I will never Buy anything from you again, you sold me the wrong parts for my truck, I had your employee, via Chat, recommend this part for my truck, he actually told me my inquiry was for the wrong parts and said the one he recommended {ordered) was correct. It is your fault I paid for the wrong parts, you are to blame for the miss-order. I will spread the word that you are not to be trusted and buyer beware.
Don't even waste your time. I ordered a fab four roof rack eight lights. Roof rack was fine but the lights were so cheap and faulty I am still after weeks and months of waiting finally they gave me the return label I sent back the lights and I still can't even get a hold of anybody to give me my money back. I have probably been on hold for an average of 10 hours just with this company and I still can't even get this lady Stacey to email me back about my money that they owe me.
Stay away from this website. After you do your purchase you do not know that a nightmare is just starting. I ask question thru the the chat live, by phone and email about my car specs and I got wheels that were not compatible with my car, they sell whatever they want to, and then you have to see how install a product that is not made for your car. The customer service is awful, sales department even worst. Their solution is " take the wheel and go to every tire shop in your area to find out what you need to install them, we cannot help you". In addition. If you pay for an overnight shipping they will send the package next business day, and they send you the wrong part and you have to pay and spend time for their mistakes. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE is a best name for autoanything for sure.
I purchased Spider Halo Headlights and led Tail lights for my 2007 Ram truck. My truck looked sharp. I realy liked these lights. I noticed after 6 months that my $155.00 tail lights had 2 of the led bulbs in one of the lights were out. Auto Anything and Spider would not do anything. I had spent about a $1,000.00 with Auto Anything and no help. I didn't expect to spend 155 dollars every 6 or 7 months for lights. I thought Spider was a good brand and that LEDs would last a long time. They both lost me as a customer.
This company claimed to have the Bushwacker Fender Flares in white to fit my Ram 2500. After placing my order they quickly stated the item was not going to be delivered within the time frame they stated in their email. They claimed it was the manufacturer who was holding up the order. I called Bushwacker directly and they stated they no longer make the Bushwacker fender flares in white for the Ram 2500, and haven't in some time. I tried to contact AutoAnything about my order but only received several auto generated emails in return. There is no phone number to speak with a live person. Now they have $670.00 of my money and I don't have my fender flares that Bushwacker isn't producing. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and they still have not answered. Why is this company still in business?

I'm not sure why Bushwacker would inform you they aren't offering a product that they told us they are producing, but your frustration and disappointed is understandable, and I apologize again. I have had issues with the site not adding the discount to items during flash sales on two separate instances. I talked to customer service both times and they would not honor the flash sale and said that I missed it. Then the offered a discount that was no where close to the flash sale. Save your time and sanity and pay a little more from a legit business.

Stay away. Company delivered the seat covers to the billing address, not the shipping address. Forced me to ship on my own dime. Product was... ehh. Certainly not worth the 3 phone calls, numerous chats and the c/s rep accusations. Go find a better product with at least average service

Parts on website are not correct parts for vehicle and calling in phone orders and asking them to double check for correct part is useless. Spent a total of 3.25 hours on hold trying to get the correct part returned because they sent return label for the wrong part the first time. Never again.

Ordered a grille guard & shipping, ordered online & it came damaged & we thought we would keep it but the on top of that it's not even the right one. Have spent hours on the phone & they keep saying we ordered the wrong one. No we did not, I can not help it if the part number is wrong on their site. I want my refund of $688.10

I find that the customer representatives at auto anything although helpful or not knowledgeable about products and because of that often times will end up sending you the wrong part because they do not know the questions to asked to determine the correct part
I place the order in August, and still waiting for it. Horrible, horrible experience. How do they manage to still be opened and who is the human resource management of this company?! Know how to select your employees so they can do their job!

Ordered a part and the wrong one was sent. Notified them right away. Said they would contact the manufacturer for a return.
Took 2 weeks. Finally got the return label. Now they would wait for the return to clear then order a replacement part. Waited 2 weeks, nothing. Canceled the order. Went some place else to get the part.
Very bad company. I would not use them to order anything. They are a sub that orders parts from other suppliers and has it shipped to you. Just use another supplier. They don't care about the customer at all.

After paying and expecting my running boards for my pickup truck to arrive, I was shocked to find out that there are no brackets and nuts included, all effort to get them as so far failed, I will call and once I tell them what the problem is I will be placed on hold indefinitely, this has happened a couple of times today, but when I call to place an order it's fast and smooth. This is evil and irresponsible, I would strongly advice anyone looking to order from them to think it through
I ordered new Kyb shocks and thought they felt wrong. Took my car to my dealership for oil change and they said both shocks I replaced were leaking. Only had them on 45 days! What a joke had to spend more money to replace them with dealer shocks. Will never order from them again, I'm very mad and out $400.
Go to Carid.com they have EXCELLENT customer service! I am a performance shop mechanic, so I buy a lot of parts and deal with a lot of people. I ordered a few things off Autoanything for my shop for customers, they don't ever back up there products. They will never return their products. Carid.com will always return whatever to make you happy. Auto Anything is the WORST! I bought some drilled and slotted hawk rotors for a customer off of auto anything and they came warped. I asked to return them and they said no we don't return things after they're installed. How am I suppose to know if they work if I can't install them?! "
Well order a bug guard for my mini van told them what I wanted even the part number. Said not the shirt stubby one wanted full length. Well for the short stubby one for like $60.00. Ok not bad price but still going rate, sny way to return it for the one I wanted would cost me half that price an no where in the area they sent me to ship back was around where I was. So they take your order ship the wrong item over price for shipping it back. Have to jump through hoops just to find out they don't have the one you want. Their names states it all. AUTO but ANY THING. No way never again. Now have 2 will get the one I want later from dealer.
I have accessorized three vehicles through this company. They have been nothing but helpful and their products have been top-notch. I will continue to use some for any future vehicles or current vehicles that I have if I need accessories. They've always been helpful and matched accessories to my exact vehicle and everything has always fit perfect the first time around. Never had to send anything back. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I do not understand the negative reviews that have been posted other places.
I tried to save a few bucks and order from autoanything, but it was an awful experience. The wrong part was sent to me, and when I attempted to return it online, it said there was a $15 return label fee and a $10 restocking fee, and this is a $30 part. After literally an hour on hold, then several attempts at customer service chat, and several emails, I finally accepted the loss and bought the correct part on Amazon.
Placed an order and was told it could not ship for two weeks. Two weeks passed and I called them and was told that it would be another two weeks because of some kind of strike. But they never communicated it to me. I had to call them to find out! To say I am upset is an understatement. The customer service guy could have been more apologetic instead of defensive! Very bad company customer service etiquette. I am extremely unhappy!
I placed an order with this company and only a few hours later (after reading bad reviews) cancelled my order. They completely ignored my cancellation request and shipped my order days later. They tell you that you can return it but they don't tell you that you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of (they put you on hold for hours) and you don't get a response to your email that is not automated until after they ship your order. This company is a scam. What kind of company ignores a cancellation request prior to shipment so they can charge a restocking fee for a return? I will be refusing my package and I have disputed the payment with PayPal.
