I bought a complete bedroom, but the frame is wobbly and unstable, i ask to reinforce, they told me this is charctrestic of the bed, and they can not fix it or return it, they sent another tech to check. Told me to get a bracket from Amazon and fix it. Do not buy anything from Ashley
Bought a sectional couch in September 2021 and by November the seams were falling apart and the cushions had lots of tears in it. Called about my furniture protection that I paid extra for and it took them a month to come look at it. Then it took a them 4 more months to come out to fix it but they didn't fix it. They said they weren't prepared to fix anything that day. Now they are also saying they won't be fixing the couch at all. I paid $1700 for a couch that's a huge eyesore in my home. I can't get people to call me back or help me out.
I purchased a couch from Ashley furniture, but unfortunately it started to fall apart after two years even though I barely used it. And since I didn't purchase a warranty I'm going too have to purchase a new couch. So, needless to say I will never purchase furniture from them again. And I strongly recommend those who do, purchase a warranty (what a scam)!
Or online order was delayed several times, and was eventually delivered way beyond expected date. Now, the reclining love seat was faux leather that started peeling shortly after we received it and is still peeling off. This is the worst junk I have ever purchased. I have done business with them before and the products... Living Room furniture... is kinda shotty. I am very honest when I say I will no longer buy from them and please don't waste your money on their junk as well as the upset you will be due to the extremely slow delivery time. The love seat was:

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered by bed on May 19. I chose Ashley HomeStore because they said my bed would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks. I am due to give birth any day and have been needing a new bed since I placed my order. I received an email showing that my bed would be delivered on July 2. I received another email stating that my bed would be delivered on July 21, but that's not even a guarantee. I am so upset. Ashley HomeStore has lost my business for good. I hope they go out of business.
We had a great visit to your store. We were helped quite nicely and professionately by Jordan Hong. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Real nice gal! The furniture came quicker than we agreed on and the movers did a great job. We recommend Ashley store and will buy from there again!
I ordered a Bedroom Set online for my son and his girlfriend who moved to California. The night stands arrived by Ground Shipping and were totally crushed in the front. We immediately sent them back. The bed had damage on the Headboard and posts. The dresser drawers do not line up and the tracks had mounds of glue on them.
We have been trying to return everything for a refund and have been treated with the utmost disrespect, hung up on and basically lied to. The problem is they do not want you to return a product for a refund. It is totally ridiculous. It is simple set a pick up time for all the damaged furniture and refund our money.
In all honesty, I wouldn't purchase anything from here you literally have to jump through hoops to have damaged items returned for a refund.
Ashley Furniture has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I received too many marketing emails after placing an order on www.ashleyfurniture.com! No matter how many times I have pressed unsubscribed, I still receive emails. Later, I called their customer service, and they asked me again for my email address. I asked them what the point of placing an unsubscribe button in the emails, and the agent pretended that she did not listen to anything and said goodbye.
My mother in law purchased a couch from a store in Louisville. One day later the recline quit working. She called on day 2 and reported the defect and also told them how hard the couch seemed. She is 83 and this couch hurts her back. She has had the couch 6 days and they refuse to either replace or allow a return. I have called them and talked to customer service and their supervisors. The claim she did not report the hardness issue within 72 hours. ( but she did when she told them about the incline issue). I also tried to talk to the manager of the Louisville Blankenbaker store but I keep getting called by the sales people. The manager seems to always be in a meeting…. Please do not buy anything from these heartless people…..
Customer service is lacking. Columbia location has employees who are unfamiliar with the ordering process. I simply wanted replacement couch cushion covers. I went to the store three times. First someone couldn't order in store, even though that is what the website directed me to do - needed to talk to a manager who wasn't there. Manager called, but couldn't take credit card over the phone. Back to the store- found an employee who tried to place the order, but charged me the wrong price- 10 days later I was notified and told to come back to the store. They cannot give a date of when the item will be in. $40 in shipping and they can't send it to my house. This is baffling in an age of on-line commerce. There are plenty of discount furniture stores- steer clear of this one!
I purchased a $1,000 couch from Ashley Woodbridge, Va back in March 2022. The couch was damaged so we called them and they said we have to pay for parts and a tech to come out(another $150).
Their tech comes out literally 6months later and after he dissembles the couch he says they sold us a bad couch, it is a manufacturer defect.
So we call Ashley back and know they are not trying to rectify the issue knowing it's a defect. They want me to pay another delivery fee for them to swap out the couches
We bought a coffee table from Ashley Furniture in Canada, It took over one month to deliver and whenever we called them they answered us with a very bad attitude. Aafter it came we opened And installed it after one week because of COVID-19. The product had lots of problems and scratches. When we called the customer service they said you just have one week to call and we don't do anything. We explained that you said it takes time to deliver your products because of Covid and when we are saying we didn't open the boxes for One week, it's not acceptable? Nobody cares, I just recommend to avoid buying anything from this store, low quality, very poor customer service with such a bad attitude. I wish I never did that

We purchased a power recliner from Ashely. We were told that an extended warranty would cover damages. Well, just over the 1 year mark, the chair motor stopped working and the mechanism bent making the chair list to the right and wobble. The extended warranty only covered the motor. So, we now have a very expensive broken chair in our house that no one will fix. I will never buy another piece of Ashley furniture nor will I ever recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. What a disappointing, expensive lesson to learn.
We waited 7-8 months for our havalance bed to come in. When in comparison to all other professional furniture retailers whos wait time was half that. We didn't receive any updates or any estimated time as to when it would deliver. We had to call to get any updates. Then when it finally delivered we took everything out of the boxes only to find it didn't have any screws. We then called to inform them about the missing screws to which they said we would have to wait an additional amount of days to get. So in the meantime we will be sleeping on just our matress on the floor. We are very frustrated with the service of Ashley Furniture and will not be ordering from them again.
How many time have I had to update the address, only for them still not be able get it right! The customer service personnel are UNHELPFUL, they will tell you anything to get off the phone. No coordination...
When my furniture started to fade and mechanisms failed Ashley warranty came back once. Then refused to come back when same mechanism failed again. I paid a lot and am very disappointed and will never recommend Ashley furniture.
Brianna helped us to pick out living room furniture for a home we are building. We have had to ask them to store it for us because our home was taking so long to complete. They have been courteous and accommodating above and beyond, Brianna is charming and helpful. This store has wonderful kind staff
I am in love with the bed that I bought. What I don't like is the delivery situation. I was rescheduled so many times it is unreal. The first time I ordered my bed was in July 2021. I rescheduled my delivery four times before canceling my order. My husband and I went into the store in January 2022 and ordered the exact same bed and I got it 90 days later. They rescheduled me once. Their delivery situation is horrible. My bed was delivered by a couple in their personal vehicle. Not a delivery truck, a personal vehicle. That is the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. The couple were amazing people. Very nice, polite and helpful. I give Ashley 3 stars for the bed. The couple that delivered my bed I give them 5 stars. I give Ashley delivery situation 0 stars. I don't think I will be ordering from Ashley ever again.
We purchased $3000 dollars worth of furniture from the Ashley store in Warminster PA and had it delivered in the middle of 4/22, after 6 months the cushion on the one side of the $1500 sofa and only two of us living in the house wore out the store told us to contact customer service which is located in Bangladesh. After jumping through hoops to get them to respond we were told we would have to pay to have it repaired. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. Their is a reason why they have an F rating with the BBB.
