I placed an order with this company and only a few hours later (after reading bad reviews) cancelled my order. They completely ignored my cancellation request and shipped my order days later. They tell you that you can return it but they don't tell you that you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of (they put you on hold for hours) and you don't get a response to your email that is not automated until after they ship your order. This company is a scam. What kind of company ignores a cancellation request prior to shipment so they can charge a restocking fee for a return? I will be refusing my package and I have disputed the payment with PayPal.

Ordered a trailer hitch for my Odyssey, suppose to be shipped on 06/16/2020, they set a new date 06/23/2020 and now they are not replying to my messages nor willing to cancel my purchase... I needed my trailer hitch by end of June and seems like I'm not getting it

Poor Customer Service re warranty
September 5, 2022

I purchased a Broadfeet Bull Bar from AutoAnything.com in 2017. The product was sold with a lifetime warranty. In 2022, one of the brackets completely cracked at the 90 degree bend. I called customer service in to ask about a replacement. Customer service told me to call the Broadfeet manufacturer directly. The Broadfeet manufacturer told me it is AutoAnything's responsibility and to call AutoAnything. I have called AutoAnything.com approximately 15 times but customer service repeatedly suggests I call the manufacturer. Neither of these companies will help. I have asked to speak with a manager at AutoAnything.com but no response. Finally, I have offered to pay for the part and still I cannot get any help replacing the item. I have been a steady customer at AutoAnything.com for a number of years. The one time I need them to honor what they sell, there's no willingness to help. -AutoAnything still carries the item on their site with the lifetime warranty!

Bought Spyder replacement headlights for 2003 Suburban. Mechanic could NOT adjust them! I looked at the frame of the passenger light and it is cracked. Called Customer Service and spoke with Karina. She completely dropped the ball! As requested, I sent photos and then never heard from her again. Fast forward to this day 06/26 and I had to call again to find out what is going on. Guess What?
Someone else looked up my complaint and notified me that the mfr would not cover the crack as part of the warranty. The so called Customer Service Agent kept downplaying my problem and finally offered me a discount to buy new lights. If you buy from this lousy company; You will get What You Deserve! STAY AWAY... Far away! There are numerous companies to choose from out there. P Keenan

Peter, thank you for taking the time to write a review of product and service. We are sorry for the experience you had with the installation of your headlights. We are sorry for the delay in getting back you regarding your warranty request. The manufacturer can take up to two business days to reply and we had the weekend right there as well. The manufacturer did reply to our request denying the warranty due to damage during installation not being covered. When the shop installed them did they advise the body of the light cracked or did they inspect them before installation? Our agent offering you a better price on a replacement set of lights was the best way we could help you after the denial of warranty. Please advise. Thank you, AutoAnything Customer Service.

Ordered an exhaust, spoke with an Auto Anything agent via Live Chat during the purchase. Ordered the parts under his advisement. Parts arrive, and they are wrong. They admit the mistake, but won't send new parts until they receive the wrong parts in return, or I can place another 560.00 dollar order while I wait for my credit... I say no to that rediculous notion, and have to go through several calls to get the coveted RA# sent to me, with shipping labels. When all is said an done, I then have to drive 18 miles to a Fedex location to drop the return package off for shipment, because these cheap idiots won't pay for a home pickup.
Never again will I make a purchase with this company. Just a real bad experience.

Order still has not arrived!

I ordered a chrome trailer hitch cover on 6/10 paid for expedited shipping said it would arrive between 6/17-6/22 then surprise I got an e mail saying it's delayed until 7/9 I told them to cancel surprise again they said it's on its way nothing has updated to my delivery info unless you want to wait even when you pay extra for shipping I wouldn't order here

I ordered rwo Great day centerlok overhead gun racks for hunting from autoanything. The item quality and fit was not great at all. I returned the items one opened and properly re-packed and the other unopened to find out that they wanted to charge me 15% cost on each for restocking plus $15 per shipping label. I decided to avoid the fees by doing an exchange for some Air Lift air bags and they shipped me a used item. Everything in this kit was theown in the box, nuts an bolts everywhere, scratched up brackets, and missing hardware. When I called them, they blamed it on the manufacturer. I called Airlift and they said they do not ship used Items that have been returned without refurbishing the kit. Again I contacted Auto Anything and am awaiting a call from the manager that has yet to happen for two days now. This company is trash, do not waste your time. Use Real Truck, I have had no issues.

Ordered a rear wiper blade for a 2012 Sportage. Advertised as an exact match. Upon receipt I immediately took it to my vehicle only to find out it was not a match. When I notified Autoanything they admitted their error, apologized, and then gave me an outside link to order the correct part at a 300% mark up. SHADY! No thanks. I returned the blade for a refund and after 3 months, Autoanything claims they have not received it and therefore can't issue a refund. How convenient! Stay away from this company. They advertise wrong items at a discount then try to sell you the right parts at an obscene markup and then refuse to give your money back. #autoanythingripoff

Tried to return an Item I accidently purchased 2 of the same products but meant to purchase 1. Online I selected one but somehow 2 ended up in the cart and when I checked out it was too late when I noticed 2 where billed. When I tried to return one of the 2 items online the person that I chatted with (Jestine B from Customer service) refused to waive the restocking fee and they also charge a return processing fee for an Item that actual only cost $20 and is in its original packaging. She was Extremely unwilling to help and very condescending. Offered no empathy and felt like I was chatting with a robot. First- and last-time customer. I'm a contractor with commercial vehicles and would have been a great customer for a company like AutoAnything. Beware of the return policy because that's what they hit you with when you ask them to waive the fees.

