I ordered an item on July 12th with a guaranteed delivery date of July 14th & it is now 3:40 pm on July 14th & I know from previous orders that I will not be getting this today!
Don't waste your hard earned $ on Amazon Prime!
The delivery service is pathetic as orders don't arrive on the guaranteed delivery date!
Save your money & get free 2 day delivery from Walmart.
Great outfit, Amazon, until you have a problem with their delivery.
Nothing, Nada, Nix amount of available help.
Hey, they say wait a few days before you complain even though UPS photo shows parcel delivered
BUT not to my HOUSE!
Terrible service
I came to check out on Amazon.ca and a message came up "open an Amazon Visa account and get 40% off" When I did that a message came back... It takes up to a month to review your application. All that was for Amazon.ca to steal my heme address date of birth telephone number etc. No Visa card or discount. I want Amazon to remove everything collected from me from their record... I don't ever intend to shop from Amazon.ca again!
I wanted to update my credit card expiry date and was told that I must download an app. I said that I didn't want to. That I had been using Amazon for years with out it. They hung upon me. I didn't raise my voice or was mean they just hung up. The worst part was when I called back and told.the next agent that I had been hung up on and explained the problem they also hung up on me. This happend again a third time. 20 years in customer service and I can't believe amazon would hire people that would hang up on their customers just because they feel the problem is too much to deal with.
AS a happy regular Amazon customer for many orders I elected to try the Promotional "Prime" upgrade. I was happily surprised at the elevated customer service and delivery options and associated cost and speed of delivery. I am always amazed at how customer service goes the "extra mile" for their customers and how cost justifiable it is. I buy frequently and return occasionally and have never been been disappointed.
Amazon canceled my order after saying it was out for delivery for 5 days in a row in a town 4 hours from me. Then they tell me I refused it. FFS I am 4 hours from the last tracking. Then they tell me it was damaged and returned to supplier but no refund will be submitted. Are you f%$king kidding me? Credit card dispute in progress.
Not happy with their customer service. I have not found my package as they claimed, and yet wanting me to go to Neighbors and ask if they have received my package by mistake or. I should go to police and claim a $60 lost.
I ordered a solar panel on the 8 Nov. I got an email that I would get it between the 10 and the 15 Nov. I called on the 14 as the item was not even shipped yet and was told I would have it the next day, I did not believe that. On the 15 I get an email the item will be delivered on the 19 Nov and it still had not ship. It is highly unacceptable. I needed this item fast. They are getting worst, they representative barely speak english. I will be looking somewhere else to shop.
They sent me a letter saying that someone tried to buy something for 2664. 70. I logged into my reg account and it said that i didn't have a message from them. I hope they didn't get my information. I deleted my cc info on amazon, i hope they don't get anything!
They took extra money out of our account without our permission. They asked bank for permission to take the extra money and not us. No notice on what they were doing. I called and got the run around and got hang up on second call and how rude. Cancel our order and the first person I talk to said it would be 3 to 5 business days to get our money back and second person said 7 to 10 business days to get our money back. That's ridiculous! This make us not want to order from amazon.
I've never had a problem with Amazon.ca itself, but I've had problem with 2 retailers that sell through Amazon, with getting the items very late. As long as I've dealt with Amazon by itself, I've always gotten my items on time and never damaged. I always make sure to check that Amazon is the one selling me the items and/or check the retailers reputation before buying a item. Amazon.ca has also been amazing with books. Samsung has partnered with Amazon and you get one free book through their Kindle app, which I really enjoy.
I order all the time with them, the price are fair, the shipping is very very fast, well packaged too! There is some nice deals, even used items in the warehouse deals, which is very nice and convenient :)
Just recently started dealing with them before Christmas, signed up for Prime with the intention of canceling it before my one month free trial is us.
First of all, I have heard that it is overpriced. My thoughts on that are that you have to do your own price checking, like anywhere. I received my products free of shipping and within the 2 days promised! I did 5 seperate orders and had a problem with none of them! I do have to return a few things, 2 were gifts for my sister that she didn't want(my bad) and also I ordered a French version of a car that clearly stated French. Should have ordered the Canadian version (my bad). In this case the consumer is responsible for the shipping and return product, which is cleRly stated in their rules. I called ahead and explained the situation and they were more than happy to give me very nice reduced shipping cost! Like WOW! Who doe that! Amazon.Ca does! Highly recommend this company hands down!
After receiving an email from Amazon.ca this morning I went to purchase a 50ft. Garden hose priced at $28.61. Once added to my cart, it showed up as $34.99.
Confused, I returned to the previous screen thinking it was a glitch. I had to do this a few times because I couldn't understand why on one page the price was $28.61 and in the cart it was $34.99. Out of frustration, I called Amazon and they agreed it was a priced but refused to check me out at the lower price.
I think people should know this occurs at Amazon and of course customer service is none existent despite being polite and all. It sickens me when I here call center staff say "sorry, there's nothing I can do to help you"
This is why I remain content to drive to a store and pick up what I want to buy. Its priced and I buy it for the marked price. Amazon is fraudulent in bating and switching as they did this morning.
I have made several purchases through Amazon.ca, and in most cases, I have had good service, but this last purchase, I used an Amazon hub.
The first day, the Amazon delivery service was too late to drop it off so I contacted Amazon through the chat.
After 20 minutes of speaking to customer service (in India), I was informed that I couldn't be helped because I made the purchase through Amazon.ca.
I was forced to cancel my purchases because I couldn't reach anyone or change the drop-off location.
I ordered a lot of stuff! Only a quarter of it came. My account is on hold and I am required to contact amazon.ca for instruction. When I call they don't have a clue band say an accounting department will contact me, which no one EVER does! So now I have no idea what's ordered and what's not! This was t6he worst way to shop and EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! A very bad experience shopping online! What a sham!
I bought an Amazon Echo over a year ago and it has stopped working when it should last a few years. I asked for a compromised price on a new one. I was told that 30 days has already passed and there was nothing they can do, and this was from a supervisor! I feel like I want nothing more to do with Amazon after that call. I am guessing that this is a new call centre in The Phillipines. It is a pity because agents at the call centre in Jamaica were a pleasure to talk to and left me with good feelings about shopping with Amazon. Now, it looks like shopping with Amazon is over for me.
Recently I did have ordered a item when i have received its seems like used item, when i asked to customer service they said i can see its not used item, also only you have option is to return and you have to wait 7 days for refund, that too you have to return by going to courier service and printing a paper if you do not have those things you are locked.
Felt like nowadays, Return policies are favoring sellers than customers … Amazon customer service treating customers extra miles are not anymore happening…. They just want customers to contact Amazon and Sellers for their own returns … People are loosing patience with customer service employees…
What is the point of having a amazon.ca gift card and trying to use it but you have to have a credit card as a backup payment. Not everyone has a credit card. I want ot use my amazon.ca gift card without a credit card. The money is in the account, why have a credit card too! Very disappointed and very upset at this stupid policy!
Answer: Don't believe their delivery guarantee. They are late 4/10 times and are unremorseful for it
Answer: Very tough! No longer usable fir me, a Top 1000 and Vines Reviewer.
Answer: If you need customer service good luck it's not existing
Answer: I've never had to pay duty on anything from Amazon.ca, even if it was shipped from another country.
Answer: If Amazon is going to use a third party courier service, (such as Intelcom), cancel your order and shop elsewhere.
Answer: Happened to me. Just another sneaky way that Amazon operates. Welcome to the club.
