Online chat will not help with warranty/returns, and the number they tell you to call there is a 30 minute plus hold time. Won't ever purchase anything from them again.
Lousy, TX based Auto Anything website is enticing with decent selection of seat covers & pricing, however it's all downhill after that. As a first time customer, I paid nearly $500 for seat covers & expedited shipping. The expedited shipping date came & went, zero delivery or updates. A week later I received an email stating item Out-Of-Stock with a new stretched out delivery ETA. I called to cancel the order & the Rep said no problem since his screen showed it hadn't yet been shipped. 3 days later I received a new delivery ETA stating item shipped! It eventually arrived badly damaged and wet so of course I refused the delivery, sent back to sender. I then had the worst time on the phone with the Auto Anything Rep just trying to get a refund. The Rep wanted a picture of the damaged attempted delivery and for me to fill out Refund Request paperwork for an item I never accepted and that shouldn't have been sent anyway after I called,& received cancellation confirmation,...Ughhh! I'm told it's under return / refund request review. I am still awaiting my nearly $500 refund! BTW my card statement used for payment states AA-M4 Acquisition Company not Auto Anything, very shady!
Placed an order for an atv winch on the 7th, was promptly charged for it. Was given a shipping date of the 10-14th. 14th came, no shipping info provided, tried calling, chatting and emailing several times, no response. After getting disconnected through chat multiple times, I was told "you just need to wait, we'll email you when it ships." Mind you, I was able to receive no less than 12 spam emails from them trying to sell me more items. After exhausting all options to contact them, I left a bad review, was contacted immediately by customer service. Explained how poor their communication was, my payment already being taken and still no shipping info. No apology, no explaining, just an excuse and that my ship date got pushed back again to an est date of the 24th. Now it's the 21st, no email, no communication, they have my money and I have no product. This process has been nothing but frustrating, and full of excuses blaming the manufacturer for pushing back shipping times and ignoring my emails.

Why tell customers that a part (denso O2 sensor) is in stock when it isn't? I ordered and they did match the lowest price found (including shipping/taxes), so I will give them that, but 2x since then I have received 2 different emails... the first about 5 hours after ordering, saying that the shipping date has been delayed, first they pushed it back 3 days, then on the day it is supposed to ship... they send another email saying the shipping date has been pushed back another 5 days. To be perfectly honest an order being pushed back by a week isn't a big deal, however I don't trust that when that day rolls around I won't be getting another email saying the shipping date is changed again. Obviously reading the other reviews on this site, I can tell that this happens a lot... or worse they send you the wrong thing. I talked to customer service and canceled the order and then ordered from another store. I guess the moral of the story here is don't order from this store if you'd like your purchase any time soon.
Ordered a grill and front end cover for a VW. After ordering, I found out that the previous estimated shipping was incorrect, and that it was actually going to take over a month for the cover to arrive. This wasn't stated anywhere prior to purchase, however I didn't sweat it too much. Just connected with their live chat and requested a refund.
At this point, I thought everything was going smoothly. We cancelled the order for the cover, the grill was still on its way. I was supposed to be refunded for the cover within 48hrs. A week goes by, still no refund. I decide to call their customer service number. Was left on hold for half an hour, never spoke to a real person. Ended up having to hang up, and left them an email.
My email included my order number, a callback number if needed, and simple instructions to make sure the refund went through. Waited a little over another week (busy, didn't have much time to try calling again). As you probably guessed, still no refund.
Currently on hold again, been 24 minutes. I considered giving them a 2 star, because at least my grill did show up. However, we all know it was drop-shipped anyways. So the people that deserve the real credit for getting it here are the people auto-anything drop shipped it from.
I called AutoAnything, com and spoke with a representative, gave him the vehicle information for a custom fit 3D Maxpider Kanu Cargo Liner and he placed the item in my cart. I purchased the liner and it was delivered before Christmas and given as a gift. When my daughter put it in the trunk, it did not fit. I've been trying for three weeks to return it, they told me cause it's been more than 30 days they will not do a return. They also will not do an exchange because they now say the manufacturer does not make a mat that fits the car. I can not get in touch with a supervisor, they have transferred me to a "supervisor" but the girl finally admitted she was not a supervisor. They have no phone number to speak with somebody and lengthy "chat" is the only way to communicate. I have been told a supervisor will contact me in 24-48 hrs on 4 separate occasions and it hasn't happened. AutoAnything made the mistake and now refuses to speak with me or give me a refund. Learn from this and all the other reviews. One representative told me that they recommend that I sell it on Ebay. At one point hey requested pictures of it not fitting, I provide them and on one of the "chat" conversations I was told that they will not accept a return cause it shows "possible fatigue" from being placed in the trunk that it doesn't fit. Their reason for no return keeps changing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

