Fast shipping to California. Great online customer service. Immediate price match. Very competitive pricing. Accepts PayPal & Google Trust. Everything great, except restocking return fee. And I didn't even open the package.
I'll keep it short. Stay away from this company completely, especially if timing and quality are of value to you. AA is a really poor version of Amazon (a wannabe) minus the customer service, response time, product quality, ease of purchase. They don't have auto parts on hand.
I read a lot of bad reviews about the site. They are a Google trusted store. I figured if the order went south I had backup coverage.
I ordered a complete flow master exhaust and flow master catalytic converters for my suburban. The price with 20% coupon was hundreds less than competitors sites, and free shipping. The order shipped out the day after it processed. Received fedex tracking number. It arrived 5 days ground shipping CA to NY. It was exactly as ordered an could not beat the price.
Easy to shop, easy to have live chat, easy to reach someone on the phone. Everybody has been knowledgeable, even to the point of recommending not purchasing one of their products because it would've been a bad fit for my requirements. The prices are great, most shipping is free, they remember your viewing history. I've had nothing but positive experiences from these guys.
I bought the chrome visors from auto everything and the visors are perfect looks good on my vehicle good quality excellent customer service and then I bought a chrome bug shield good quality excellent service fast shipping I'll get this company at 10 star if there's anything you need for your vehicle you need to check them out
Hefty restocking fee and YOU pay for shipping back if you dont like it or other issues. If defective, you may get the whole refund or a replacement. So, be careful. Also, apparently their prices may fluctuate along with the discounts, so don't be fooled. I won't be shopping again here!
I ordered a lift kit for my truck/trailer about two weeks ago. At first, with the first 2 orders there was confusion and AutoAnything canceled the orders. Problem - they never contacted me to let me know. And the reason for cancellation both times was a delivery address issue. It was several days before I contacted them each time only to find out that the order had been canceled. Finally, on the 3rd try, with the help of customer service and the accounting department, we finally got a workable order done. I never thought it would be so complicated.
After all was said and done, they gave me the part at cost and charged no tax. They ate the shipping cost and I basically paid the listed price for it. Then Fedex fouled everything up.
When I did contact AutoAnything by either live chat or phone they were always attentive and helpful. I found that communication was the key here and they tried.
When Fedex finally decided to release the package that they were holding hostage (for no apparent reason); I found that the kit was very stout and in excellent condition (new). It is what I wanted and I hope that all will go well with the install.
Would I use AutoAnything again? Probably. I would just request from them that they not use Fedex as their delivery agent and also to remember that communication with the customer is critical.
Bought a so called complete front disc brake conversion kit for a Chevelle. Due to unexpected health reasons I did not get it installed for a few months. The kit was sold with braided stainless steel brake lines and the receipt stated it as well. When I opened it a few months later it had flimsy rubber ones. An email was sent and the reply I got was "it's past the 30 day return policy and it's too late to do anything" I replied that I was not looking for a return, just parts I paid for and did not receive. Again I received an email back basically saying sorry we couldn't help you. The funny part is they claim to" leave no stone unturned to help the customer". Don't waste your money on this lying company.
Hi Jack- I'm sorry to hear parts of the brake conversion kit didn't arrived in the expected material. I realize how disappointing it is to open your package and not receive what you were expecting. We do have a 30 day return policy, however exceptions are made if an error is made on our part or the manufacturer's. If you could please send me an email with your order number to onlinesupport@autoanything.com I'm happy to investigate this for you. We value our customers and always want them to be satisfied with their purchases and I'm sorry this has not been the case for you.
Absolutely horrible the delivery company didn't even the box so my wife to check it i checked it after a few weeks because i had it in the box never touched and it has a really nasty scratch looks like a mistake from the manufacturer autoanything wont even change it back don't waste your time with this people they're not honest and sell defective products.
Purchased Fifth hitch from them at recommendation of their parts specialist was told if it did not fit or work return would not be a problem. Got the product and then found out it would not fit in my truck. Was then told after i contacted they did not accept returns on this item. Had to threaten to sue in small claims and they finally took the return but my fees were almost 1/3 of the cost of the item a little over $400. Do not use these people they lie and will do anything to to sell a product.
Hi Roy- I am sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with your order. All items that are non-returnable should be labeled as such on the product page so that problems like this don't occur, and I am sorry if that was not the case for your item. Additionally, if you placed your order with one of our sales representatives and they accidentally gave you incorrect fitment information, we can get those return fees waived for you. If this is the case, please contact us at onlinesupport@ autoanything.com with your order number so we can get you taken care of.
Like most other reviews on here and other websites. This company sucks in every way possible. With so many really bad reviews, mostly shipping problems. It becomes clear they don't stock much. Just a poorly managed middle man. Ordered seat covers 12/18/21. New delivery date 1/18/22 who knows. Best way to put them out of business contact suppliers and let them know how their name is being dragged through the mud by these people. I guess if I had so many complaints I would turn off the phone to.
Hi Randy- I am sorry to hear that your order did not ship as quickly as anticipated. We realize delays are frustrating and inconvenient, and I do apologize. Unfortunately the supply chain disruptions we are experiencing are out of our hands, but we are doing all we can to get orders shipped as efficiently as possible. If there is anything we can do to turn your experience around, please contact us at onlinesupport@ autoanything.com.
