Scam site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
This site is an elaborate scam. The site looks legit, but they don't sell anything other than empty words and promises.

I ordered a pair of Nike sandals. This site had them priced about $15 lower than the next lowest price. Seemed like a good deal. Next time, I'll spend the extra to ensure I'm buying from a reputable site.

After placing my order, I received a confirmation email with a link to the "shipment tracking". The link took me to the official UPS website, but their site didn't recognize the tracking number.
The order was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 10. I contacted them on the 13th. Then again on the 17th, both times via their site's online chat. On the 17th, I was told that there had to be a UPS investigation into my package and I should wait for that to conclude. I told them that the investigation was not my concern -- I wanted a refund, or a valid tracking number that shows my order is enroute. I was sent a link to a USPS (not UPS!) tracking number that indicated the package hadn't been received at the post office.
So, has the item been shipped via USPS? If so, why does your site lead me to UPS when I click the "Track my Order" link?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! THEY DO NOT SELL THE PRODUCTS ON THEIR SITE!

ASOS, DPD DRIVER A THIEF
September 11, 2019

DPD HAVE A THIEF WORKING FOR THEM!
ASOS works with DPD who delivers their items. I had a pair of trainers which was stolen by a driver called Nathanael, I was not present when the item was delivered to check if the parcel was tampered with. When I collected the parcel it had holes on the packaging, the driver Nathaneal poked holes into the packaging to check what was on the receipt, when he found out what was inside of the packaging Nathanael opened up the parcel took the trainers and sealed back the packaging with. I contacted ASOS with photo evidence on what has happened they told me I would receive an email within 24 hours in regards to my order. When I received the email it stated it is rare for their items to go missing, therefore they would not deal with the issue and I should contact my bank for a refund. I have a missing item, there a thief working for DPD also ASOS is not providing a replacement product to a loyal customer who item has gone missing to top it of I would need to contact my bank for a refund. Not very helpful at all do not care about their customers and DPD DRIVER NATHANEAL IS A THIEF.

This is the first issue I've had with ASOS, they're normally great, but this last experience was extremely disappointing. I recently made an order through ASOS using standard shipping which gives you up to 60 minutes according for their website FAQs to amend/cancel the order. My issue was that I'd accidentally selected the incorrect shipping address and hit "pay now," and realised the mistake second I'd paid. I didn't even want to cancel the order, I just wanted to update the address, literally the minute I submitted payment.

The order went through, I double checked and saw that it was the wrong address, and following ASOS FAQ instructions, went to cancel the order as this would be the only way to fix the issue. Not more than a minute after I'd paid, the option to cancel the order was simply not there. I tried this on an iOS device, and Android device, and a PC, and the option was simply not there. I then saw that this was because the order was made through Afterpay - apparently you don't get any options if you use that as a payment method. Which I find extremely ridiculous because at least one competitor has obliged in a similar situation.

Funny thing is you are never told at any point that options to change delivery address/cancel orders vary wildly with payment methods.

There is absolutely no way I can collect the order from the address it was sent to, which is even worse because ASOS suggests as a fix for this issue that I wait for delivery then request a return. HELLO. How does that fix the issue if you're not able to be anywhere near that address.

I mean, come on guys, I tried to fix the problem within a MINUTE of placing the order. Seems a massive run around for a tiny mistake!

Honestly so disgusted and disappointed in this company. For anyone looking to spend on this company please take my advice and SAVE YOUR MONEY. I've ordered from Asos now twice and BOTH times my items have been "delayed" and I've received within 30+days from the day I bought it. Ridiculous. Normally I wouldn't even mind getting it at a delayed date, but when I originally made my recent purchase I noticed on the date of delivery that they stated "no later than", which like everyone else I assumed I was safe receiving it before my event especially how they emphasized the "no later than...". As I was expecting my package on the date, it never arrived. As an extremely frustrated customer that now has no outfit to wear on a very important day, I took to their live chat, and all their customer representative offered me was an insincere apology, and told me that they were able to do nothing about it(BOTH TIMES). I then asked them to send me some sort of proof that my package was sent on that day and they claimed they were unable to do that for me. As a customer and having this now twice happen to me, makes me wonder if this company even ships their packages on the date they say they do, because again I find this extremely ironic having the same exact thing now happen to me twice. The reason I'm so frustrated is because of how established this company claims they are, yet their delivery takes months. I've ordered *******@missguided *******@boohooofficial before and to my understanding when they send internationally (free at cost), they actually send the package no later than a week. After my last experience I know to never spend a penny *******@asos, and will make sure to advise others not to as well!

I've been using asos for 2 years and never had a problem with 2 day shipping or returns.

But this month i bought more than usual to try on and returned most of it the next day asap. I still haven't received all my refunds/return confirmations yet and its been 2 weeks. I got some refund confirmations and not others that i returned on the same day too. Or got refunds with returns i sent out later than others by a few days. It seems they are favoring refunding single return packages faster than the bulk ones. Which is where all my purchase is and why my credit is still so high. There really is no order by return date but seems by size. Shameful.

They also sent my packages out this month like 5 days later or my last package still not sent - over a week now - more than the 2 day shipping time frame.

