Stay Away! First of all they pulled the funds from my account immediately, then let me know that the order would be delayed and gave me the option to cancel it and get a refund. I did so, and 6 weeks later they have yet to refund my money. Appears to be a pattern of behavior based on the some of the other reviews here.

I bought a bike rack that said it was In-Stock. I thought this was too good to be true and tried to use their CHAT to confirm, without any luck. The I waited 1 hour on hold to reach a human, which told me it would ship as planned. The day it was supposed to ship, I didn't see a status change, so I tried CHAT again and it only took 41 minutes to reach someone. They said it was still scheduled to ship on time. LIES. That night I received an email saying the product would deliver in 4 months... Worst service, Worst Scam of a Company. I doubt they stock anything at all.
Hi Brandon,
I am so sorry to hear that your bike rack was delayed so extensively despite contacting us for confirmation of stock. I realize this is incredibly frustrating.
I don't mean to make excuses for the trouble you have been through, but I would like to offer you some transparency into why these things happen. We have many items in stock in our own warehouses and in some cases when we don’t have stock on hand, we have the manufacturer ship the item to you directly. We get frequent inventory updates from the manufacturer which feeds into our system so we're quoting the proper delivery times.
Unfortunately during COVID, as suppliers are operating at a reduced capacity, some items aren't shipping out as quickly as our information shows or the availability information that our system uses doesn’t get updated promptly. So while the agent was presumably giving you the best information available at the time, the item may not have actually shipped on time. Our system flags these for follow up with the manufacturer, but again they will occasionally be slower to respond.
We're 100% committed to taking care of our customers, though, and making it up to anyone that may have experienced a frustrating situation as a result of these unprecedented circumstances.
If there is anything we can do to make this right, or if you'd like to cancel this order due to the delay, please send us an email at onlinesupport@autoanything.com.
Thank you,
Bailey
I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered Firestone airbags for towing our travel trailer behind our 2017 Pathfinder a month ago. They still haven't shipped. They emailed me letting me know they were out of stock but they still show in stock on their website with quick delivery. COVID is not an excuse. If you know shipping is delayed, change your website! Can't believe my order still hasn't shipped a month later. The trip I needed these parts for has come and gone. Please do not comment back that this is all due to COVID
Edit: Since writing this review my order has been delayed two more times. That's 4 times in 6 weeks they have revised my shipping date! A rep from Autoanything emailed me an apology along with a $30 gift card. I Let her know that it still shows that it will ship within 2-4 days which she said she fixed but still has not. I've requested a cancellation and will order from eTrailer.com.
I placed an order to be delivered to my PO Box. After a few days of not getting an email that my item had shipped I called to be told they can't ship it to a PO Box. Nobody there thought to call and let me know this. I'm surprised you can even place an order to be delivered to a PO Box online if this is the policy. I then changed my shipping address and after another 10 days of no deliver I called twice to be told it was being prepared to ship. I'm positive they didn't have it in stock which was why it was delayed. I cancelled the order. Also hold times are terrible.
Hi James,
I am so sorry to hear about the trouble you had with the processing of your order. It is true that we cannot ship to PO boxes, and I sincerely apologize that you were not informed of this sooner. Our system does not recognize when PO boxes are input, and so we have to alert customers of the need for a change manually. That being said, it sounds like you experienced a number of delays on top of this. I cannot say for certain whether or not we had the item in stock at the time of purchase, but either way I want to apologize for the lack of communication we had with you.
I know this apology is long overdue, but I did want to make sure you know how sorry we are for the experience you had. If there is anything we can do to make this right, please send us an email at onlinesupport@autoanything.com.
Thank you,
Bailey
There is a reason this site has a one star rating and it's their service. I ordered lowering springs thru these guys because the parts were hard to find and their site showed them in-stock. It's now been a week and they're telling me that the item is backordered and it's going to be another 6-8 days, but not to worry because once they receive them they will ship them out via expedited shipping method. That's not how fulfillment is supposed to work. The bad reviews are well deserved in my opinion.
They won't tell you an item is on back order until well after you have already made you purchase. And that's after three weeks of late shipping notifications and a phone call to them requesting an explanation. Cancelled my order and went with Autohance where they emediately confirmed in stock and ships the same day. The reviews for this company say it all I just wish I would have checked them first.
Bought Husky floormats for a Ford Maverick Hybrid and received floormats for 2.0 ecoboost model.
The site states " fits all models" but the floor is different on a hybrid.
As of 7/28/22 Husky does not even offer mats for the hybrid.
It has been three days of dead end communication with varying responses but still no return shipping approval. The most recent response states that they have to send the information to the manufacturer.
Certainly not hassle free returns as the website claims. I hope that this ends different than it looks like it will.
I placed an order with this site and the item never shipped. Getting a hold of someone via phone, chat or email is almost impossible and if you do they aren't able to give you any answers, just well try and get back to you in a few days.
Loved my money, has fought me to refund my money for a wheel they had returned to their warehouse by FedEx! Had to file complaint through Amazon. They were told by amazon to cancel the order 1 whole business day before shipping! Horrible company!
Hi Morgan- I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble cancelling your order and receiving a refund. If a customer of ours decides to cancel their order and it has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. However, we must first submit that cancellation request to fulfillment to confirm the shipment hasn't already been sent. In your case, the order had already been shipped however, the agent was able to recall the shipment, so you could avoid a return. I can see you have already received a refund as well. We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied and I'm sorry this was not your experience. If you are needing further assistance, please send me an email with your order number at onlinesupport@autoanything.com, I'm happy to help!
