I placed an order with them beginning of June. They emailed me saying my order will ship out the 9th. Then another email was sent saying due to covid it will delayed to ship on the 16th(understandably). The 16th came and went and I never got an email confirmation from them. I emailed them, no response. I live chat them, no response. I call them, 2 hour wait time to speak to someone. I then call my credit card and have them decline the order. All of a sudden I get an email from Auto Anything on June 22 stating my order is delayed again and if I dont respond by June 16th my order will be canceled. Miraculously, my funds were returned to my account. Do not waste your time with this terrible company. Pay a little more from a reputable company and save yourself the headache and hassle.

I was looking for a truck bed roll-up cover, online chat with sales and get really quick response said they have the model to fit my truck, I then placed my order, the second day they sent me an email said this product was manufacture discontinued? (was told me they have it in stock) on the email they said if I did not do anything within 24 hrs they will refund me.
Since I had a $50 discount for my original order so I try to find another brand from the web store to keep my discount. This time I tried to contact them via chat, but I keep waiting for more than 2 hrs until their office hour passed, and the chat room automatically closes without saying anything. Next time tried online chat and phone calls keeping waiting more than 2 hours with no answered. I email than request a refund and get no response.
The good thing is they do refund me after 3 days ( I checked my online statement and notice that by myself) still not get any email say the refund me already.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM. I ordered a lebra bra from them on 12/01 and paid for shipping 5-7 business days. Called after 7 days and they said that the product should arrive by 12/12. Called on 12/12 and they said that they are having issues and the product will be shipped out on 12/20 (almost 2 weeks after the purchase was made) so i asked to cancel the order - which they submitted. Next day I receive an email saying they cant cancel because the product has been shipped out, so i go to the chat bot and ask a rep. And she tells me that the product hasnt been yet shipped out but will be today or tomorrow. - Another lie from them in the email that means saying that they cant cancel. This company is definitely a good look out to sue.

I have spent over 3 hours on the phone mostly on hold, I have sent numerous emails with only 2 responses I have renamed the company to " AUTOANYTHING but SERVICE " I am going to have to eat my loses of $450. I had their sales department specify the hitch that I needed, it was wrong and has been 3 months since I placed the order. I can't even speak to a live person. I only get the sad music while on hold for an hour each time I call and eventually I just hang up without speaking to anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE MORONS!
They shipped me the wrong floor mats and every time I call customer service the hold is an hour... RIDICULOUS! Then I find out I was only credited for the mats and not the Washington State Sales Tax that was included in the price. Called customer service back and another hour hold and the gal I was talking to did not get what I was saying so I asked for a Supervisor. Monique said the tax was included in the price. She said that was in one of the emails they sent. I went through all emails and there was nothing with that information. I will be contacting my bank and dispute the charges and will contact the BBB and Washington State Attorney General. I don't appreciate being scammed. I'm totally done with Auto Anything!
Do not purchase anything from this Internet Company. They just transport from one company to another and hide behind "they don't manufacture anything". You have 30 days. I purchased a tent ahead of time because of all of the negative reviews stating that there were missing parts. I used it this weekend (43 days after receipt) and it is either defective or not good quality, pieces were coming off while putting it together and generally concerned me that it would not withstand multiple uses. I called for instructions to return and was quickly told 30 days no exceptions, over and over. They don't care if it is defective, they don't care about your opinion; they don't have space to return anything. Upon requesting a supervisor, the long wait is for the rep to come back and say go online and state your concern. After I insisted on speaking to a supervisor I received a sarcastic supervisor that is not interested in helping with a return only to tell you rules are rules. Oh and mock the reviews that are online, very unprofessional. I didn’t realize that a company would not stand behind a product that they sold. The 30 day return is for an unused product so regardless you get what you get, no exceptions.
Bought a custom windshield sunshade for $65. It fit terribly in my vehicle, so I put it right back in the box to ship back for a refund. They charged a 20% restocking fee $12 and a return label fee $15 for a total refund of $38.
They must know how ridiculous this is, as there is a big red "KEEP ITEM" button right next to the "RETURN ITEM" button - almost as if they want you to eat the rest of the cost since you're getting shafted so blatantly already. The restocking fee is a flat 20% so it would be even less worth it on a higher cost item, regardless whether or not the "return label fee" is flat or not, which I will never find out since I will never shop here again.
You're far better off at some other place whether it's online or not, keeping half of my money because an item didn't fit my vehicle well enough is unbelievable in this day and age. Wish I saw all the other reviews here before I shopped here instead of after, could have saved both money and time!

In early December, I ordered $4200 worth of custom auto parts for my wife's Toyota 4Runner. When I submitted the order, AutoAnything claimed that ALL products would be delivered by Christmas. There was nothing that indicated that any products were out of stock, nor did their OWN shipping quotes indicate any problems with the holiday delivery. This is what caused me to place my order, since I needed the products for Christmas. From the other reviews I've read on this website, plus others, this seems to be a common trend for AutoAnything. They promise certain delivery time frames, and they do NOT come anywhere close to those time frames. What makes matters worse, is that the Customer Service team is completely clueless. They did not even respond to my $4200 order for 2 weeks, and then when I finally did receive a respond, they gave me the run around. To this day, the products have not been received, and my order shows as "processing" on AutoAnything's website.
This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at ALL costs. There are many other alternative options out there for the same products. They are dishonest, unhelpful, and really just a giant waste of time.

