First time at their site, there's a pop up that says sign up with your email and get 20% off your first order of $99 or more. No disclaimer to be found, so I sign up. Then it says shop eligible items for that 20% off, which is nothing but a large pile of worthless crap. Reporting their first email to me as spam and blocking. I don't deal with companies that have dirty business practices.
They shipped me the wrong set of floor mats. I checked my order, as did they when I called, and everyone agreed that I ordered, and paid for, the correct part. However, they screwed up and sent the wrong one. Because I trusted them and threw away the boxes, and because my mat was now "used" they told me to jump in a lake. I will never buy from this place again. I will recommend anyone go anywhere else. These people are not trustworthy.
I ordered four items from AA on May 28,2020. I have now been given 3 different shipping dates. The most recent shipping date is June 12,2020. It is now June 18 and I have not rec'd a shipping notification, nor, a tracking number. I have tried to Chat and they had 18 other customers waiting. I emailed them but no response.
Wish I would of researched this company before I ordered.
Ordered a hood protector. Their site said it fit. It didn't. They didn't show the exceptions. I called. They told me to install it on the hood. I did. Then after five phone calls and two weeks approved a return of unused. But they told me to mount it. Now stuck with it. Avoid this place like the plague. If you call you also won't understand a thing they say. They employ all of Central America apparently.
It still amazes me how a company can be so complacent about customer service. I purchased 3 items from rhis company. So far I am not happy with 1 item. I've tried and tried to contact someone about this return with no avail. It's funny how they're so eager and available when taking your money. Not happy

They don't offer gift cards/certificates. What kind of online site doesn't have this option these days? My husband wants some items from this site. I would like to get him some of these things... but I don't know/care what he wants for whatever year/make/model of his various vehicles. They are missing out on a lot of money because I am going to look elsewhere.
Ordered a lumber rack for our company truck... a month later still not received and so I contact customer service. There response is that it is back ordered and they don't have a date when it will be available... I already waited a MONTH, and now I have to start over with a different company. I should of been contacted the moment it was put on back order, not when it is already late. In addition to the fact that I am the one who contacted them! Will never order from this company again
CHEATED by Auto Anything. We placed an order for seat covers online on January 3,2014. There was no mention for being out of stock or back ordered. The company processed the order and we paid for the order via credit card online. We waited two weeks and nothing showed up. I called customer service and was told they are out of material to make the seat covers! They said the new delivery date is February 12. I called today, Feb 6,2014, to confirm the newly promised delivery date. I was told that the new delivery date is another month away, March 12! We have been lied to and cheated. I am writing this review so others are not cheated. They should not take your money when they cannot deliver. Their customer service number is *******888. I called back and talked to the customer service manager and all I got was more excuses.

Issues: Back order after back order followed by cancellations. No e-mail response.
My Story: I ordered an item off of their website with delivery expected in 3-4 days. A week later, I receive an e-mail indicating it was delayed a week. The following week, I received another e-mail stating that it was delayed another week and my order would be cancelled unless I replied. I replied requesting that my order remain active. The next day my order was cancelled. I have replied multiple times since and have not received any responses.
Cheapest price. Nonexistent customer service. You may never get your stuff... AVOID!
Purchased a jeep product. It was defective. Went back and forth with Autoanything. Finally, they agreed for me to return item but not for full refund (like a restocking fee or such) and less shipping to return item (very heavy so was around $50). I explained that item was defective, I should get full refund and return shipping costs reimbursed. More runaround. Then, they stopped communicating. So, I'm stuck with an expensive $500 defective item.
Do NOT buy from them.

Ordered a bedcover from Auto Anything and am extremely satisfied. Quality product and the price was lower than anyplace else I looked. There was a broken adjuster knob on delivery and I contacted support. I had the replacement part in three days. Would definitely order from AutoAnything again.

