In this case a $550 tonneau cover, not in stock, backordered and when I cancel..."It will take 5 days to refund your account". They certainly charged my account much faster than that!

Promise dates and more promise dates, where does it end? Order entered on 12/14/14 and PayPal immediately charged. Ship date was set at 12/18/14-12/23/14. I received no notification of shipping and emailed an inquiry. I was told that the ship date is scheduled for 12/23/14. Well that date past and they said that issues beyond their control caused the ship date to move to 12/29/14. Then on 12/30/14 they advised that the order from one of the items would be 1/9/15 and the other item was 2/5/15. I canceled the order and it will take 5-7 business days for a refund. Wow, Auto Zone has trained these people well, but at least I have the option of avoiding this on line vendor and to avoid any purchases from Auto Zone. Auto Zone is the closest of the 3 auto suppliers in my area, but I will drive the 1.5 miles additional to pass on the business. I am in transportation at a major supplier and if I made promises like this I would be signing up for unemployment after my next pay check. Thank you for making my wife's Christmas a total disappointment.

Product didn't fit

Cargo liner didn't fit and Autoanything wouldn't pay for return pick up. They just act as intermediaries with manufacturer and take no responsibility for mistakes made by the manufacturer.

DO NOT BUY Saddleman Universal Leather Seat Covers
Part #: E *******

These seat covers are a waste of money as they are cheap quality. After eight months the leather started to peel and the company wont stand by their product speciously claiming that it is only warranted for 30 days. I think that when I pay nearly $90 for a seat cover it should last more than 8 months!

Do not use this company! We bought a dashmat for our van for $44.99. When it arrived and we put it on the dash and drove, we found that the sun glare from the light gray color and fabric impairs our vision ("suede" version), and that some of the stitching was not attached. They have a 30-day return policy.

Re returns, the website says the rep will issue an RA #. Not true for our sale. "Amanda: said she would request return authorization and contact us. Nope. Called a week later, same story. A week later it finally came, it wasn't from AutoAnything - the shipping label is directly to Covercraft in Oklahoma. AND, the credit is only for $26.29!

Where is our $18.70. Another call to AutoAnything got me a rude rep who said this was for shipping! I said it was ridiculous and asked to speak to the original rep, Amanda, who was "busy." Rude girl said she would pass the message to her. No call back. 2 more calls to Amanda, ext. 1 - left messages - no return call. Wrote a chat - they can't help. Sent an email - they can't help. One must call.

What we surmise is that $26.29 is near what they paid Covercraft to drop ship the item so it is all that Covercraft will refund. Still trying to get this settled and we ordered it July 24! I am calling them ONE MORE TIME and then contacting my credit card co.

BEWARE!

I ordered a lift kit for my truck/trailer about two weeks ago. At first, with the first 2 orders there was confusion and AutoAnything canceled the orders. Problem - they never contacted me to let me know. And the reason for cancellation both times was a delivery address issue. It was several days before I contacted them each time only to find out that the order had been canceled. Finally, on the 3rd try, with the help of customer service and the accounting department, we finally got a workable order done. I never thought it would be so complicated.

After all was said and done, they gave me the part at cost and charged no tax. They ate the shipping cost and I basically paid the listed price for it. Then Fedex fouled everything up.

When I did contact AutoAnything by either live chat or phone they were always attentive and helpful. I found that communication was the key here and they tried.

When Fedex finally decided to release the package that they were holding hostage (for no apparent reason); I found that the kit was very stout and in excellent condition (new). It is what I wanted and I hope that all will go well with the install.

Would I use AutoAnything again? Probably. I would just request from them that they not use Fedex as their delivery agent and also to remember that communication with the customer is critical.

I ordered Covercraft Premier Floor Mats in Smoke for my Toyota Prius and they arrived in a timely manner however the color is a grey with a green tint. I immediately contact AutoAnything customer service and sent a picture of the floor mats. They contact the manufacture who replied they did not offer green floor mats, so I did receive the correct part. No mention of the color difference. I since have corresponded multiple times the AutoAnyrthings Horrible customer server who continue to ignore the color difference and insist they sent me the correct item! You can see from the pictures attached the items are not even close in color. The picture on the left is the floor mats I received and the picture on the right is the picture from AutoAnything's site showing the floor mat color you should receive. Unfortunately they are not even close. Their resolution is a 20% restocking fee and a $14 shipping fee, reduced from my original form of payment.

Whatever you do DON'T believe. "Free, no-hassle exchanges, Risk-free. Guaranteed perfect fit" They should be charged with False advertising! Buyer Beware!

