I ordered mirrors for my 2019 Ford F-150 Sport for a trip and when they came, they did not fit. I called the number on the invoice and never got a return call. I emailed the customer service dept. to return the part because I had to go out and buy mirrors. I paid $89 and was only given back $44. I emailed them when I saw this and haven't gotten a response. WHAT A RIP OFF! I paid $8.95 for expedited shipping.

Got a great deal and fast shipping

I ordered a Rough Country tonneau cover from AutoAnything. I got a $50 discount code from some wheel spin thing on their website that popped up when I was browsing. After I placed the order, I became skeptical because it was such a great deal. I looked up reviews and saw a bunch of negative ones. At that point I thought I got scammed, but that was not the case, thankfully. I got the cover in a couple days, shipped right from Rough Country. It was brand new in an unopened box. The cover itself is great, was a quick, easy installation and looks awesome. As for AutoAnything, I couldn't be happier. Great deal, fast shipping and a quality product. Glad I didn't read some of these reviews beforehand, because I definitely would have passed on what turned out to be a great purchase. I can only speak of my experience, but it was a great one and I felt I needed to post a review after reading some negative ones, so others don't shy away from AutoAnything like I may have. Thanks AutoAnything! I'll definitely be buying from you again!

Poor customer service
February 13, 2019

After ordering a part they created a shipping label and then sat on it for five days before shipping it to the wrong address. I noticed by the FedEx tracking number that the package was going somewhere other than my address. I called customer service and was told that it was being shipped to my address and not to worry, well it was delivered someplace else. Called again and they blamed FedEx and was told that customer service would call me the next day with an up date when FedEx retrieved the package. Three calls to customer service and always told they would call me back. Never happened. Bottom line, took over three weeks to get my part and much frustration with customer service.

Nothing but bull$#*! from day 1. Expected delivery date of 12/31/22 turned into a ship date of 1/9/23 which has now turned into a ship date of 1/24/23. All blamed on the pandemic...bull$#*!! Stay away if you want to actually receive what you've purchased

I had a very positive experience with AutoAnything. I ordered a front and rear sway bar in two separate orders on a Tuesday and received one sway bar Saturday. However, the other wont be here until Tuesday... so I am not sure why there is such a big difference in delivery time when they were ordered the same day.

I also enjoyed the discount I got on my first purchase! With that being said, the product I bought also qualified for a mail in rebate to the manufacture of the product so I called their customer support to make sure that they products they ship out come in the factory box so I could get the UPC code.

I am very happy/impressed with my purchase so far! If I come across any problems for the 2nd half of my order I will report back.

UPDATE* I ordered the other product a couple weeks after the first and had the same great experience! I didn't have any issues with the mail in rebates either. Satisfied!:)

Makes excuses
March 5, 2019

Ordered floor liners for 2009 Silverado. Upon ordering, they asked the vehicle make, model, year, and many details. Floor liners did not fit. At all. I did a chat to try to return them. He said that he would make a note on my account that the return was approved, but that I would need to call during regular hours. I called. The lady was rude and asked for me to send pictures. I sent pictures and they replied that they did not see a problem and that was how the liners were made. They literally would not fit inside my truck. They approved a return but I would need to pay shipping myself and pay a 20% restock fee. Bull! I'll sell them to someone else. I spent many hours and money on this crap company. Never again! Beware.

I ordered a pair of nerf bars and the driver's side nerf bar was damaged; keep in mind the box they came in was not damaged at all. They continued to go back and forth with the manufacture so I truly only had maybe a 10-day return policy because it would be 2-3 days at times that I was not contacted at all. They insisted on me sending them the SAME pictures they already had but they kept whining about the pictures not being clear, etc., etc. Save your money and only do business with a reputable company, not a company of bozos!

When ordering from AutoAnything they give you a estimated delivery date. The estimated dates are NOT TRUE. The last several orders I placed with this company the delivery dates had changed. My last order was pushed out a month from the original delivery date. I would not recommend them at all and this is the last time I do business with them.

I ordered a relatively expensive carpet kit for my Jeep. For the price, it was very cheaply made and not the low quality i want to use. When i called to return the product, they have a 20% restocking fee and a return fee. The return policy needs to be displayed more prominently on the order page. If you have to return a product to them, its going to cost you plenty. I would avoid shopping with online companies that charge a restocking fee.

