If you order from here, understand that even if you are exchanging the product, they will classify it as a return. If you see "no returns" anywhere in the product details (look on all six tabs), the multiple very prominent "FREE, NO HASSLE EXCHANGES" means nothing. This lesson cost me 100 bucks, don't let it cost you anything. I ordered floor mats, came in a color not close to the dinky sample color, and Auto Anything will not exchange them for a darker color. Never used, not installed.
Decided to check order status to find they dont even have it. Guess they sold my info. Also 15 emails trying to sell more but never a "Not in Stock" or "It isnt coming, keep waiting" email.

I purchased a full brake system in early September (which is over a month ago) through affirm I'm making payments. Affirm is taking payment out of my bank account and I haven't received my order from Auto Anything. The crazy thing is when I call Auto Anything the representative states when you call AA they are only able to create orders they can't look up orders. Only through online chat they can locate orders. So I created an online chat. My order isn't able to be located through name, address or credit card number. Even the loan Id through affirm. No record what so ever of my $1000 order. When I talked to affirm they say AA has received the order and has captured full payment of the loan over a month ago… I'm in a dispute now with there services. Seems like a big scam.
** Answering back to AA. My order hasn't been delayed… I have been in many chats with your representatives, there is NO record of my order what so ever in your system. When I spoke with affirm on the phone they said Auto Anything has captured full payment over a month ago. Affirm is now working on a case to get my money returned back to my debit card.

I've ordered a catalytic converter for 400$ with over night shipping for 20$ in April of 2015, for Buick rendezvous 2004 federal emission, first thing I was told it comes with a brand new oxygen sensor " didn't find it " when I called about it they said no we didn't say that and our sale manger reviewing the phone record to check, I knew it wldn't be there. But it's not a biggie I still got the old one. The part I ordered it shld been DIRECT FIT that means I don't have to do any modification to it just simply remove the old one and install the new one that didn't work with the one I got.
The neck pipe where it gets bended to meet the catalytic was way different than the original one so?
I had to cut the CC's pipes from both sides " in and out " and install it on the old one.
Next time I'll get the commercial part and still can save 300$ at least not even mentioning the additional labor. Don't let'em fool you out by direct fit cuz it's not gonna fit
Purchased a Covercraft Car cover which is defective & wanted to pay the difference to upgraded cover. Called Covercraft & they said I had to deal with Auto Anything. Auto Anything will not allow me to pay for upgrade & said I was stuck with a defective cover that does not shed water & scuffs my paint. With many options for online parts do yourself a favor & STAY AWAY from Auto Anything as their customer service will hang you out to dry. You have been warned!

I ordered Eibach springs and Autoanything sent a confirmatory email with promised delivery date. Several days later I received an email that the part wasn't available from the supplier and delivery would be delayed. I canceled my order with Autoanything the same day and ordered and received it from another company within days. Then I received an email from AutoAnything that the springs were shipped by mistake and they would make it easy for me to return them by calling customer service. I've made that call four times and no answer and no call back (see sceeen shot over one of the calls lasting 1 hour and 10 mintutes. Even when I tried to get through by calling sales and requesting a call back.
I purchased a set for my 2019 ram 1500 laramie crew cab and they sent me one for a 2018 standard cab. I called and the gentlemen was very helpful, he issued an RMA and said once fedex scanned the RMA they would send out the right one. This is were it started!
Not only did it cost me $14.00 to send them back they did not send out new ones they reemburshed my account (or so they say). They then tell me I have to pay for new ones. I did and asked if they could express the shippment and was told they are coming from georgia and would only take a few days.
They dont help with return shipping cost, my time, my delay and they dont expedite order since have been waiting weeks now. Terrible experience.
I purchased a Belltech lowering kit from AUTOANYTHING Part# 569SP for a 2002 Chevy Blazer. I spoke to their technical support line before ordering to confirm that I did not need to change the spindles or control arms for this kit to fit. I was assured it was direct fir to oem parts. Well that is not true. The rear went in fine, the front two shocks do not fit in the control arm like the original oem shocks. It is a night mare to deal with this company so I just cut the bolt holes on the shocks and made them work. When you spend 800 dollars on a lowering kit you would expect it to fit!
Ordered parts on their website that did not fit my car. Took hours to talk to someone and I never received a refund. Order from somewhere else. Anywhere but autoanything.