I'd like to start off by mentioned that the individual that helped me on their chat feature was SO nice and helpful, but the service I got after my order made it clear that I NEVER EVER need to order from this company again.
I ordered (2) replacement bulbs for my Kia Optima Hybrid and chose the overnight shipping selection - since my headlight was out, I wanted to get them as soon as possible. After 3 days, I e-mailed them and asked about the overnight shipping and was told:
"Our expedited shipping options only affect the delivery speed of the order, and not the time it takes to process and complete your order. Processing time can vary for each item, as many of the products that we sell are custom-made or assembled to order, and in some instances may take weeks to complete."
While I understand that - they're bulbs. Not custom-made. And hopefully they're not assembling my bulbs to order. The e-mail stated the estimated shipping date is 4 to 6 days from now. I understand retail and I understand inventory, but cannot fathom why it would take 7 to 9 days for bulbs to leave a warehouse.
I bought 4 truck wheels from Auto Anything on May 15th, 2020, with a promise to deliver date of 5/25-5/27/2020. On 5/22/2020, they sent me an email stating the order has been delayed till 5/29/2020. I called up to see if they can give me an eta, that's when they told me my order has been further delayed, and I can expect delivery by first week of July? That's 6 weeks past the promised date! Then, they had the nerve to ask for an extra $100.00 per wheel, ($400.00 total), then they will expedite the order, and I will get my wheels one week past the promised date of my purchase order! Nerve of theses idiots! They close their chat windows while you're still typing, they'll tell you you have a ten minute wait on the phone, and one hour later you're still on hold. NEVER BUY FROM AUTOANYTHING! THEY SUCK! THEY'RE RUDE! THEY'RE IDIOTS! THEY ARE THIEVES!
I had ordered my a Tonneau cover for my 2500 HD chervy Silverado, when I had received it, the left side of the Mountain was broken, instantly i sent them an email with all the info you would think off included some pictures. Apparently no body had never reached out to me, or contacted me for over three days, then I called I had spent hours on the phone talking to customers service included the replacement service department, infact they had requested other email with some pictures, and I did sent it to them, again It other days now i haven't heard back from no body. Very disappointed I'm already spent thousands of dollars in them.
Ordered seat covers, card was charged and received a shipping date. Weeks later got a new shipping date for a month later so I did a live chat and cancelled my order. Got an email on the cancellation saying they were confirming with the warehouse the item hadn't shipped. According to to the guy during my live chat my seat covers were made to order. They are sent from the manufacturer in Anaheim. 8 1/2 hours later an email comes saying my covers have shipped. Really? A shipping label was created in San Diego and as of now 30+ hours later FedEx still doesn't have the package. The stuffs supposed to arrive here tomorrow and they're telling me I can send it back for a refund. After seeing other reviews that looks like another headache. I don't expect it to arrive tomorrow anyway but look forward to another run around. Do not deal with this company. I took pics of the live chat conversation and have records of everything else. Do yourself a favor read the reviews and look elsewhere. I wish I had.

I have bought OPTIMA Yellow Top Battery for my Prius. First Order arrive in good packaging but it had greese, edges chipped off, label peeling off. I called them, send them pictures while I was on the phone with the agent. He said it won't happen again and I made it clear it should be in the new condition.
Long story short, after few days I received the replacement battery in poor packaging, label peeling off, dirt on the sides, label chipped off and Bent Negative Post (breaking apart). I returned, wasted 2 weeks with them. Worst.

When they finally sent the other half the breaks were faulty. They screeched and my car didn't stop. I was driving with my infant with their faulty breaks.
I contacted them about returning them. They promised to send me instructions on returns but never did. They stopped responding to my emails.
They sold me faulty breaks and refused to give us assistance on returns or a refund.
Do not buy from them. Their parts are faulty and they won't help you at all. Same thing with Power Stop!
On June 24,2013 I ordered a set of Romik side steps for a 2013 Tundra. I received a last date to ship of July 1. After no ship confirmation I called them, only to be told the item is on back order with a possible release date of July 12th. Upon requesting to cancel the order and creidt my card back the charges I was told the will have to file a request with the provider of the product and see if they will allow this order to be cancelled. WTF, the order wont be released for 10 more days at the earliest and they may not allow the order to be cancelled? This is ridiculous. I won't be ordering from Autoanything again.
Good morning, it is very likely that this email will not matter to you or pay much attention to you because I am a simple client, simply a small client that may not mean anything to you, but it seems to me very bad company policy sell under deception, what do you do, they sold me a part for a truck which I ordered and paid an additional $ 50, for Express shipping that I should receive in 2 days. Then you informed me that this was 2 days after the order was in the United States, ok, it has been more than a week since it arrived in the United States and I still have not received the order from Fedex. Today call FedEx and they will They informed that this comes by normal shipping that you never paid additional for that order to be FedEx Express or anything like that, so I repeat, it is a deceit policy with which you sell and it seems to me that at least I must make the claim, Although I am sure that you will not pay attention. This company is an absolute joke. I called them to place an order on an item and I specifically asked to contact the manufacturer and make sure that the inventory is on hand and that they can send it out to me immediately. After being put on hold I was told to be reassured that the order was placed and the item would be shipped out at a certain date once that certain date passed I reached out again and was told some fake story about the manufacturer and never receiving my order and that they are working on it to get it to me as soon as possible the following day I receive an email stating that the manufacturer is sold out of this item and there is no inventory and now my shipping date is pushed out another month. Upon contacting the manufacturer directly turns out this was all some bogus lie but they made up and instead of being upfront with me and just canceling my order they chose to hold on to my money and make up stuff and blame manufacturers for the delay and lack of inventory even though that was not the case. I would never deal with this company every single person on staff makes up something to make you feel reassured but I guarantee you nothing will be done. First hand experience this is not the place you want to buy anything from.
