I have used this site two other times and was happy with my purchase but... the last time I purchased the part, a hood protector, that they said would fit my truck. It didn't come close. Then the nightmare started. After over 7 hours on hold ( devided between 9 calls) for customer service. I gave up calling, tried email, all I got was a form reply that said call customer service... I finally fumbled my way through a return on website. Which they never told me was an option. Then after printing a return label I find out they are keeping $53.75 of the $133.99 purchase price for " restocking fees and shipping" This for a mistake that they made on their website to begin with. A costly lesson learned.

Wrong part
September 9, 2022

Received a part that didn't match what I ordered. After about 10 emails over about 3 weeks, they decided to refund my money, minus 20% re-stock fee, and charging me for the return label. I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. That resolved the problem. It seemed like all I got was a run-around trying to get it resolved. Poor customer service. Will never do business with them again.

Worst ever
May 14, 2020

Stay away from this company. They don't stock items just resellers that order from other places and have stuff shipped to you. It takes days for them to figure out if an item shipped and they send automated wrong shipping updates. Customer service is atrocious. That's if your willing to wait long enough to get someone on the phone or to chat with you. Amazon.com Is soaring because of fools like this

Ordered seat covers for my dad's birthday which was two weeks away. This was on 3/17/19, said they would ship between 3/30 and 4/1. Called today 4/2, on his birthday and now they won't ship till 4/10. Will never order anything from them again. Paying extra $100 is worth getting your order when it's expected.

I'm done with AutoAnything. Of various orders over the years, few come correct, without issues. And, forget the chat box feature. If you ask anything off their script they have in front of them to repeat over and over again, they get lost. AA isn't worth the hassle. They can blame covid now, for current purchase now months delayed with repeated shipping dates changed but they were like this even pre covid.

Received two defective items from them. More than a month later, many emails, lots of aggravation, and waisted time, I eventually purchased my own replacement for one item, and reached out to the actual product manufacturer to attempt to get the other item replaced. I had contacted AutoAnything within minutes of opening the packaging. This is still on going and not 100% resolved as of this date.

I ordered a sun shade for my car using their specifications... it was too big. Tried calling company and after being on hold for 1 hour 20 minute I gave up. I tied online chat... number 42 in line. I just wanted the right item but If I put in for a refund I will only get 19.00 for the 43.00 that I paid... stay away from this company as you can not get a real person to help with a real problem.

I ordered fender flares for my Ram Truck (that were CLEARLY advertised to fit). They DID NOT fit! Owner of company REFUSED to pay return shipping. He was RUDE and clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. I will NEVER buy another item from this site/store. Further, I have ensured that everyone in my on-line community as well as everyone in my National Sportsman's Club has been advised about this company and its owner. Other reviews are suggesting similar problems. SHOP LOCAL when you can...but STAY AWAY from this Auto Anything site and its owner.

Found what looked to be a good price on a bed cover from AutoAnything.com. 1. Pop-up said you will get 15% off if you give your email, name & phone number-Never received discount code. 2. Added the bed cover to my cart for $661.74 with tax, but once I added my credit card, it changed the price to $769.87 and completed the sale! No difference in the item or shipping. 3. I called Customer service for 2 days with no response. Sales advised to email them. 4. Customer service finally emailed back and advised that the "open-box" item was back-ordered from the manufacturer. How can an "open-box" item be back ordered? No explanation for the price going up after credit card was added and sale was processed. 5. The same item was available from the manufacturer (in stock), just a higher price. 6. The same item was NOT back-ordered from AutoAnything.com-they showed in-stock at a higher price. 7. Their solution was a "discounted" price of $947.53 with tax which is $285.79 more than the price in my cart when I purchased. Yes, they charge more than the price in the cart and you won't know until you put in your credit card and complete the purchase. And yes, Customer Service is too busy to answer their phone; tried 15 times during their business hours over 2 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Rip off! Beware!

