I've never had a problem with Amazon.ca itself, but I've had problem with 2 retailers that sell through Amazon, with getting the items very late. As long as I've dealt with Amazon by itself, I've always gotten my items on time and never damaged. I always make sure to check that Amazon is the one selling me the items and/or check the retailers reputation before buying a item. Amazon.ca has also been amazing with books. Samsung has partnered with Amazon and you get one free book through their Kindle app, which I really enjoy.

Tip for consumers:
Be sure to check that you're either buying directly from Amazon.ca or the reputation of the retailer that is hosted through Amazon.ca

So, high on my "savings" from Wish.com, I downloaded Geek on my phone. I thought I would save some money on some pens, so I placed the order on May 18th or 19th. It's June 21st and they were supposed to be here June 5th. They arrived in Canada very fast, in my city very fast, but despite calling all the mail and package delivery companies in my city, the tracking number is too long or too short. The numbers I called gave me a out of service signal when I called, and there was no option to email them. I stupidly purchased 2 other items that are supposed to show up June 28th, but I really don't have high hopes, or even a hope and a prayer that they're going to show up. Don't bother phoning the customer service phone number, it's just a recording on loop and you never have the option to speak to someone real.

Before I read any reviews, I thought that I would try and save some money (I'm on disability) and get a couple items on wish.com. Boy, was I in for an ordeal. I placed my order on May 18th for a watch, fidget spinner, and what I thought was a fidget cube. Turns out that after I placed my order, the fidget cube changed their description to tell me that I just ordered the box to put the cube in.

It's June 21st now, and even allowing the 32 days of delivery that they say, I still haven't gotten my items, nor my full refund for some of my items. I have dutifly watched the tracking and went to the tracking websites (all in Chinese mind you). Everything arrived May 19th or 20th in my city and yet when I called ALL mail and package delivery places in my city, the tracking number provided by Wish is not valid.

I phoned all the carriers overseas (costing me over $10 in calls) only to get the same response: "The number you have called is invalid or not in service at this time.".

NEVER shop with Wish, despite how tempting saving a few dollars looks. I will be sharing my terrible experience with Geek (a Wish company) as well.
