020 delivery, then later on communicated that the vendor is encountering a delay and will ship it 3/5/2020. That day came and I chatted with a Customer Service agent ( I have copies of the Chat manuscript) and promised me it is shipping that day. I called Customer Service the next day 3/6/2020 to get an update, and told me the part was discontinued.
This delayed my project for almost half a year (October 2019 to March 2020) and they have already charged my credit card upon order.
I will never ever order from this site again due to this frustrating experience.
I have all the proof (Check all the Order #s) and Chat proceedings. First time I saw their BBB rating and wondered how in spite of so many bad reviews they still maintain their A+ rating.

Absolutely terrible. I wish I would have seen these reviews before spending over $1k with them. I bought a Hullavator and crossbar kit in August to be able to transport a kayak. I used their online fit guide AND live chatted with a rep to double check and make sure that I had the correct parts for my vehicle and that everything would work together properly. I was assured that they would. I ordered my kayak in September and it arrived in the beginning of October, delivered to REI. I put the fit kit and crossbars on top of my Edge. Only once I tried to install the Hullavator did I learn that the crossbars were too short and I could not attach the Hullavator. I contacted Auto Anything via live chat and the customer service rep stated that they definitely needed to exchange the crossbars even though it was out of their exchange window because it was their error. He told me that I had to call back during normal business hours and that they would take care of that. I have the chat transcript saved. So I called on Monday or Tuesday and was told that I was stuck with the crossbars that I had because I was past the exchange window. I advised them that I spoke with a rep about this via live chat and that he agreed that they should be exchanged. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me that they had to contract Thule to see if they could make an exception. He said it would take one or two days. It's been a week. Oh, and I had to spend $60 to rent a box truck to bring my kayak home, which was just great. I honestly just want to return everything and get my money back for everything at this point because I am so irritated with this company. I want to exchange these crossbars for the ones that are the correct fit for the hullavator at NO additional cost to me, with the exception being if the longer bars cost a little more. I will pay the difference for that, but I they need to make this right and pay for S&H. Regardless, I won't be using this place again. What poor service.
So Autoanything refunded me my money after I opened a case with Paypal since they refused to refund my money.

So on 06/24/2017 I bought a brand new pair of rotors and pads from them, and I installed in on my 2013 Camry. Right after that, my car started making a super loud noise while driving, and it felt as my car was jumping while driving. I contacted them for the return, and they refused to refund my money and said that I did the installation wrong! I've been fixing cars for years, and changing a pair of rotors and pads are not liking swapping an engine! Anyway, I was on rush to go back to work, so I had to bring my car into a Toyota dealer during my working hours to change to OEM parts which doesn't make any noise or make my car jumps while driving right after I left the dealer. ALso, there was no breaking period for the OEM parts from Toyota while Autoanything kept saying I did the breaking period wrong! Long story short, the parts from Autoanything were defective at the beginning which caused my car making a loud noise and jumping right after I put them on, and I replaced them with OEM parts from Toyota which didn't make any noise or my car jumps at all.
Canceled an item two weeks ago and I'm still waiting on a refund. Just use amazon instead. Avoid at all costs.
For the third time in approx. 6 years I ordered new Lloyd Ultimate car mats for our two Audi's TT and A4... both convertibles. Mats arrived and everything fitted except the passenger side TT mat. The clip that holds it in place was fixed/riveted to the mat in the wrong location and it would not fit no matter what I did. $140 mats that don't fit!. Call them and they say "they are a custom order made just to fit the car so you cant get them exchanged" that I understand if the fault is mine (like ordering for the wrong car etc.) however he confirmed that I ordered the right mats for the car but as there was a manufacturing error that still was not covered as Lloyds have a no return product. In the end I had to pay again to get the mats I needed albeit at a discount price... but hey why should I the customer pay for a Manufacturers mistake! DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE OPERATING A SCAM BUSINESS WITH ILLIGAL PRACTICES. ALSO AVOID LLOYDS MATS AS THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS EITHER. EVEN THOUGH THE MATS COME WITH A MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRENTY ATTACHED TO THE MATS! I now have a set of mats that cost5 me $140 that do not fit our car neither do they fit any other car.
They stall long enough on returns to tell you your 30 days are up. Never buy from them! POOR SERVICE

THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE WRONG, ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT MANUFACTURER, NO RESPONSE, AFTER SEVERAL TIMES, ON JAN 28, CONTACTED AUTOANYTHING TO RETURN, INFORMED 15% STOCKING FEE BY MFG. GOT PHONE #FOR MFG, THEY SAID NO RESTOCKING FEE, CALLED AUTOANYTHING BACK INSISTED THEM, CALLED MFG BACK, NO RESTOCK. CALLED BACK THEY SAID THERE WOULD BE, I TOLD THEM "FINE, SEND ME THE RMA, I WILL GET THE CREDIT CARD CO TO REMOVE." PROMISED RMA EMAIL 3-5 WORKING DAYS NEVER RECEIVED, CALLED AGAIN SAME RUN AROUND, SAME RMA EMAIL 3-5 DAYS, SAME STATEMENT I WOULD DEAL W CREDIT CARD CO, CALLED 5 TIMES, FINALLY ON 3-30 TOLD WAS LAST TIME WOULD NOT CALL AGAIN, WOULD DEAL W BBB AND CARD COMPANY IF NO RESOLUTION, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT PAST THEIR RETURN POLICY DATE, AND NO RMA AND REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED. THEY ALSO ADMITTED IT WAS THEIR WAREHOUSE RESTOCKING FEE AFTER I GAVE THEM THE NAME OF THE TWO PEOPLE I HAD TALKED TO AT JET, AND INVITED THEM TO CALL. I THINK THEY PLAYED A SHELL GAME TRYING TO WAIT ME OUT, HOPING I WOULD GIVE UP. I HAD SPENT $1709. 99 WITH THEM ON 9 PURCHASES IN THE PAST, AND THIS WAS MY 1ST ATTEMPT AT A RETURN. I WOULD SAY MOST PEOPLE GIVE UP, AND THAT IS WHAT THEY COUNT ON.
Well, where do i start. I ordered a tonneau cover on jan 6. Was not told until i sat on chat with some on Jan 12 that it would not be shipped until jan 13. Then, get an email stating manufacturer is out and will not ship until jan 22. Got on chat with the manufacturer and low and behold, they have 77 ready to ship. When i asked them why they are telling me the manufacturer is out they have 77, imagine that, shipped the next day. Finally got it on Jan 20, went to install and noticed a bracket is broke. Oh boy, here we go again. Once again, got on chat, told them what was wrong, ALSO sent pictures, said they would forward them to the manufacturer and would let me know. Fast forward to Jan25, Once again, GOT ON CHAT, only to be told they were still waiting for the manufacturer. Then as i got more frustrated, oh they sent us a RMA we just havent got it to you yet. WHY? Then they proceed to tell me that i am going to have to e get the RMA from them, send it back so they can send it to the manufacturer, then they will look at it and tell me if i get a new one. What kind of crap is this? Also, the lady i was on chat with, ended the chat without giving me the RMA info and still has not sent it to me. WAHT A JOKE! Now i see why they wont take phone calls like the others have said.
So let me get this straight, I paid you 300 bucks on jan 6, took 2 weeks to get it even though the manufacturer had them in stock, now you want me to go 2-3 weeks or more waiting to see if they ok it, but mean while im out 300 so i cannot even get another ordered from somewhere else? That to me is theft and totally rediculous. If it came defective right out of the box, Well within the 30 days it says on there website for hassle free exchange, there should be anew one sent and this one sent back after. Every where i have dealt with on my own or at work would trade it no problems. Wish i would have paid a little mor thru a company i know would have taken care of it. Wish i would have seen this site before ordering thru them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MORRIS 4X4 OR AUTOANYTHING! Sort through newest reviews. All are the same. Long story short, ordered over $2600 of items over a month & half ago. Have received only $200 worth of stuff. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENCE! You can call to make a order & get an immediate answer, however if you need to check on a order your going to be on hold for over a hour. That's if you even get someone. Online support is also useless. I've dealt with Thaymar Sanchez, Patrick Turcar, & Thomas LABAU. ALL USELESS. Thomas is the only one somewhat helpful but to no avail. Morris 4x4 is non functional as a business. Complete breakdown. Company should be ashamed how they're treating customers & STOP TAKING ORDERS. Pure embelzment. They clearly state they do not charge until items are shipped, but charge immediately. They then try & get things dropped shipped & blame the manufacturer vs accepting responsibility & taking appropriate actions. They'll tell you a guaranteed shipping date then nothing will happen. The online system to check status of your order is not functional also. It's stated my order is shipped & complete over a month ago. Still haven't received. Morris 4x4 was bought by autoanything. Autoanything has been involved in this order & aware of what's going on. Therefore I'm considering them the same. I will never order from Morris or autoanything EVER. This has been the worst online company I have ever dealt with. They can't blame covid, other manufacturers, or high call volumes. That's just making excuses. All other companies I've been dealing with have been able to function & communicate appropriately. There's a complete break down with Morris 4x4 & autoanything is letting it happen. STOP TAKING ORDERS. You're affecting people's lives & finances. EMBELZMENT. 3