I was told if seat covers did not fit, that I would not have to pay for return shipping. Turns out this is not true. Not only do you have to pay to return items that don't fit, you also have to pay a 15% re-stocking fee. I have ordered from them before and didn't have any issues, but I will never order from them again. Beware when buying from them - they do have good prices, but if an item does not fit you are going to lose big.

This company i ordered my wheels from sent me the wrong wheels dont have the right wheels so they charge me to take back there crap... unless i order something else that does not fit. This online crap just made my decision to not order wheels again from a little crappy business in san diego ca, but from a more reputable company i typed in my van info it sends me to auto anything sorry crappy sight. And i order what i think is 3/4 ton wheels. And they send me the wrong thing... im gonna post all over to all my car buddys to never use this little crappy bus in ca...

Bought the ntro-Tech Automotive Ultimate Reflector Car Sun Shade for 2015 Nissan Rouge.
They advertise a custom fit, but you have to keep to 2 panels closed for it to fit. Hardly a custom fit. They dont let customers post reviews, because I tried. I assume they are all fake.

Bad Service

Bought a Bed cover; they said they had it in stock. Waited the time line called back in as i was not given my email confirmation. Was told the agent did not process it correctly. I needed the bed convers for my travels and now I'm SOL. They could not offer any solutions. Will not use them again!

Sh*t happens

Ordered saddleman seat covers for a Ford Maverick.The plastic piece that connects the straps broke and ordered a replacement then I got covid so by the time I tried to install the covers it was past 30 days.They didn't fit well at all but was told since it was past 30 days they wont do anything.Wont order from them again.

My husband and I ordered front mats and a cargo mat for our Hyundai Santa Fe. We looked at the different colors and the one we ordered just wasn't dark enough so I called back and we have returned these and have ordered the ones that we are sure will definitely work out. We have ordered from Auto Anything before and have always been very well satisfied. Their quality is excellent!
I talked to Patrick Turcar and from beginning to end he was so pleasant and absolutely no problem of any kind. I give him 5 Stars for his service.

I just ordered Spyder headlights that were, by the way, a very high poor quality. In order to return them and avoid a restocking fee of 15% and pay shipping, I have to take pictures of the product and send it to them Nothing in the order, when I placed it, mentioned anything of a restocking fee even if you didn't like the product as is. She stated to me that the return policy was buried somewhere in the website! My suspicion is that is a part of their P&L! Caveat Emptor!

Ordered tonneau pro tonneau cover and when delivered box was from different manufacturer and half the parts were missing. Box was all taped up. Contacted auto anything they said would have to check with manufacturer. Three weeks later after multiple e-mails and phone calls still saying waiting to hear from manufacturer. My contract is with auto anything not manufacturer. They took my money they should make it right. Send me replacement and shipping lable i will return the parts they sent. Or send me a refund and shipping lable i will send back what they sent me. Do something its almost a month and they still are going with have not heard back from manufacturer. Bull! If i call the manufacturer right now i would get a response. My transaction was with auto anything. Do not deal with them if its a price thing spend couple more dollars and deal with reputable site who stands behind there transactions

Really really bad experience.
January 24, 2022

Order placed on 11/27/21. Estimated delivery date 1/10/22 to 1/13/22. Revised ship date notification received on 1/7/22 pushing ship date to 1/26/22. Received another revised ship date 1/24/22 pushing the ship date back to 2/3/22. I told them to cancel my order. They informed me that they would send the request to the vendor. They said this request is not a guarantee that the order would be cancelled. I clarified that my cancellation was not a request and that I am to be refunded immediately. To be clear, I ordered a tailgate insert for an F250. This is not a complex part or request. Given my experience, and other's comments on this company, I'll never order from these folks again. Life is too short.

In this case, a PO will have been generated, meaning the manufacturer has to "approve" the request, which just means they need to confirm the order has not yet shipped. I ordered a tonneau cover, and was told it was in stock and ready to ship. Two weeks after I had ordered, and paid for the cover, I got an email saying it would be another 6 weeks before it was shipped. The original delivery date was October 2, when I got the email, the new shipping date was December 17, or later.

Don't waste your time, or money with liars. Auto anything will tell you anything, just to get the sale.
