I made an order, they charged my account $201.56,4 days before the order was to be delivered I got an email saying I cancelled the order. Which is not true. Of course they have a customer service phone #—but no customer service. They say email them. Did so 3times. It's going on 6 weeks and no response and no refund.
Any ideas on how to get this corrected?
Products used: I never received my product. They charged my account and poof*. Gone
