They "lost the item" and wouldn't refund (at least yet). It has been a couple of weeks and they want me to file claim through their own logistics provider rather than do it themselves. So, I paid, never got the item and still don't have refund. Oh and don't even try using the email support as they have not responded to any of my four emails. I had to call which takes forever to get a human being on phone and then they don't have any idea what they are doing.
I purchased some cover King covers. This past Monday yesterday Thursday I received an email telling me that the seat covers would be delivered today so I took the day off so they just wouldn't set on my doorstep. I sat here all day eventually went to FedEx's website they said Monday so I eventually called FedEx and was told that was wrong too it would be next Friday, I then call customer service for auto anything that guy told me they never sent me an email and I said well I have it right here they told me I was mistaken so I contacted customer service and I sent them a copy of the email oh here's crickets from them. I will never order anything most people if you can't tell me the truth and then you going to call me a liar when I have a copy and a picture of the date you sent it to me

When an order ships we issue a shipment notification with your tracking number so you can follow your items delivery straight to your door. When FedEx reflects an expected delivery for the following day, our system will automatically issue you an update on the delivery. However, if FedEx changes the delivery date due to any number of reasons on their end, unfortunately, we have no control over that. I was able to review your order and see delivery is scheduled for 5/22 by end of day. You may check the status of your delivery at any time by simply pasting the tracking number into fedex.com or clicking the link on your shipment email. This place is a joke. They are quick to take the $ but they make it very difficult to get a refund and blame it on the distributors which is a lie. They put you on hold hoping you will hang up after being on hold for over an hour.
I'll never ever order anythign from here ever again!

I ordered two portable air compressors to fit under the rear seat of my two 4x4 vehicles. When the compressors finally arrived, I realized that they were way larger than I realized, when purchased. I called to try and exchange the compressors or to get a refund, and Auto Anything customer service was very hard to reach, and once I did reach someone, they told me that they don't do refunds, and if I wanted to exchange the purchased items, I would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Don'e use this company for anything! If you have any problems, you will be stuck with the product, with no help from them.

I have used Auto anything twice. I bought an aftermarket HD bumper that was suppose to have 5 aux led lights. When the bumper arrived it had 4 lights. After some back and forth mails and wrong light sent, they prorated the price of the bumper. That impressed me that they actually took care of me. So many other companies dont do it. Kudos for AA. Just ordered seat covers and was able to to talk with support to help with the correct options. Great job.
I bought some nerf bars from them and there were no mounting hardware. I called and he told me tuff SH**. He had 700 people on hold wanting to buy and then hung up.No help[ no support. I finally called the manufacturer and got help. Hat a joke auto anything is all they want is your money and will tell you anything to get it.
I ordered the N-Fab podium set. Super easy to install and look great on truck. It takes longer to pop out the stock hole plugs than to install the bars. Perfect fit! Great product and great service. Thank You Autoanything

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Will not answer emails, and waited over an hour to speak with someone on the phone regarding an incorrect order and they did npt have a clue as to what they were doing
I gave them one star because I could not give them a negative value.
I ordered a trailer hitch from auto anything.com and it seemed to be going well at first. I got a email that I canceled my order which I did not and that I would be refunded and I never got my money back and that was over a month ago. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! There phone is also off the line with the number they supply to call them. I would give them zero stars if I could.
We purchased seat covers from Auto Anything and payed $133.86. They did not fit. We confirmed with Ram that we put in the correct information for the seats in our vehicle. We contacted them and explained they sent covers that did not fit our vehicle and we requested the correct ones. We were sent a return label and told they would correct the order or issue a refund since it was their error. We stated to please send the correct ones. Instead they issued a return and then deducted $41.72 from the amount refunded for shipping/restocking even though it was their error in sending us the wrong seat covers for our vehicle. Literally paid $41.72 for absolutely nothing.