I placed an order for something the site said was in stock. I got an email an hour later saying my shipping date was delayed by over 2 weeks! The best part, they already charged my card and said it would take 3 to 5 days to refund! First they lie, than they charge your card before they ship! What a joke. Buy somewhere else and save yourself some heart ache.

Before the sale you can call or chat to talk with someone about what you want to purchase. After you buy, good luck. You can't call anymore, only chat online. They don't care. Good luck getting a resolution. I cancelled part of an order that was delayed in shipping and am now stuck in the perpetual "24-48 more hours, we promise" cycle. I just want my money back at this point. The parts haven't shipped, or I would see then in my Informed Delivery, MyChoice, or Delivery Manager. I see every package that comes as soon as a label is created, so I don't buy the BS about "it may have shipped already." Just refund my money so I don't have to dispute the charge with my CC provider.

The Worst
June 4, 2020

Ordered something with overnight shipping. 5 days later I reached out to see what was going on with no reply. Automated message comes in the next day there was a delay with manufacturing and that it will ship out in about a week. 4 days later I get a response to me reaching out with same info. Then, at the time my product was supposed to ship, I get an email saying "we received notice you want to cancel your order". No such thing was requested. Reached out two separate times with no response. Final email said my order had been cancelled. Absolutely terrible service.

I would give -5 stars all day to this terrible company. Typical of the internet age, they already have your money so nothing else matters. They do not honor the prices or terms on the website, even if you call to confirm. Again they already have your money so... No need to go into detail about how i was ripped off on my order by blaming a truly reputable parts company (Belltech) I have used many times over 20+ years. My order # is *******. They already have my money, don't expect to hear back.

Called to inquire about a part for my 2014 Challenger. Spoke with Jose, what a joke, arrogant and rude. Didn't even know what I was referring to. Do not buy from this place. A rip off. When I went to complain no place on their website so called the office told they didn't take complaints they were part of Auto Zone call them. Wow

I do not recommend anyone to buy anything, from auto anything. They send damage item and won't take it back, poor customer services they keep giving the running around, Playing the blame game manufacturer is not replying to our email. You been warned.

Crooked!

I ordered expensive tail lights they were broken I tried to return them AutoAnything ran me in circles until I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They must have seen this because they contacted me and did the exact same thing I am assuming this was their way of claiming that they responded. It has taken months and I don't think I am going to be able to resolve this and we'll be stuck with a $200 pair of broken tail lights. I have made a commitment to submit a review of this terrible company every chance I get. Do not do business with them they are unethical and crafty.

I ordered a top and frame for my '92 Jeep. They sent it out signature required without telling me. I work so am unable to sign for a package at my home address. I tried for over a week to get them to change the delivery address. I was disconnected from their stupid, useless, ineffective chat multiple times, lied to multiple times and am now returning the top. Thankfully I put this on my Capital One card so buyer protection is going to be used. Stay away from this company... they have NO customer service!

3-1-2022 Don't Order Anything from this place. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered Step rail for a 2022 Toyota Tundra 450.00. Like many other people here they sent the wrong item. You can't reach anyone by phone. They say you can return by you can't reach anyone by email only. Most of response are automatically robot response. I'm stuck with the wrong item that I opened cause I didn't know it was wrong until I opened the item. When you place a order they have tons of real people to talk to. Don't order here or be very careful if your getting a expensive item from them.

2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited dash fit perfectly, right out of the box. Didn't even need to use the enclosed Velcro fasteners. Customer Service via chat, before I made the purchase was great as well. The technician was well informed and able to answer all my questions.

I purchased a $157.00 set set of floor mats for my '56 Bel Air and they didn't fit properly and they want to charge me a 15% restocking charge without photo evidence! I think these folks need to take a class in customer satisfaction and one on how to retain repeat customers as they sure lost out on any future business from me. I'll be returning the mats and just fight it out with Visa.