I ordered air shocks from AutoAnything in November. The shocks never held air and I tried everything to find the leak assuming it was in the lines. After 5 days, I removed the shocks, ran a strap thru them, aired them up and put them in water. The top welds were no good. I contacted AutoAnything after looking up their return policy. They wanted me to pay return shipping (although their policy stated otherwise for defective items) so they could determine if they were going to give me credit or exchange or do nothing. I can't even get that answer out of them. After 2 1/2 months I contacted them and was told they would check and get back to me. That was over a week ago and so far all I've heard is crickets. I have many more items to buy for my vehicle but I won't be buying any of them from AutoAnything.
I recently purchased 3D Maxpider floor mats for a 2020 VW Tiguan... They were the best price around from AutoAnything. They also shipped and delivered very quickly, and I am more than pleased with the product. The only downside was that 3D failed to incorporate the clips into the front passenger mat, but otherwise they fit flawlessly. They have the right amount of grip to not restrict your feet, but not to let them slide all around when wet.
Ordered 3 items got one correct. Nerf bars for truck did not fit. Told that we could initiate return when proper bars came in. When tried to initiate return was told was past the time limit. Lost upwards of $300. Liars and thieves. Don't do business with them.
Ordered a car cover on line. Received message to call about order, after several attempts I was told their system would not accept order. The card was valid, I am still using it today. Gave them a second card, was told it worked fine, hours later I receive message to call about order, same issue. Checked credit cards and found both cards had been charged and then removed. One more phone call to find they had canceled order, was transferred to someone to get explanation, went to voice mail asked for a return call, that was three days ago.
Bought a tow bar from them a couple years age, received wrong one. Thought it was a one time mistake. Bought my car cover directly from manufacture, far less hassle.
AutoAnything was a pleasure to deal with. The rep knew her stuff concerning the exhaust system I was inquiring about. It was the best pricing I could find on the Net. Coupled with the promotion codes and no shipping or tax. This was a sweet deal.
When I compare this experience with what I went through with CarID, its like night and day. Thanks AutoAnything - now I know where to go for auto parts online.
If you need custom parts for your car or truck this is the company heck out I ordered custom floor mats for my dodge ram 1500 and they had the mats I was looking for they took a little time to arrive because they are made just for the model truck or car that you have they have a lot of other products to dress up your car or truck if you like custom parts this is the site to check out.
I had ordered and purchased several items that was *******@300.00. When they arrived I noticed that 2 of the three item were damaged and defective. I have spent 45 days on the phone (because using their Email customer service option generates NO reply or services). I have talked to now 4 Customer Service agent and still do not have my seat covers because Cover King send me defective unmade - incomplete driver seat cover. The finally sent me a replacement driver's side seat cover that turn out to be the passenger side and NOT the driver side seat cover.
Are you confused yet? Today I was again on the phone with their Customer service group and I am still working on getting my money back.
FYI: I will never recommend Autoanything.com to anyone for any reason. J. C. Whitney.com is older and better.
Purchased an item from the company. Before I even received the item, the price dropped 10%. I requested a price match per their "guarantee" and was told that it was only available on new purchases, despite their guarantee that if the price lowered within a year, they would match it. Total rubbish. My dad always told me that guarantees were only as good as the company behind them. In this case, absolutely worthless.
I ordered Coverking seat covers via Autoanything based on the customer reviews. I received the covers and they are lower than JC Whitney or WalMart quality. Not even close to fitting. Autoanything took my photos, will screw around and I doubt that I will get a refund.
But what made me blow up is that in order to provide a review, you email it to their customer service. So none of the real reviews are making it through to shoppers. It's a scam.
Bought a nice Thule aeroblade roof rack and (I thought) saved some money. It did not fit according to the instructions so within 2 weeks I request to autoanything.com to return it. I agreed to pay shipping, but a week later I receive an email from autoanything.com saying they need to charge a 50% RESTOCKING FEE. Now I am out $500, have a rack I never installed, do not want, and it would cost me $250+ just to return. Now going to try to resell it on my own. If you buy anything from autoanything.com, don't plan on ever returning it.
They "lost the item" and wouldn't refund (at least yet). It has been a couple of weeks and they want me to file claim through their own logistics provider rather than do it themselves. So, I paid, never got the item and still don't have refund. Oh and don't even try using the email support as they have not responded to any of my four emails. I had to call which takes forever to get a human being on phone and then they don't have any idea what they are doing.
Hey Ben!
I am so sorry to hear that your order was lost in transit and that you have not yet been refunded. We ask customers to fill out our claim form as this ensures the correct information is submitted right away, expediting the refund process, but we are always happy to file the claim on your behalf if you'd prefer that! Additionally, our email response time has gone back down to 1-2 business days now that we've hired a ton of new team members, so we can help you nearly right away if you'd reach out! Please contact us at onlinesupport@autoanything.com so that we can turn this situation around for you.
Answer: Customer assistance is a joke. Never get to real people. When and if 6ou figure out how to do a refund yourself on website they keep at least a third of your money for " restocking fee and shipping"!
Answer: Patrice, AutoAnything are a "bait and switch" operation. I live in California, and as soon as I mentioned taking my order to "Consumer Affairs", suddenly all was all well, they were shipping my item overnight at their expense. As consumers we are protected, use the law you pay for via this monstrous government. Henry

Hello D,
I am so sorry to hear that it took so long to get you your refund for a cancelled order. We hate when we run into situations where we are unable to fill an order as expected, but even more undesirable than that is lagging in returning funds. Typically our refund process takes no more than a week, and I am so sorry that did not happen for your return.
If you still have not received your refund, please send us an email at onlinesupport@autoanything.com, and we will get this rectified as soon as possible. If you have received your refund, and are willing to give us an opportunity to earn back your respect after this poor experience, please still shoot us an email so we can discuss ways to make this right.
Thank you,
Bailey