I have purchased thousands of dollars of auto parts from Auto Anything ov er the years.
I ordered a part for my SUV which I ended up selling before the part arrived. Cost of product was $116.
Contacted them to return this brand new unopened part still in their box. They informed me that I would only be getting $70 back on my return. Auto Anything is retaining 40% of the purchase price! No local auto parts stores has this policy! Contacted "Customer Service" and they would rather lose a customer for life than adjust an unfair policy. BTW Auto Anything policy states "Items may be subject to 20% restocking fee...which is misleading. "May be means it could be, not all are subject".
I understand this if its a custom order or if it had been installed...shame on you Auto Anything...I will spend my money elsewhere. I urge anyone reading this to the same!
Hi John- I am sorry to hear about your frustration with our return policy. All standard returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping to cover the costs of shipping and returning items. These can be waived in the event of an exchange, though. Additionally, the restocking fee is only 20%, which is fairy standard. I ordered a K style rear view mirror for my MPV Van. Item came in exactly 3 days. Put new mirror on in less than one minute, because old mount on window from manufacturer was intact after removing bad old mirror. No more constant adjusting mirror due to worn swivel hole holding mirror. Paid under $20 as an original replacement would have been well over $100. Definitely recommend using them.

Just had the worst customer service experience I've had in awhile. Ordered some nerf bars for my truck from AutoAnything. They sent the wrong ones. Had a nice conversation the other day, and agreed to pay extra to have the right ones sent immediately. Expected them by now. Checked the order status and found they were "awaiting payment." Not good, but what's even worse, when I called, the CSR was very rude. Either learn to deal with your mistakes, or get out of business!
Ordered power slot cryo rotors and pads and numbers where right on the box but wrong item in it. Had to put old stuff back on and the spent 3 hours getting everything lined up to have fedex get my package returned for an exchange... Wow... Last time I use anythingauto
Order a part (any part) get charged immediately. One week later find out part is "back ordered" and it will take a month to get your part. One month turns into six weeks. Call them to cancel order, wait over an hour when your wait time is "approximately five minutes". Cancel order and get notified the next day by Email than a refund takes three to five days. They are floating your money to inflate their accounts. You have been warned!
I purchased a bra for my 2021 Toyota Rav4 and they sent me something by LeBra that was made backwards. I had been emailing them and calling after sending pictures of this thing to give me a 50% credit and I would do a whole bunch of work on it so the front of my car is at least protected until Colgan manufacturers one. I asked for a manager, they said none are available, and then they just quit responding. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years. Never again! So sick of their crappy service!

I placed an order at night and called the meet morning to cancel two hours after they opened. They said the order was cancelled, but I get an email at the end of the day saying they cancelled the order but the items shipped. It also said to call when I received the shipment and they would send a return label. I contacted them several times and never received the label. Now I'm waiting to find out what will happen with a disputed charge I placed with the credit card company. This process has taken three weeks so far.

In your case when you called to cancel you were advised a cancellation request had been sent to the warehouse since a PO had been sent to the warehouse and you were also sent an email stating that a cancellation request had been sent on your behalf. The email also stated If the order had been shipped before we can confirm cancellation the item is returnable. The label was confirmed emailed on 9/6 and is still pending. It is possible we have an incorrect email. If your email is sending our email to a file you cannot access please call us back to have us send the emailed label to a different email address. I am very upset over their shipping estimates. You make a purchase that has an estimated ship date of one week then they string you along for 2 plus months on estimated ship dates. Their excuse is always "national backorder sorry".

I have placed orders from autoanything on two occasions. I will NEVER do that again. The first time they shipped 80% of my order and neglected to let to know that the other 20% were not shipping for another 3 weeks until I called them wondering where my missing items were. Online it stated these items were in stock when I bought them. And then guess what, it happened again with another maybe sorta possibly 3 week wait, they couldn't be sure. I realize that stuff happens in the warehouse, but at least other parts stores let you when they are shorting the order, an estimated ship date, and maybe even do something nice for you. Autoanything does nothing, doesn't care, and can't even tell you anything more than an approximate ship time. AND their website still lists the missing parts as being in stock. Ridiculous. No other major online parts store does business in this manner. Save yourself a LONG LONG wait with no foreseeable end.
Answer: Customer assistance is a joke. Never get to real people. When and if 6ou figure out how to do a refund yourself on website they keep at least a third of your money for " restocking fee and shipping"!
