Terrible experience. They send me the wrong product and I can not return it. Don't have any option in my account to do this and I been in the phone on hold for more than two hours several times and NOBODY answer it.

I purchased a set of running boards for my truck and was sent damaged boards and they were the wrong ones.So I called several time and they finally sent another set out. But they were the wrong ones again.So I called several times and told them the right running board # to send me, and they want me to sent the good set back that doesn't fit my truck and give me a refund for 513.00 but I paid 546.00. Isn't that great, I was dealing with idiots for 2 months and got a major run around which they said it was there fault, No Kidding, but they want me to find a 8ft box and send them back. I live in a apartment and don't have the room to store a 8ft box.So to sum it up I deal with idiots for 2 months, spend more of my time to repack and ship there mistake back to them so I can be refunded 30.00 less. I will never buy a thing from these idiots again. Beware unless you have time and money.
Purchased a Super chips tuner from this site. Paid $416 plus tax. This unit I purchased was specifically for the make, model and year of my vehicle. When plugged it into my car I was greeted by a "calibration error". After numerous phone calls (HOURS) to superchips I was informed I had to pay an additional $40 for a patch to the program. PATCH? I did this as I really wanted it to work. Still didn't work. Additional HOURS on the phone with superchips and several attempts by their engineers to correct. NO GO! I call, text, e-mail and tried to chat with AutoAnything. NO RESPONSE. So I disputed on my credit card and will await the refund.
Ordered floor mats for suv front back and cargo. All was said to be in stock. Got rear and cargo and card was charged for all three. Said all three shipped. I sent email about front and they said it was delayed and then email was sent saying it would be another month if I wanted to keep or cancelled. I cancelled the order and then 4 days later they told me they were on the way after I had cancelled and I had done ordered from another company and had in 2 days. Having trouble getting a return number to send back.
They claim to price match but when it comes to price matching they say they have the right to say no, wtf, price match or do not advertise that you do.
Excuse they used was " that is just $2 above our cost"
False advertising!

We are almost always able to price match, but we do reserve the right to decline a price match (as stated in the Price Match Policy) as unfortunately, as a business, we still need to make money on our sales. I am sorry again for any inconvenience, though.
These guys are liars and crooks. I ordered 4 wheels in late May for my truck for which they immediately charged my credit card for $700. They ensured me these were in stock and would ship no later than June 3rd. On June 3rd I get an email saying they are back ordered and would ship June 26. I called their customer service and when I asked why they said these wheels were in stock he said, "let me be fully transparent, we do whatever we can to get your money up front." He was at least honest so I let it slide and on June 26th I received an email saying they would ship on July 3rd. You guessed it, on July 3rd I received another email saying July 20th. I immediately cancelled my order. Of course they say I won't receive my refund for 5 - 7 days. Stay away from these guys!
This company is bogus and fraudulent. They should be shut down. They are bogusly selling products that they don't have available. They sold me rims for my car, and said they had them in stock. Over a week later they send me an email saying they never had them in stock, and I would have to wait for them to be available. They even threatened to charge me a 20% restocking fee if I was not willing to wait. I don't see how legally they can charge a RESTOCKING FEE for a product they never had in stock in the first place.

I purchased rims from auto anything. The boxes were delivered with no damage to the place I had them put on.
While they were putting one of the rims on in one spot on the Iside of the rim theres a flat spot. The new tires were not going on properly. You could feel the flat spot but could not see it in the pictures I sent to auto anything. They replied they will not take them back because they cannot see it.
I gave them the name amd number of who put them on and they could explain.
They said no
I asked them to send me a shipping label to send rim back and they said no. So I am stuck with a rim...
Received a set of APS running boards for my Titan XD and the parts package and instructions did not match my truck. Contacted AutoAnything and was told I would have to purchase the additional hardware even though the description clearly stated custom fit and all hardware included. Their CS was absolutely no help, so I purchased the needed hardware elsewhere.

I ordered a set of seat covers and did not like the material and wanted to return them. Their web site says free no hassle returns WRONG! They wanted $30 dollars to return them, so about 40% of item. BUYER BEWARE!