Their Customer Service SUCKS. I called 3 times(a total of 4 hours waiting to answer. Never did) to resolve a wrong product they sent me. This is unacceptable, Still have not gotten resolved. I will never order anything from them again
Ordered seat covers and never got a confirmation or anything but marketing emails. Waited 4 days then called, after 15 minutes on hold I was told it was not paid in full as they did not charge sales tax. No email or phone call letting me know
Hey Jeffrey! I am so sorry to hear your order was not activated due to a short payment and you were not notified. I completely understand this must have been frustrating and inconvenient. If there is anything we can do to make this up to you, please reach out to us at onlinesupport@autoanything.com.
I ordered a set of car seat covers for $145. Rear seat only. Crap showed up at my door. Called and complained. Customer service said the pic on the website was just an example. Wanted a return for refund. They only gave me credit for $100. Restocking fee. Stay away from these a-holes. Crappy rip you off hard.
I would give zero stars if I could. Order took over 2 months to arrive, item packaging was damaged, item was of poor quality. Was told by customer service I would only be receiving nearly half of what I paid for the item when discussing return. I will never purchase anything from Auto Anything ever again.
Hi John- I am so sorry to hear you've had such a poor experience with us. We'd love the chance to make this right, so please contact us at onlinesupport@ autoanything.com so we can turn this situation around for you.
Delivery experience was extremely poor. Received only half of the order (1 set of brakes instead of both front and rear brakes). One tracking # was provided, never stated part of order was delayed. Customer service polite, but not really giving any answers and still do not know where my brakes are. Going on 3 weeks. Requested a comparable product in place of what I ordered, but no response, and no answers. They charged me, but I do not have my brakes and was not told that they were out of stock or on back order. I would not recommend.
Hi Antonio- I am so sorry to hear that the entirety of your order was not delivered in a timely manner, and that you've had trouble reaching us for an update or to get a different item instead. Please contact us with your order number at onlinesupport@ autoanything.com so we can get your taken care of.
If I could give negative stars it would be more accurate. I have placed two separate orders with them. 1st order was for seat covers, which have taken over a month to arrive. 2nd order I cancelled almost immediately after placing, and 9 days later have still not seen a refund. Tried calling, and as stated in previous reviews, get a long minimum wait time and no answer. Tried the online chat, but am forever stuck as the 5th person in line. I have tried emailing, but as yet have not had a response. Going to get my bank involved at this point to see if they can get my money back. STAY AWAY!
Hi Bonnie,
I am so sorry to hear that you experienced such a delay with your seat covers, and that you had trouble reaching us regarding a refund following your cancellation. We have experienced many shipping delays following COVID-19, but we always try to provide our customers will refunds within 7 business days.
I know this apology is long overdue, but I did want to make sure you know how sorry we are for the delay with both your seat covers and your refund. We were extremely backlogged due to the pandemic, but that does not excuse the lack of communication we had with you, or a lag in getting your funds returned.
If there is anything we can do to make this right, please send us an email at onlinesupport@autoanything.com.
Thank you,
Bailey
I stupidly have ordered from Auto Anything several times and each time it gets worse. I've waited months, yes months, for a product after the expected delivery date. When I called to find out where it is they told me it would be arriving soon. Apparently soon means two more weeks. I ordered it in advance for Christmas, and it came after Valentines day. That should have been my first clue. Then I tried to return something, still brand new in the box, and the guy on the phone said "Sorry there's nothing we can do" and hung up. Word of advice, don't order anything from them, unless you plan on it happening on their time, and to their convenience.
I have gotten nothing but run around and avoidance from AA on placing a warranty claim in which the manufacturer directed me go back to AutoAnything bc I purchased there. On-line chat cannot do warranty, Website form closed the case bc I had to call. Wait times have been 1.5 hours and no customer service will answer. Hours of my time have been wasted for no resolve. Seems they do not really have a claims department.
Trying CoverCraft again since it is their product.
Ordered parts online and received something completely different from my original order. Completing my return was worse than pulling teeth. I sent multiple emails (which were ignored), sat in a live chat queue for over an hour before getting disconnected, and finally waited on hold for an hour and a half to speak to a live customer service operator. The site claims that you can start a return from your online account but ultimately just links you to their customer service phone number (which at one point had a 2 1/2 hour wait time). Will not be buying parts from autoanything again.
Hi Pat,
I am so sorry to hear that you had such a horrible experience with our return process, and that you were sent the incorrect parts in the first place.
There is no excuse for the frustration you experienced, but I'd like to offer some transparency into our return process. We do have an online form that can allow customers to start the return process themselves, however, in some cases we need more information on the reason for return, which is why we direct customers to call in. That being said, I recognize we have been extremely backlogged and hard to reach through some channels, so I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We have hired a ton of new customer service agents recently to meet this new level of customer inquiries, but that does not remedy the time you wasted trying to return your order.
I know this response is long overdue, but I did want to make sure you know how seriously we take feedback received from customers. I am truly sorry for the experience you had, and we are doing our best to make sure that no more customers do not go through what you did. We were extremely backlogged due to the pandemic, but that does not excuse the lack of communication we had with you.
If there is anything we can do to make this right, please send us an email at onlinesupport@autoanything.com.
Thank you,
Bailey
Answer: Customer assistance is a joke. Never get to real people. When and if 6ou figure out how to do a refund yourself on website they keep at least a third of your money for " restocking fee and shipping"!
Answer: Patrice, AutoAnything are a "bait and switch" operation. I live in California, and as soon as I mentioned taking my order to "Consumer Affairs", suddenly all was all well, they were shipping my item overnight at their expense. As consumers we are protected, use the law you pay for via this monstrous government. Henry

Hi John,
I am sorry that you feel so negatively about our company! It sounds like we may have had poor communication with you regarding an order, and for this I sincerely apologize. Offering high quality customer service is our number one priority, and I apologize that this was not your experience.
