I used to be a frequent ASOS customer, but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! They have the worst customer service. They could not deliver my package that I had to re-oder 6 times! They failed to deliver a package 6 times! Absolutely no help from anyone from customer service. Im very disappointed that I will be leaving ASOS forever, but their regard for customers is completely inexcusable. DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered something from asos on 28. 01. 20 after 2 days asos canceled my orders then I massaged asos costomer service and they said I have to wait 10 working days and I will receive my money but today date ist 23. 03. 20 and I still didn't receive my money i did everything to contact asos but everytime they said some thing don't ever trust asos customers service or aoss they are lying everytime and I emailed them I wrote on Facebook I used asos customer service but I still did not receive my Money. Sent me a wrong item then won't pay to print a label to send it back. Support suggested I pay for shipping and write out the address instead of using their label
It's like a more expensive forever21 with even sh*ttier quality. One of the shirts i got had a tag with "STAY AWAY FROM FIRES" I'm done with them as a trustworthy clothing brand. I've gotten $1 tops from shein that felt better than a $60 shirt from ASOS

Sent me a FAULTY item - mind you I paid an insane duty to pick it up from the local post office then again I had to pay for postage to send back. DID not issue a refund for 2 months despite receiving the item back! HOW THE HECK is this company not facing lawsuits yet!

Honestly don't order from them. Wrong item sent value of $13 instead of my $150 jacket. Sent my items back, but it was "worn" so no refund. $20 to ship back btw.

Customer relations team on Facebook are patronising and obstructive - seriously, you have had my money for 6 weeks with no sign of a refund and no amount of emojis will make that better! Appalling. I SPECIFICALLY paid for extra shipping to get my stuff in 2 days so I would have it in time for New Years. They inform me THE DAY THAT I AM SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY STUFF that one of the items (shoes) are not in stock! Couldn't they tell me this an hour after I placed my order? A day later? Why the day of? Also, they said that my order would arrive "On or before Wednesday" which is what I asked for. Sounds good. That night I see my order as "Still processing" On their website they assure me that that means that it includes the shipping time. Bull $#*!. The next day I track my item and ITS STILL IN THE UK! Hasnt even left the shipping facility! I am now due to get my order today. 2 DAYS LATE! I will NEVER order from them again! So unreliable!
I placed an order on Wednesday, Feb 10th for a top. I paid extra to have it shipped in two days. I received a confirmation letting me know that my order will be delivered on or before Friday, 12 February 2016. I never received my order on the 12th. I emailed customer service the evening of the 12th. I got a response on the 13th from customer service stating there was a glitch in the system and they have arranged a refund for the postage and the item. I should receive the refund in 5-10 days and if a refund can't be returned they will be in touch. Today, the 15th I received a top by UPS from ASOS. It was not the top that I ordered, not even close! I paid a lot of money to have the top for an event that I was attending. I did not receive the top in time and when the top came, it was not what I even ordered. Another email sent to confirm that I will still be receiving a refund. I will never order from them again!
I ordered some items from them and a was charge extra to received my package, when I contacted them about it they didn't provide any help and they lied about charging me extra
Extremely unhappy about your service and way how could I receive any advice. Placed order on 28/12/2021 and ordered items, paying with PayPal. Never received confirmation, but money was frozen on my bank account. After several contacts trough chat and sending emails with no response, 2 days later I decided to call you. What I heard back was that it sometimes happens when clients are using PayPal that the order is not processed, and now I should wait a full 48h to receive my money back. The order will not be processed, and I'm stuck now with no items as they are out of stock after 2 days and I do not have presents that I was requested to purchase. There should be no option for PayPal on your web, or info for clients that when using PayPal you might never receive your order. They can freeze your money for a few days and do not provide a service. After 3 days, email from customer service that my email address is not registered with ASOS, (screenshots of me being logged in provided in the initial email) Definitely would not recommend using this website to anyone.

As canadian customer ASOS made me paid twice the taxes. USA taxes (as I wasn't aware of the discount code for canadians that is not well communicated nor an automatic generated code when you confirm your order) + Canadian custom taxes for the delivery.
ASOS REFUSES to refund you back the 15% amount if you did not apply the code which means that they keep this money in their pocket

I have so many horror stories that I have been through with this shop. From not sending my orders to sending faulty items every single time to sending me items that are not exactly as they appear in the pictures. Not to mention their customer service is by far the worst experience ever. They never will satisfy a customer even when they are at fault. I've been dealing with so many different issues and every single time, they have excuses without reason and they always send the same response when you contact them. For example, I contacted them about an order I didn't receive which was 4 weeks past the date, when I contacted them they told me my order was sitting in the warehouse still so they refunded me my order and returned the products back in stock and sold my items again to other customers and now the items were sold out. The last item I received was slightly different from the picture but they won't do anything about it. Do yourself a favour and order from other sites. There's plenty
Ordered some items that never arrived. Customer care told me they would refund me and that I would receive an email confirming the refund. Next thing I know is that they have blocked my account
Two weeks since my orders arrived and I still do not have my return labels. For some reason their system will not allow me, the customer, nor their "specialist team" to request UPS labels. About a week ago, following a 24 message thread of emails, I still have no labels and no refund. I have been referred TWICE to their "specialist team" as well as their "customer escalation team". At one point I was told I was being forwarded to the "CEO" of ASOS. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. Their response was that I would again be forwarded to their "specialist team"... the same one who were unable to help me twice now. Where I come from. This type of issue would warrant an immediate apology and a refund in full. I used to be a major fan of ASOS. I did almost all of my clothing shopping from them. I no longer will endorse or recommend anyone to shop them. Their attempt at being more "eco friendly" by no longer including packing slips or return labels in their packages is leaving an even larger carbon footprint now that dozens of emails are being stored on servers which use electricity. What a joke. Still no return labels. Still no refund. Terrible business practice.
I have ordered some jacket from asos and they send me another one. I'm writing now them and they tald me I have to pay some extra money to return this jacket and to get back my money(only jacket price). Then, i have to make new order to buy that first ordered jacket. I dont have garanty that in this case my jacket will be the same.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
