It's a business and a scam. Zero customer service. Once they've used your credit card, it takes hours on the phone to arrange return and credit.
I attempted calls with no answer 3 days I emailed 3 times no response. I wrote letter to store manager and it was ignored.
The advertisement hype, even when on hold they continue with the hype as if that were th best. HA HA!