Note the mostly positive reviews on ResellerRatings vs. the horrible ones on this site. One can only speculate they've got shills leaving fake reviews on RR. Should you be so unlucky (and you probably will be) to receive defective merchandise from them, you will be put on terminal hold trying to return it. At the very least you will pay return shipping to send their CR@P back. My "goods" (Saddleman truck seat covers) were drop-shipped from a third-party in a crushed, stained, re-used box, with parts missing, and ripped when I tried to install them.

Beware

Pro: I gave a star only because they had the best price I found.
Cons:
- Customer is charged when order is placed instead of when shipped.
- Original shipping date estimate is immediately followed by emails announcing series of shipping delays.
- Customer Service is non-existance. Hours waiting for rep on phone and chat. Chat and email replies ignore costomer information and request. Replies totally unrelated to customer's query.
- Had to report problem to PalPay to get AutoAnything's attention and satisfactory resolution.
Save your time and trouble; pay a little more to a reliable company.

This company is the worst! I purchaced on a sunday night paid overnight shipping so i would expect to get on a tuesday. But no they said i will get thursday. How does that work! They will o ly give me 10 dollars back.! For shipping! Never again.! Please be carefull! If u need ur stuff asap!

Ripoff!

I order a bike rack and pay for 2 day shipping. The rack never ships for a week, I try to call, email, online chat. Impossible to reach anyone.
Order finally ships and I am away on work. I get home a week later now and find a bar. Thats it, no hitch receiver, no way to put a bike on it. A BAR. Try to call, email, chat again. No luck. I try a return form
And finally get a reply that states out of the 100 dollars and change if I return this bar, I will get a refund of half the amount I paid as fees associated will be deducted? Really? I ordered a bike rack for a car receiver hitch. And got a bar. Useless! Can't use it, can't give it back and get my money refunded. Horrible place I will NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY HERE AGAIN.

Order #******* paid in full, in advance. According to the site 4 to 5 days to your door, and free shipping. It seems that once AutoAnything gets their money all work stops. I placed my order on the 7th of January 2016, I didn't get a tracking number and had to wait until the 11th to call their offices, only to find out that not only did they not place the order, the item is in Pennsylvania. At minimum I will lose 2 weeks because these folks will not deliver what they promise. You will be promised everything over the phone, and they don't deliver. Henry

I purchased an item because AutoAnything was offering a 15% promotion discount. After placing the order and making payment they wouldn't honor the promotional discount; providing me with a very large list of manufacturers excluded from the discount. Don't buy from AutoAnything. They are "anything" but honest!

This place is on something they pass on the restock fee to the customers because they get charged what a load of sh#$ just get tour part off of Amazon and avoid the bs from this place I will never buy anything else from auto anything

We try to make returns/exchanges as easy as possible, but we do have return fees for standard returns, as outlined in our return policy and at the bottom of many emails. Please note, these fees can be waived in the event of an exchange.

I wish I would have read these reviews first. I ordered front and back seat covers. Front fit perfect (but with no instructions it took forever to install). The back are the wrong ones with no opening for the middle seatbelt. When I called they just kept insisting that they certainly were the right ones because the manufacturer said so. I kept telling them otherwise. They then told me to put the covers on and send them photos of why they don't fit.? I kept telling them they were the wrong ones. I use a flip top phone, I cannot upload photos (or send) and they tell me I'm wrong simply because they don't think they have to answer to anybody. They simply refused to acknowledge any error on their part or that they have an obligation to correct their mistakes. Please will somebody take them to task?

Horrible Experience

I bought car mats and had Grant D. Help me pick out the ones that fit in my vehicle. He assured me that they would fit perfectly and that if for some reason they did not that the exchange process would be simple. Low and behold they were the wrong mats. So I contacted Auto Anything via the chat for an exchange. An hour later I was told I would be getting an email with a return label. Three days later no label. So I contacted again. I was told nothing went through and I needed to wait ANOTHER 48 HOURS for them to contact the partner manufacturer! We shall see when/if I ever hear back from them and if I get the return label and the correct mat. As of now, I am highly doubting I will. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

Buyer Beware
October 18, 2016

We installed rain guards ordered from Auto Anything. Hours past the recommended 12-hour wait time, we tried the windows. One guard was catching and making the window motor run hard so we removed them. Contacted Auto Anything for return or exchange. Because they were installed, they won't take them back. Talk about Catch-22. They want us to reinstall them, tasking our truck's window motor again so they can have a photo to see if maybe, perhaps, possibly, the maker of the visor can do anything. Ridiculous. Never again.