We always want to help with returns where possible, but items do have to be new/unused and within 30 days of receipt, as outline in our return policy and in many of our emails. If they were just placed in the trunk and then immediately removed prior to use, they should still be in new condition. However, since you are outside of the 30 days, we need to get an exception approved by the manufacturer, and we cannot guarantee that. Order some chrome for the front and a nice tri-fold for my new Ram 1500 and it came quick and it is greal looking on the truck. I will definitely use them in the future
I purchased an INNO ski rack for my Equinox, not realizing my factory rack would not be able to accommodate it. So I asked a customer representative at autoanything.com to see what I needed to get my ski rack installed. They had me purchase a $280 roof rack. Because it was the end of the ski season, I kept the ski rack in the box until this season. Finally getting enough snow I decided to install the ski rack yesterday. Come to find out, it does NOT fit the rack they had me purchase. I contacted autoanything.com and they refused to exchange the brand new, in the box, ski rack for one that would actually fit the $280 rack. I do realize it is outside (well outside) of the 30 day policy, which is why I am not requesting a refund, just simply wanting to exchange it for one that will fit as I was assured by their customer rep that it would. Not taking responsibility for inaccurate information and having a customer purchase more items for nothing is not ok by me. I will take my business elsewhere as there are many auto parts/accessory dealers out there.

Do not buy anything from this outfit I had contacted them 4 diffytimes and they completely gave me the runaround it's been 2 months and I still did not receive the correct bolts I guess they figured I would eventually give up on the item they were going to send to me now it's been 2 months and I guess they think I forgot about this issue I'm not about to give I would not recommend this out fit

Bought 4 tires got charged 2xtimes twice. Got first one refunded they didn't even tell me they weren't shipping the original 1 order I wanted i asked about track number and eta. They said oh we don't have those in stock sales man was suppose to call me back with substitute. Nothing I check back on Monday get runaround then a refund now i got to wait another week for my money to get back on my card. And NOONE THERE GAVE A FKN SHT.
I ordered a LeBra for my brand new Rav4. They never shipped it. I had to open a case with PayPal and wait 30 days for a refund. I would categorize them as scammers.

Auto Anything has misleading descriptions on the items they sell. I ordered a set of side steps for my truck that were advertised as 4.75" wide. I received them only to find out that they were 7" wide?
Double checked the listing and they were described as 4.75". Called their customer service and requested a return and refund of my monies because of the incorrect description.

Was told that the listing described the steps as 7", I reexamined the listing and found in small, unbolded font what they were talking about. One's eyes doesn't see this and continues down to the larger and bolder font description. The description listed
Describes a different Havoc sidestep, the HS2 that has the 4.75" steps, not the HST model.
Long story short, they'd take them back but I'd have to pay the $77 plus shipping, WHAT? Their mistake but I'd have to pay for the return shipping?
Talked to the "claimed to be" customer service supervisor and argued with him to no avail but he did reduce the shipping to $50.
This clearly wasn't my mistake, I will never ever order anything from them again and will do my best to inform others to steer clear of this company.

