Ordered brake calipers for my car front and rear. Had appointment set for my mechanic for 2 weeks. Get the parts they went to put them on. They did not fit. I triple checked with them and they still sent the wrong parts. Now I can't get a hold of anybody for the last 3 days. I've been calling on their website trying to do the instant chat emailed emails won't go through. It's like no way on the planet. You can get a hold of these people and I'm going to end up being stuck with very expensive parts that I cannot use that need to be returned and refunded. Very frustrating... I mean seriously.