I had 2 packages that didnt have a proper return label barcode to dropoff / 1 package missing a return note. So that added an extra 2 days to return because i had to print them out.

I now have to stress about my credit card bill thats due tomorrow and pay late fees. Possibly affect my credit score. Till asos confirms my returns. + 5-10 days till my credit card finalizes it.

Left me a little sour now. Unacceptable this has been happening for a month (from my experience) now.

The delayed shipping and delayed return refunds really screwed me over.

Update: they just sent my last package out. I assume 1.5 weeks over the 2 day shipping. Still waiting on my refunds. Ive never missed a credit card payment but i will tomorrow because of asos. :(. I also dug myself a hole buying 3k worth of stuff that i can't borrow from others to temporarily pay my bills till refunded. Sigh.

I love buying from asos but this experience really is screwing me over. And looking at the other reviews im not alone. I want to buy and try on more dresses from asos (planning a wedding on a budget), but i dont know if i can trust them and must tread more carefully next time - not charge so much and expect the same sh*t situation. They really need to make up for not operating at peak efficiency to gain more trust. But so far nothing. No discount code for those effected. Nothing. Shameful.

I shopped with ASOS for about a month, with 1 out of 4 orders going missing (delivery company's fault which ASOS refunded me). So I ordered a replacement and was reassured that I can order more than one of the same item in different sizes for an accurate fit and return the unsuitable ones immediately, unworn, in original packaging with labels attached, which I did and kept the sizes that fit (they sell things by different brands so the sizing is never consistent and I have been size from Small to XL and from 12 to 16 in their clothing - ALL OVER the place! So ordering different sizes is a must if you want things to fit). So ASOS blocks me out of the blue. The last order arrives and again, only one of two sizes in each items fits right and I contact customer services about returning the unsuitable items in original packaging, new unworn ect... They tell me they are very sorry and to wait for their Specialist Investigation Team to figure out why I was blocked and wait to be unblocked before I can return anything and they guarantee that it won't take more than 30 days. Well, 45 days later - no email from ASOS, still blocked and can't get through to anyone about returning of the items and a refund. What a scam! I did nothing wrong whatsoever and any normal retailer would abide by the Consumer Laws, but not this company. They don't care at all. I've lost a lot of money and the stress of having to contact them so many times was unnecessary. I've read so many similar stories since and I only wish I read them BEFORE I bought anything from them. Because they've had hundreds of pounds worth of my business that they DO NOT DESERVE!

Horrible.
January 30, 2018

Horrible service! Ordered an item over a month ago. The item was supposed to be here by January 29th. I thought I ordered this well in advance for an event 2 weeks from now (so a month and a half in total) and I emailed to find out where the item is. The item was sent without a tracking number and they fail to tell me what company they sent it with. There is no update on where the item is and when I email they just tell me to check with my local postal service. I went to canada post and they said they have nothing under my address and there isnt much else they can check without a tracking number. I have no way to figure out where this item is and when I email back and forth with ASOS, they simply blame my "local postal service" even though they can't even tell me what courier they sent it with and then follow to tell me to wait until February 15th and then to email them again if it does not arrive. That date is past the event so now I'm stuck buying a new outfit even though the item MAY come or may never come who knows. This is a complete joke of a company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED ANYTHING WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF ORDERING THE ITEM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 OUT OF 10 if I could possibly rate that.

I ordered two items from your online store. I ordered The March Animal Print Ankle Strap Sandals and the Truffle Collection Stud Buckle Strap Kitten Heel Boot. I was very excited to receive these products before returning back to college. I have purchased items from ASOS before, and had very high expectations for the products I ordered. Primarily, when I received the sandals, I noticed they were clunky and untrue to my size. I knew I was going to have to return them. However, most importantly, instead of receiving the boots, I received a black t-shirt. I was ultimately shocked that I could receive such a different item, and was extremely disappointed when I did not receive the product I originally paid for.

With ASOSs current return policy, items could only be returned for refund, not for exchange. A required return form was to be sent back to the company, as well. It was very frustrating to have to return the product I did not order. It was very inconvenient to fill out a form and send the product back, knowing that I would have to place a new order if I still wanted the boots. I was so frustrated with the whole process; I did not reorder the boots. I did not want to risk leaving for school, and having to return them if they did not fit. Although, I believe this mistake was made on behalf of the companys order fulfillment team, I could not hide my disappointment with the overall ASOS brand and customer service strategy.

In the future, I would expect ASOS to adopt a more user-friendly exchange system. I also found it extremely disheartening that ASOS does not have a customer service number, so I could personally speak to a representative about my concerns.

I placed my first big order at Asos. Spent over $1k
I needed some suits for work. The suits arrived. The pants where so small, it hardly fit my thighs, let alone my waste. So I obviously had to return the order. I returned it that same day.

After that. I wasn't ready yet to give up on Asos. I decided to give Asos one more try. I went online again that same night. To order the exact same suits but in bigger sizes hoping it would fit this time. Spent about $800
Asos said thanks for the order.
But then later the next day. Asos sent me an email saying. My order was unsuccessful. And that my account was now blocked. So I checked my bank and realized, they already took the $800+ from my bank.