I've ordered thousands of dollars of parts in my life online and on the phone from various companies, summit, jegs Offroad design, Barnes 4wd, eBay, Amazon and several others for the 69 Chevy Blazer money pit. And many other vehicles, rarely have I had an issue with a wrong part, shipping, or customer service.
Recently placed a order with a company called Morris 4x4 center out of Florida.
Which is owned by autoanything, to my understanding.
1. Ordered VI-******* Viair onboard kit, in stock supposedly. They sent me a mustang gauge dash part? It's a Jeep store/4x4 store? And doesn't even show up on their website.
I spent over 5 hours on hold trying to get the issue resolved. I could contact a salesman n 5 minutes, but a customer service rep took forever and when I finally did get thru to one, they transferred/ put me on hold to another one.
Finally the 3rd rep supposedly gonna issue me a label for return of the wrong part and eventually a refund.
I've yet to receive it.
2. The part was wrongly advertised and they wouldn't honor the price.
3. Sent 2 emails, neither got a reply.
4. They said management would call me, before close. That didn't happen either.
So do yourself a favor, order from someone else, or a business with better customer service.

I don’t by any means mean to excuse the service you’ve received, but I would like to offer some insight into why these things happened. Due to COVID, our manufacturers are operating at a reduced capacity in order to keep their workers safe, but this has caused massive shipping delays for many customers. While these shipping delays increase in number, so does the contact volume we receive from customers wondering where their order is, which is completely understandable. We have hired a ton of new representatives in order to bring our customer service quality to the level we strive for, but we obviously still have work to do. That being said, I truly do not have a good reason for you being sent the wrong part, other than that it was an honest mistake and I do sincerely apologize. As far as the return label goes, occasionally our system does glitch and return labels aren't issued on the first try, or they get filtered into customers' spam/junk folders. Either way, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience.

I purchased a covercraft HD Car cover from this company with the understanding that it could be returned if it leaks. I explained to the 'Sales guy' that I live in Florida and I need a tough cover for hard rain. He pushed the HD model saying if I'm not satisfied I could return it for my money back. HE LIED!
This cover is a CHEAP one layer COVER that leaks at the seams.
After removing the cover there were small puddles throughout.
I contacted them and they said it wasn't refundable. I mentioned to listen the recorded sale for his mistake saying it can be returned. They said they would and told me to wait three days or so. Assuming they denied my refund and they never returned any phone call.
Unacceptable! I paid almost 300 dollars for a something I could have purchased on ebay for $30. Do not use AutoAnthing!
Do not make the mistake I did and many others. I should've read their outstanding poor reviews first! You are warned!

$#*! these $#*!s! I purchased rims for my truck and prior too had a convo with the parts rep as he was promising me that everything would be great and would work fine. First off the $#*! showed up 2 weeks late. The rim was very nice indeed. However the factory tpms sensor would not fit on them like he said they would. The $160 wheel lug install kit that he told me would fit the rim do not. The nuts are too long and barely fit inside of the holes. They actually scored the bottom of the lug hole. Also they stick out so far the center cap won't fit on the rim due to clearance issues. So i called them up expressing this and they try and sell me lug nuts that will fit. ARE YOU $#*!ING KIDDING ME! Not only do they try and sell me more $#*! but they will not take the $#*! back and or refund me anything. After their own guy told me all the $#*! works. I even screen shotted it and sent them the convo. Never again will I purchase anything from them I suggest everyone avoids this $#*! hole company.
FIrst never buy anything from this company I order a tonneau from their on line site for my 2005 hummer h2, suppose to be custom make for it. From TRUXEDO THe one that Anything auto sent was not the one for a 2005 hummer I don't know what it fit? They charge me $ 164 dollars for return shipping, out of the 332 dollars I paid for it I wonder how much they put in their pockets? Really a lot money for return shipping. I called Truxedo AND THEY SAID THEY HAVEN'T MAKE THAT COVER IN A WHILE. WHY DOES AUTOANYTHING STILL HAVE IT ON THEIR WEB SITE. I DON'T THING I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED THEIR MISTAKE?