TERRIBLE

SO I PURCHASED A SET OF PIAA LIGHTS AND BRACKETS FOR MY WRANGLER. PAID EXTRA FOR OVER NIGHT SHIPPING AND OF COURSE I ONLY RECEIVED ONE THE NEXT DAY. THE OTHER CAME THE DAY AFTER. ALSO I SEE ON THEIR WEB A PRICE GUARANTEE BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM TO MATCH A CHEAPER PRICE I SAW ON AMAZON THEY TOLD ME THEY WON'T MATCH THE RETAILERS ON AMAZON ONLY AMAZON ITSELF WHICH MEANS SALES TAX THAT I DIDN'T PAY BECAUSE I'M OUT OF STATE. THE OTHER RETAILER WAS ALSO FROM CALIFORNIA AND THE PRICE WAS 15 ON THE LIGHTS AND 12 ON THE BRACKETS LESS. ANOTHER PRICE MATCH SCAM. SHAME ON YOU AUTO ANYTHING. I WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR YOU.

Bait and switch
December 1, 2019

I ordered a cold air intake on 11/27/2019. I noticed that it was very cheap price wise compared to other sites. I called customer service to confirm that the price was in fact correct. Customer service CONFIRMED that it was the right price for the entire assembly. After placing the order, all confirmation emails indicated that it was the entire assembly. On 11/29, I received an email saying it was shipped, again confirming that the entire assembly was coming I checked the tracking number with FedEx where it indicated that it was only 2 pounds, which is way too light. I called customer service again to confirm, who then told me that it was "their bust" and that they listed the part wrong which misled me to think that it was the entire assembly, even though I called customer service to order it.
This isn't right, I was assured that I was getting the entire assembly, they took my money, then shipped me an entirely wrong part. I even asked if they could send me a comparable cold air intake to make it right, which they won't even offer to do so.

I foolishly ordered from this company before I checked reviews. Right off the bat, it seemed fishy. I was told there was going to be an unexpected delay "because of their manufacturer." They strung me along for 3 weeks claiming it was "in process" with the manufacturer. Finally I called the manufacturer (Race Ramps) while I was on chat with Auto Anything scammer Rochelle. At first, I didn't tell scammer Rochelle I was on the line with the manufacturer. She gave me a PO number that she said would be in the manufacturer's system along with my name and shipping information. As expected the manufacturer did not have any record of the order or any record of my name. I told scammer Rochelle I was on the line with the manufacturer and they didn't have any record of this order number and they didn't have my name in their system. I asked scammer Rochelle who she communicated with at Race Ramps about my order and she of course said she "couldn't share" that information. Of course Auto Anything ran my credit card 3 weeks earlier so now I'm having to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. $300 down the drain with these scammers because I didn't check the reviews! Read the reviews, you will see the same experiences over and over. It's a scam!

I received Incorrect Awning. The Awning Described in the image listed on Ad is NOT the Awning I received. I contacted customer service rectify the problem; however, AutoAnything Was not willing accept a return of incorrect item and replace with Correct Awning Described in Ad.

Nissan pathfinder

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I have a 2013 Nissan pathfinder. I do my research... The ONLY Option for 2013 and on is a 3.5L V6. Their Site says 4.0L for 2013. I called to make sure that their site was just wrong. After 30 minutes on hold they told me they called the Taylor Manufacturer of the Helix throttle Body spacer I wanted AND talked to their Web guys and all confirmed that I was ordering the correct part. After taking my throttle body and top 1/2 of motor off the dam thing did not fit. Part #'s matched. Description on the package that they stuck a label over did not match. The description on the box says 2005- 2011 Frontier/Pathfinder. When I told the Returns Customer Service lady this she called someone and left me on hold for 15 minutes again. She got back on the phone and told me they are the same thing. This B*&^$ would get fired from McDonalds. I highly doubt the Manufacturer told her it's the same thing as it is very different. 1 good thing is that I will get my money back. My suggestion is that you tell them without a doubt that is a manufacturer defect. I never strayed from that and they agreed to ship it back for free and refund my money.

I ordered a tonneau cover for my pickup truck and payed through PayPal and was waiting for the cover. After approximately 10 days and I had not heard anything I decided to call the company where I was told that it was on back order and would be shipped in approximately a month. Unbelievable! When that date rolled around I got an email saying that it would not be delivered until another date or I could cancel the order. So I CANCELLED the order and recently got my money back through PayPal. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER order ANYTHING from AUTOANYTHING again. It's your choice.