I was quite confused. As this is fraud. A company cannot charge you for an item. Then block you. That is 100% scam like activity.

So I contacted Asos live chat. They said they will "investigate" it.
Two days later they reactive my account and said it was blocked by mistake. They told me to try ordering the items again.
Frustrated at this point. But still dumb enough to give Asos a third chance. I went on Asos to place yet again ANOTHER ORDER. Third try.

This time. I was a bit skeptical so I spent only $700
Asos said. Thanks for your order. Sent me an order confirmation email. Only to later that same evening, tell me that my order was unsuccessful AGAIN.

And that AGAIN... My account has been blocked. That's twice now that they did that to me back to back. At this point, you can imagine how I was feeling.

So they already charged me $800+
Then blocked me

Then charged me for my third order $700+
Then blocked me

Then my first order was for $1129 which I returned and still haven't received my refund

I went to the BBB and filed an official complaint against the company and will now have to also file a Dispute.

Worst case scenario. I'll have to file a law suit in small claims courts against Asos.

Because now they owe me almost $3k

This is a very mediocre company.
Terrible customer services
They have no support number, which I'm sure is illegal as all companies are supposed to have a phone number to call.

They are just all around very mediocre.

Great customer disservice!
They have messed up my orders sending something I have cancelled and cancelling the actual order for a tech failure. After that they told me they couldn't stop the order because it was already processed (this was a lie since they sent an email 5 days later saying one of the items was unavailable). So they took my payment for an order I didn't want and they didn't block the order from leaving the warehouse in 7 days!
Then they told me to send the order I didn't want back to the them and since this was not my fault I could send them a proof a postage to have issued the refund asap. Obviously nothing of this happened. I still didn't get my money back despite sending an order in first instance wasn't supposed to leave the warehouse back with proofs of postage. It's worth to add that in all this process I have been ping ponged from a customer service to the other, staying hours waiting for chats or their calls. Also funny, if you have been put in the call queue through the chat and you contact them again through chat to ask why they didn't call you they will automatically kick you out from the call queue and the queue is said to be up to 24h. When I have spoken with them, everyone was saying different things and the girl at the phone was very rude. After they have started ignoring me and they replied to my messages just when posting publicly on FB. So what to say more? I have shopped asos a few times and Variety of items is good but the management of this company is awful, personally I have an order supposed to arrive today not with me and around £100 in their hostage... I would recommend to buy your stuff somewhere else.

Hello, after dealing with issues with my previous orders I received this gift voucher as an apology and encouragement to continue to shop with ASOS. So, what happened? I placed a new order a few days ago, and received my order today, the dress is a different print than what I ordered, it does not have the collar and front flap like the pic and its missing the belt; again. Please see attached pics, clearly ASOS no longer cares about delivering adequate service. I contacted ASOS Customer service and spoke with Katie, who advised me there was nothing that could be done since the dress I ordered was sold out in the size I ordered. I suggested that since the dress I received was not the correct pattern and missing a belt, could ASOS send me the correct pattern in the size 16 and as long as it had the belt attached the extra inches of fabric may not be noticeable. Katie advised she could not do that because she could only process a replacement. I have had a problem with every item I have ordered from ASOS, I believe my orders are intentionally being sabotaged, it is impossible to think that these mistakes are taking place unintentionally. I requested Katie speak with her supervisor, she advised that she spoke with Tony and was advised there was nothing which could be done.

I am done with ASOS!

Order *******
Item: Glamorous Belted Maxi Dress

I understand its not possible to remove a belt from another item to send to a customer, but the fact that i was willing to accept a size up in the item as long as the belt was attached, despite this being the incorrect print, and ASOS still refused to make this exception, shows how low this company has fallen.

About a month ago I ordered a bathing suit from there "bustier" line which, yes you guessed it, is for bigger breasted women. Or so I thought. I ordered my size which is a 30DDD and what arrived to my house was a $#*!ing joke. The cup size of this bathing suit had to have been an A cup but the tag said 30DDD. I started attempting to find a phone number to call which apparently doesn't exist so I found that you can contact them on FB. Did that and received no reply. Found an email address, emailed them what seemed to be 20 $#*!ing times and when they finally answer me, IT'S A $#*!ING BOT GIVING ME BASIC REPLIES. I read about how horrible returns are here so I just took it as a loss. Then a couple weeks later I thought " maybe I should just buy the same type of bathing suit top but like 3 cup sizes bigger and it's got to fit right?!" NOPE. Recieved my package this morning which I ordered in a 30H and IT'S THE SAME SIZE AS THE LAST BATHING SUIT. Is it my fault that I ordered more $#*! from them even after the first experience? Yes. But this company should not be advertising a "bustier" line for bathing suits and send customers a joke of a bathing suit top. I'm now out 80 dollars for these two tops and i'm just done now. This company needs to be shut down. It is a royal $#*!ing scam and I'm furious. I NEVER write reviews but I had to with this. I've also already filed a complaint with the BBB so let's just hope something happens. Especially with all of these horrible reviews idk how this place is still in business. Please listen to these bad reviews I promise they are true. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