Ordered seat covers, what a joke, try to figure out what goes where, big 1 for back seat tore at the seam, wouldnt replace. Wanted me to send it back and they would repair it, lmao. Cheesy clips on them, velcrow had all kin ds of fibers on it, made next to impossible to get the sides to stick together. Bug shield has no directions or hardware in box, doesnt seem like going to fit right, window visors, cheaply made, stick on, wonder how long thats going to hold, dont seem like going to very long. Spent 450 bucks, bunch of junk, no custermer service, total BS. Will not buy another thing from them

Ordered seat covers on 12/8 for christmas received confirmation and a 12/19 expected delivery date on 12/20 was notified that it would not ship until 12/23 to late to go somewhere else.
Anything I ordered from this company is reasonably priced chips fast and the sales people are very knowledgeable and if you call in live you can usually get a 10% discount
The name should be Never Buy Anything! My husband ordered some "custom fit" seat covers for my car. They did not fit. We were told to make pictures, several times, so it could be assessed by Auto Anything and the manufacturer. They do not offer any customer service. As a matter of fact there is no regard for the customer. What happened to. "Oh, we're sorry they didn't fit" or, "We are sorry,
We will gladly refund your money". NO, we can return the faulty seat covers, which also had a tear in the material upon opening the package! We are being penalized for something that is not our fault. After numerous phone calls, with a different customer service agent every time, we got the same song and dance. To add insult to injury, we are being charged a 20% restock fee. It is costing us over $65.00 for the restocking fee and I feel certain other "fees". Save yourself a lot of aggravation and frustration and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Auto Anything. My husband has been a loyal customer for years - he will not be in the future!

Bought a trailer hitch, shipping was delayed twice. When arrived I chose to return it. The customer service was terrible. You get what you pay for, don't buy stuff here.
I ordered 2 different parts for my truck, not only took them almost a month to deliver them, but the were the wrong year for my truck model, so of course they didn't fit. I've tried to call, but they don't do customer service on the phone anymore. I've tried "live chat", but "they are not available at this time". I've tried a few emails, but still no response. All I need to know is if they can provide me with the right part or just give a refund. All of these have been done on the last 3 weeks after I received the wrong parts.

When call was made to locate my order, there automated phones stated I'm 30 minutes out. I was on hold for just over an hour. Then I was told by sales that they can not do location of packages so they transferred me to a different department. That department was a 3rd party answering call center that still couldn't get any answers. Was told that she would need to call the manufacture on Monday being it was a Saturday and not open. I ordered 2 items June 5th. First item was receiver hitch with a delivery date no later then June 19th, I called on the 20th and got no where as stated above. Second item said it was going to be no later then June 23rd and came early. I said I wanted to cancel order and get from somewhere else. I had other options to get it in 4 days but tried to save $10 bucks. Not worth it. I believe this company is a drop ship company only with no direct info when you need it. All third party answer call centers that don't know nothing crap!

Please do not waste your money on buying the Putco Switchblade LED Tailgate Bar for your truck. I had it installed professionally and it stopped working within 3,000 miles of use. When I called Autoanything to get my money back they wouldn't give me a replacement unless I uninstalled it and paid to ship it back. Also wasn't a guarantee they would replace it. I was not about to pay over $100 AGAIN to have it uninstalled and shipped. I sent them videos and everything and after about 3 weeks of talking to about all of the customer service reps I asked to speak with a manager and she did was give me $60 back after I spent $260 on this broken item. Thanks to them I have a brand new beautiful f150 that has a messed up looking tailgate bar on the back making it look like crap. Thanks! Please stay away! They are nice in the beginning but when you ask for your money back it is a nightmare.
Brittany, Thank you for the review. We are incredibly sorry you are having an issue with your tailgate light bar. AutoAnything has a solid 30-day money back guarantee in like new unused condition. The manufacturer of the light bar has a 3-year warranty against defects and failure due to defect. They require the item back for inspection and the disposition of the warranty is up to them. We gladly assist you with the warranty request but they do use the light bar to determine how to best build these light bars going forward. Your order is only a year old and you will have two years to decide to return for warranty replacement. Please advise when you are ready and we will help you get a replacement. Unfortunately colors do not always look the same in person as they do on screen, but these mats are clearly labeled as "non-returnable" on the product page which means they cannot be returned, even if a replacement order is placed. I am sorry if you feel this is unclear, but we are always happy to offer clarification for our customers prior to an order being placed if you are not sure you're going to be happy with the color.