I purchased seat covers for my car. What I received wasn't right so I am trying to return them. Customer service has been horrible and they denied my return without any explanation, even though the site states 30 day return policy. Will never use this company again and will make sure to share my horrible experience with everyone.
I paid $350 for a car cover through autoanything.com and after one wash the stitching started to come undone. I contacted customer support with multiple pictures and they told me I would need to ship the product back at my own expense, then they would take 5-10 days to evaluate whether or not they would issue a replacement, and then I must pay for shipping back to me. So I have been sent a defective product and now I must leave my car uncovered for a month while they decide if they will even fix my problem.
I ordered a K&N air filter that was "in stock" and was supposed to ship same day. A bunch of phone calls later and a different story every time, I finally got it about 7 days later and opened the box to find it was all beat to hell. The seal tape was broken and the box was open etc... the filter had a little damage but looked to still be in good enough condition that I am not going to bother trying to return for a refund. This was my 1st and last purchase from this company ever! I would highly recommend that everyone stay away from this place and do not order anything from them. Horrible experience and horrible customer service! All around bad company! STAY AWAY!
I own a business. Ordered a part for a customers vehicle on 7/6/2020. It's now 7/20/2020 NO part. I have been on hold for over 1.5 HOURS. Yup 1.5 HOURS! Finally a so called customer service rep answers. NO info. No tracking NO nothing. I have confirmed they have NOTHING is their office/ fake warehouse. Everything comes from the actual vendor. All they have is a web site. Horrible, liars... DO NOT buy from this company. If I could of given them a BIG ZERO I would have. Update while writing this review: Ask to speak with a manager... waited for another 20 minutes only to be DISCONNECTED!

Ordered LeBra for 2008 Ford Taurus. I paid extra for overnight shipping once factory sent product to autoanything.com. Estimated shipping was May 3- May 6 (6-9 days later). I called May 4 and was told I would receive it May 7. I get email on May 6 that it was delayed until MAY 23! Totally Unacceptable! Now I've wasted almost 2 weeks to order from someone else. Very poor service.
I don't recommend doing business with auto anything they advertise no hassle free returns which is a lie, they charge shipping and restocking fees which are very high. When you return an item they don't tell you about the shipping and restocking fees they just apply them. Do yourself a favor and do business with a reputable company. I would not recommend this place to a friend or anyone else.

To clarify our policy, in the event of a standard return (meaning a mistake was not made on our end), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and there is a 20% restocking/reprocessing fee to cover the costs incurred by us. Bought a bike rack that said it fit 3 bikes, but it does not! Auto anything said they have wait 3 days to get me an rma from manufacturer to return item. I did not buy it from the manufacturer and autoanything should just take it back. This is also false advertisement as 3 bikes do not fit on this rack! I never had a problem before with autoanything but never had to return stuff. Seems like all these companies can false advertise on the web! Amazon does it as well.

We definitely never intend to mislead customers with our advertisements, but we do occasionally have data errors on our website, for which we take full responsibility and are always trying to mitigate. As far as the return process, I do apologize that sometimes there is a delay in issuing return labels. To give you some insight, some items are sent directly from the manufacturer when we do not have them in stock ourselves. For this reason, these items are also returned to the manufacturer, which is why we have to get their approval to issue the label. Beware that what you see is not what you get. In trying to return, they say the image is a "sample" and could vary from the product. I even asked. So if you show red and get pink, that's good enough for you? They said, "sample images may vary, so yes."
It took a Herculean effort and escalation to even get a refund. Sending out today and will update once they credit fully (which they said they would). Steer well clear of this. It's another one of those company's that has Trump-esque ethics (none).
They send you the wrong part and then want you to jump through hoops and send them all kinds of documentation and photos to prove the mistake is theirs. I've been going back and forth with them for a month now and still have not had the return "approved". Shop elsewhere, they are not worth the trouble.

Answer: Customer assistance is a joke. Never get to real people. When and if 6ou figure out how to do a refund yourself on website they keep at least a third of your money for " restocking fee and shipping"!
