ASOS is not a company to order from. I placed an order in FEB 2019. The order never came in. I contacted the company and they stated the package was delivered on 3/6/19 and for me to ask my neighbors for the package. My husband was home all day on 3/4/19-3/7/19 because he was on vacation, he confirms the package was never delivered. I needed the dresses I ordered for my Baby Shower. Now I have nothing to wear for my baby shower on the week of 3/9/19. I am so FURIOUS! I will never order there again. I Actually wanted to give them no stars, because they don't deserve it!
Now they are asking me to wait for 48 hours when my baby shower is tomorrow. Thanks for nothing ASOS.
I ordered almost 100 bucks worth of skincare items. They sent me a 10.00 wool beret instead with no return label or receipt. I am not required to send this back to get a refund for items i did not receive, but they said I would have to in order to get a refund. There was no return label so i would have to go pay to print one and then ship it, which as a customer is not something i feel i should have to do. I should not be the one jumping over hoops to correct their mistake. I notified them i would be filing a fraud report with my bank and the federal Trade C. And the rep responded with ''no worries'' and ended our chat. Please don't order from them. You will be scammed. After reading other reviews on this site its clear i am not the only one this happened to.
I have probably spent about $600 on Asos, and have learned two things- they have terrible customer service, unhelpful sizing, and the clothes aren't very good quality. The only things I have ever ordered from asos that I still wear are two winter coats. All other jeans, sweaters, swimsuits, etc, are all in the garbage bin. Swimsuits are just terribly sized and unflattering, same goes for jeans, and the sweaters are terrible quality. Every time I order things from Asos, i'm severely disappointed.
Tried to speak to ASOS customer service, apparently they don't have one! You can only chat online and they don't have the authority to answer any queries or complaints. All they say is they will pass it on to another department. Your not allowed to speak to anyone and they flatly refuse to give you any information. Then if you keep asking questions they cut you off. How is this customer service!
-Due to a system error, the express shipping that I had requested had not gone through. I needed this immediately, and due to this, it was already a day delayed.
-I had to cancel the order so that I could re-order it.
-Of the two dresses I was sent, one was a wrong dress (also in the wrong size)
-I returned both and was only partially refunded.
So disappointed by these endless problems, on just one order!
Was never once able to track my order.
Website and app never allowed me to email.
Waited so long past my estimated delivery date just to never hear from them, I had to contact them via Twitter and Facebook just for them to stop replying. I got a response only because I had to tweet at them regarding my issues. Only for them to tell me my address was "insufficient/incorrect" and that I would have to wait another 20 days for a refund. I had to wait a solid few days for a simple response even though I would respond less then 15 minutes after them. Sorry if this is confusing there was just so many things that went wrong on their end especially in terms of communication and the whole situation was beyond frustrating. Just DONT BUY FROM ASOS.
I basically had to return everything for both my orders. There was customs fees that was'nt included in the original price. And I had to pay shipping for return.
They don't let customer see review for the product they sell, so stupid.
Sometime a large is a XS and sometime a XS is large.

Received my order today... the coat that I've purchased arrived... it had woman's hair all over it and had an awful smell... plus the size was wrong... ASOS customer service barely apologized and didn't care about me (the customer)... they didn't believe me that the size was wrong and didn't even care that I've received a used item...
The two only times i ordered something from asos... something went wrong. The first time they lost it in the mail... took me 2 weeks before i got reimbursed. The second time they delivered the wrong item... i had to send it back at my own expense (21$). They told me that because it was their mistake they would reimburse the shipping fees. I sent them the receipt to prove them how much it cost me. They never reimbursed me... when i tried to contact them they told me they never got anything.
I feel in love with a white one piece bathing suit! It was alittle more expensive than I usually spend so I figured the fit would be nice. Turns out it was horrible I did not get a return label (even a credit would have been better than throwing money away) they emailed me one i wrote them several times letting them know I don't have access to a printer and asked them to send me one they ignored me everytime. I work 9-10 hours during the week and haven't had the time to print out a label when alot of companies send you one with your order. Looks like I'm out of money and all I have is this bathing suit that I would Never. Use!
Do not order anything off this website, you will get screwed over. I did not read the reviews before I bought an item and everything the reviews stated was true. I did not receive my item in time, poor customer service, and poor quality.
Experience terrible first time they refund me just £27 instead £40 second time they just keeps return and refund. They don't want to listening… please don't believe all refunds before 10 days because they lie!
BUYER BEWARE: I placed an order on ASOS a matter of hours before they did their %20 off deal. I contacted the customer service to see if they could amend my order to reflect the discount and they flat out said no. They made zero effort to make up for this, and had the audacity to suggest I buy more things from their %70 off outlet. Terrible company to deal with. I will never purchase anything from this store again, and I would cancel my order if it hadn't already shipped. Consider shopping somewhere else.
After I made an order ******* (total order is USD 116,85) it was clearly mentioned on website that shipment is FOC. But my order was not shipped in time and when I called Aramex, they told me that I need to pay an additional USD 30 for custom clearance. I was not aware of extra charges, it's 25% of my order! Its real scam, I tried to contact Asos customer support but they could not help me. They dont know about how much is extra charge, how its calculated, why I need to pay aramex additional money( *******8334). It is scam

Stole my money during covid. Waited months for my order to arrive but nothing. Supposedly returned to sender. Asos promised they will refund but nothing and horrible communication.
They even know I have a brain injury. Reprehensible conduct.
Update. Since told refunded but I can't check plus they had my money for months and let me down.
I have never bought anything from them until recently because they were always too expensive for me. But now that I'm in college, I get a student discount, and it's more convenient for me to do my shopping online. I bought 2 dresses and 1 shirt. The shirt had a zipper on the back that would only go down halfway, so I couldn't fit into it, and one of the dresses was completely transparent, and looked like it was made from cheap material; not at all how it looked on the website. The third was fine but it wasn't the right size, so I'm returning all of them. I was really disappointed, I always figured that with such high prices their clothes would be high quality.
I placed an order over two weeks ago. This was my first time ordering from ASOS. Once the order did not arrive on the date the tracking message said it would, I contacted customer service. They responded the next day and told me to wait an additional 4 days to see if the package would arrive. I did as told and when the package still did not arrive 4 days later, I contacted them again. They said the package had been lost (seems to be a common issue with them) and that they could either re-order it or refund my money. I told them if it could be rushed to me, I would like to still order it. However, they said this was not possible and it would still have to be shipped standard delivery, so they refunded my money.
It's certianly disappointing since I waited for so long and would rather have what I ordered. I'm a little shocked they refused to rush it to me, since I had waited for several weeks. First time trying them and I will not be making a second purchase from this website.
They are thieves who neither want to send a contract nor do they want to make a refund, and there is little help there. You have to write 4 emails to which you will not get a reply, only from the bot and then you have to write in the live chat and if someone kind will help you from there, you are lucky I do not recommend
Sizes are way off! Simple Tshirts are not just small but extremely small. I ordered a 3x for the first time in my life because i heard they did run small. When I received my order the tshirts were marked 3x but clearly a size medium/large. Not even worth returning. I will just never shop at this site again

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
