I bought a very expensive item and was given a 19# code for a $25 off my next purchase. When I tried to use the code it didn't work, I tried the chat line it didn't work so I called and complained and that didn't work. So ordered my next part from someone else at a discounted price.
I feel that I have been robbed by Auto Anything. I purchased "custom made" seat covers for my truck. When the seat covers arrived they did not fit on the back seat. They are not custom at all for the truck. When I called to return them they said they would not take them back because it had been over 30 days since the transaction. I will never buy anything from them again. They need to stand by the products they sell. This 30 day policy is a complete joke. Auto Anything is a complete joke.
Before this order was placed we called to confirm the return policy because of Covid we were waiting on other parts and had issues with the garage we were using for the restoration. We were told returns can be made after 90 days of a restocking fee is paid. We called again before placing a second order to verify that the return policy was the same, we got the same information that returns are accepted but restocking fee's might be incurred. When we called again to do the return customer service said their return policy changed and no returns are being processed. I've spent over 6 hours on the phone with customer service and they are unable to process any returns for me.
The airbag came missing 2 parts. I needed the airbag for the next week so I called AutoAnything. The person promised the part would go right out and he would email me a tracking number. Two days later I never got an email so I called back and a woman said the same thing, it would go out and she would email me a tracking number. Two days later it didnt go out and I called back and it turned out they ordered the part from the manufacturer and never bothered to tell me. The part finally arrived but 3 days too late. Since they messed up three times they might have rushed the shipment so I could meet my deadline but didnt bother. I dont know if this is a regular practice for AutoAnything but my experience was pretty bad!

Recently received 2 sunshades for 2 family cars. Fit was perfect on both, price was right, quality was excellent. Have ordered many items from AutoAnything in the past. Have always arrived early, always quality items as advertised, prices always compatible. Customer service also has been excellent.

I ordered seat covers for my daughters Jeep Wrangler. First of all the blue color on the website does not match the color I received so I sent the originals back and had to pay the shipping cost. They said I could exchange them but they ended up charging my credit card twice. I ordered a different color and received the rear seat only. They keep pushing my shipment date back because they say these are custom made. Hello! I already received the rear seat, why does it take a month longer to make the fronts? This was a Christmas present my daughter and I won't get them till January 20th unless they push the shipping date back again. Their answer to my frustration is " well we can cancel the order for you sir". Who wants just the rear seat covers! I guess I can send them back too and pay shipping costs so I will be out about 40.00 with nothing to show. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else STAY AWAY! YOU WILL BE SORRY
I ordered an SUV air mattress and set the shipping address to my home in Washington state. I was just notified today that it was delivered to an address (it doesn't say the street address) to a town in NY. I rechecked the shipping address on my order and it's mine. The cost hit my checking account when I ordered it 3 days ago. I tried to reach out to the company today but they are closed for the weekend. I'll reach out on Monday and if I get no satisfaction, I'll do a charge back.

They will give you a fake email address for the manufacture. If you call customer service tell the rep the address isn't going to the manufacture they tell you you that is the only address they have. They really don't care.

Sure, wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from auto anything. Order a set of MoRryde steps I called them to make sure they came with all the hardware needed and the handrail they said yes. Steps show up with no handrail or hardware. Contacted Auto anything they called MoRryde they were told that it was extra for those items. So now they tell me that it will be $92.00 to get what I was told comes with the steps. They still are advertising them with the handrail and with no disclaimer

I have two items both the same thing. The first one was not a tuner so I arranged to return it and buy a Diablo Tuner. Not only did I receive the Diablo Tuner, I also received another Pulsar LT. I was supposed to get a return label, but instead got charged for another part I didn't even want. I would of gave no stars but unfortunately I could not. I always had good luck purchasing from their website until I had to finally return something. I will be contacting the BBB if I do not receive them by March 24,2023. If you buy something from them make sure it is right, or you will play hell getting it back. So dissappointed!

I spent $297 on seat covers when I receive them the staps weren't sewn in place - it was the weekend and we wanted to put them on so I fix them. I sent pictures and requested if they would compensate with some kind of discount. All I got back-and-forth from Hannah at customer service was since they were already used/installed that there was nothing that they could do because I did not contact them right away. What a bunch of BS their seat covers all you do is wrap them over. They didn't offer any support or help just kept sending emails until I finally had to follow up after several days.
Do not spend your money here. All it would've taken was a simple $25 refund and I would've been happy but instead got lead on with BS emails and then to be said no because the item was used their friggin cover seats what a joke don't shop here!'

Called to get a refund on wrong merchandise sent. They would not give me a refund for the shipping and the foreign customer service rep argues and told me it was shipped overnight and it actually arrived 4 days later and then he disconnected the chat. I had tried calling the customer service number 3 days in a row and it keeps saying they are closed. The customer service reps name was shanen.

Clearly on the order form it says billing adress shipping adress. These idiots would not ship because the 2 addresses were different. Why offer this option?

I was very pleased with both orders I placed. The first were mats for my Alfa. They fit great no issues and I received them in less than one week. My second order was just one week ago and I already received the cargo mat. Great service and they answered my questions about the cargo mat. I am very happy and will order again in the future. JJS
Awful they have a person to guickly take your order and money but when it comes to a problem or return there is noone to talk to just email and the response is a can email. Don't purchace from this company if u care about customer service

Called them and was told I did not pay in full. I explained that I paid the exact amount that is listed on there website and that how can I as a consumer edit the total and not pay the full amount. They did not care.

So i ordered a brake set a couple months ago while they were on sale, a week goes by and i get an email saying i need to accept the revised shipping date which is a month from when i ordered the brakes, i accept. A week after i accept i get another notification saying the order was cancelled because i didnt accept the revised date. I went through a whole $#*! show trying to figure out how to re order the brakes and still get the discount. After i order them it says i will get them in a week, cool. After that week i get a revised shipping date notification AGAIN so i accept it, its about a month out. I wait till the day before i was supposed to get them and they said they cancelled the order because they dont know when they are going to get the brakes from the supplier. So here i am running terrible brakes on my car for 2+ months all because they couldnt put on their site that they are out of stock.
I ordered a custom-fit dash mat. When it came it was badly miscut and did not fit the dash. The cutouts did not line up. They are giving me a hard time on the return, they want me to pay the return postage or some restocking fee. What are they going to try and send it to the next poor sap that orders one for a 2020 4 Runner? I just want a full refund and if they want the worthless dash mat back I will put the prepaid return label on the box and send it to them.

Ordered a Tonneau cover. Sent the wrong part. Tried to call for a refund and no one answers the phone.
They put you on hold and tell you the wait time will be 1 hour and 15 minutes. (they say that amount of time every time you call) After you hold for a hour or so the call just terminates.
If you try to use the online return they charge you return shipping and a restocking fee even though they sent you the wrong part. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered a car vacuum but when the package arrived it was a wall mount bracket for a car vacuum. The webpage from which I ordered the vacuum had pictures and specs for the vacuum but no picture, description or other wording to indicate it was only a bracket. I called the get an RA number so I could return the product. The rep seemed somewhat incompetent and they have yet to send me the RA number. To add insult to injury they wanted me to return it to them using their "discount" shipping service. It would only cost me $9.95 to return a small (will fit in an envelope) $18 item to them.
Answer: Customer assistance is a joke. Never get to real people. When and if 6ou figure out how to do a refund yourself on website they keep at least a third of your money for " restocking fee and shipping"!