We try to make returns/exchanges as easy as possible, but we do have return fees for standard returns, as outlined in our return policy and at the bottom of many emails. Please note, these fees can be waived in the event of an exchange if you'd like to get a different set of seat covers.
The return policy and the things you ordered they never stand behind anything the company sells to you and won't you order the right parts I ordered a dull exuset kit for my ford f150 and it sounds like a Honda the original muffler system sounded better not happy at all with the company at all

I had ordered a TBS a few days ago and found out that my card had not went through and order was cancelled. So next time I went to the bank I found that they charged me 3 times for I part I was never receving so instead of 30 the charged me 90. I'ma call them tommrow I'll let u know how it goes. Goes to show don't order anything from this place and I can say I never am again
I highly regret buying from this seller. I tried to purchase a set of floor mats for my 2020 transit van. The first set did not come close to fitting. After a lengthy conversation I was able to convince the representative to let me return them if I purchased a set of weather tech mats. The weather tech mats did not come close to fitting. This time, after a lengthy interview, I am required to submit pictures and wait and indefinate time before they will let me know if I am eligible to return the mats they sold me and if so, how much they will charge me to return them. This is rediculous, they did not deliver what I purchased and I should not have to jump through these hurdles just to return a product that was not as advertized. Buyer beware, do not use these guys.

I ordered side steps for a Silverado. When they arrived driver side was dinged so I called their customer service which sent me a link to a rep to send pics... which I did. They have never answered the emails nor returned calls. Called the manufacturer of the product (Raptor) and no questions asked 30 minutes later the sent me a tracking number to the replacement part. Kudo's to Raptor but will NEVER deal with autoanything again and I have spent a good deal of money there thru the years. Update: 40 days after this review the original customer service person that had requested pictures sends me an email saying "we contacted the manufacturer and they stated the problem has been resolved is there anything else we can help you with?) well ummm err hell no I took care of it with the manufacturer you did absolutely nothing. Will still not EVER shop there again
It does not get any worse than this company. Ordered a Tonneau Cover for my pickup. On the Chat transcript it was promised One day out of the shop and for $24.95 over-night Fes Ex shipping. Drove 6 hours to get it and of course... it never arrived. Chatted, and chatted, phoned, etc. etc. Was not given name and contact info for CEO or Manager. Told it would ship in another 5 to 7 days. Would not honor their word. Would not make a wrong right... and on and on it went. Would not agree to ship it to my hometown. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPAY They are LIARS and do not try to rectify their mistakes.
I bought seat covers for my camaro spending over $200. I couldn't put them on myself so I paid $100 for an auto service company to put them on. The driver side will not stay tucked in. I called customer service and was told to take pictures of it. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to return them (at my expense) and they would "fix" them to make them right. Then I would have to pay someone again to put them on. I just wanted a refund! I tried to talk to a supervisor but they told me they would tell me the same thing. When I demanded to speak to someone, they put me on hold and I hung up after 15 minutes. I would never buy anything from them again.
I ordered floor mats for a ******* transit passenger van and instead got a box of mats for a Nissan or an Infiniti when I called them I sat on line the first time for 1hour and 45 min then the phone disconnected me.the 2nd time I tried and it was 1 hour 30 min then the same thing happened. I then went to the sales dept who said yes I see your order but I cant help you I said that's fine could u please speak to your manager he said hold on came back 5 min later because I said ok but please come back. When he returned he said I'm still trying to find one who can take your call. Then he returned and wouldnt let me get a word in and he said all the managers are busy but I have your number one will call you. You need to be patient and before I could speak he hung up. I spent over 200$ on these mats. I would never again do business with this company
Ordered two sets of Lund Floor Liners. One for my 2010 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 and the other set for a 2014 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited. Excellent product, laser cut to fit each car precisely. It must not bother this company that they have an overall 1 star rating. I should have read reviews first. I ordered a rotor & brake kit for a 2018 Rav4.2 front rotors 2 back rotors & brake pads. When I recieved them all 4 rotors were the same size. The vehicle has different size rotors for the front & back. The rotors fit the front but did not fit the back. I had to buy the back rotors locally to get the job done. You can't call the company you have to "Live Chat" which is horrendous. So I chatted with "Jay" & explained the situation & he told me to send pics of old & new rotors (Which I did) 2 weeks & no reply.
So I chatted with "Rochelle" & again explained the situation & she seen where"Jay" previously did indeed ask for photos. She said I would receive an email within 24 hours addressing the situation well it's been 48 hours & yes no email. This company is a joke look elsewhere & stay away.
