I Love Amazon!

I used Amazon for almost all of my Christmas shopping and it was fast and so convenient as I have a problem shopping with all of the crowds. And as I am a member, I get Amazon Prime as well. There is t a better deal out there!

Amazon are scammers
September 12, 2019

Amazon sent my parcel to the wrong address and when I talked to one of their representatives i was assured the parcel would be sent on Saturday. Today is Thursday and I was told today, the item was being sent back to the shipper and the item would not be delivered. Their representative is a liar and I will not be dealing with crooks any more.

Scam artists
January 31, 2020

So I ordered something and cancelled it right away because I needed it faster. Tried reordering it within 2 seconds and the total price was DOUBLE. So under the product it was the same price as originally purchased... but in cart it was double...
This is the 3rd time this has happened to me... spoke to customer service and they said there is nothing they can do about it even though the product price and the cart price were two different prices. The do this on purpose people! Disgusting bastards. Will be pulling my prime membership since I've had from day one... one of their biggest supporters since the beginning but not anymore

If you have charges on your account you didn't make they will not refund your money ever. They will just give you the runaround and make you waste your time for hours calling them. They will lie to you and stall and stall and stall until you give up. Worst customer service ever. They say oh that department isn't reachable. You might as well suck it up cause you are screwed.

Horrible shipping

I've used Amazon 4 times. 3 out of the 4 items have not been delivered to my address. The 4th says it's shipped. I have no doubt that it will not show up to my address. The worst delivery ever. I am never ordering from Amazon again. I'm having trouble getting my money back from Amazon as well. This is the most horrible company I've ever dealt with. I'm getting nothing but lies from the delivery company ( dynamex /tforce) and Amazon is blaming the delivery service for the mistakes. All 4 items I ordered within a 3 week period. Bad bad bad company.

Ordered a product on May 15. Promised delivery by May 25-29 originally. Then promised delivery by May 23-25. Item not even shipped on the 23. Finally item is shipped on May 24. Promised date of delivery is now May 31 when I will be out of the country. I would not have ordered if the information given to me was not misleading. I could have had someone pick up my product in Florida and now I will be without.

I ordered a gazebo cover it came to small and I sent it back which cost me 30$ so I paid 91 for it and sent it back and no refund it's nbeen may 12 2023. So don't believe the bull of guaranteed money and refund because it's bull

I the years I have used Amazon.ca I have been totally satisfied with my experiences.
They have a great shipping centre and my orders have arrived mostly ahead of posted delivery time. I'm over 180 kms from the nearest Amazon centre and I still get my Prime delivery ahead of schedule. Any issues I have had with sellers associated with Amazon.ca have been quickly attended to.

Amazon.ca made a mistake with vehicle and refused to pay return shipping charges.
I ordered a brake kit for a Toyota and Amazon sent the kit for a Chrysler/Dodge.
Amazon admitted to the mistake, however, Amazon refuses to pay the $100 shipping charges to return it.
Amazon sends what they cannot sell and claims it is a mistake, and then makes it difficult to for you to get your money back by not paying the return charges.

The reviews on a product mentioned defect as table's holes were a wrong. Me thinking surely amazon will not keep selling them without fixing the iddue
WRONG! I paid 60$ for someone to assemble it, now I have to dissassemble it and return it...
The CSR reps are indian or muslims from the area, they provide bad service because most of them HATE US. Instead of offering a refund or listening to you, they cut you off and leave the chat, basically a big F* you to western clients. They have ZERO concern for providing clients with a good experience. They will sell you a defective product knowingly and then hassle you to return it instead of accepting a screenshot that shows the table is useless. Seriously Ive spent approx 5000-8000$ this year and thats how you treat your customer?

Will NEVER shop there again until they stop outsourcing their customer service to Indians.

Very upset with how they handle their same day delivery packages. They use a company called dynamex (also a horrible company, read the reviews) my packaged was supposed to be delivered on 29 of October by 8pm, so I called the company and they said it would be 1-2 hours. It is now 10:41pm still no package. So. I called again and they said that he could not get a hold of the driver, and that it would most likely be delivered tomorrow. I did not pay the extra for a guaranteed same day delivery for nothing. The reason I'm writing this bad review for Amazon as well is because you should not use their express shipping as this is clearly not the first time it's happened. As long as they continue to use dynamex i will not be ordering again.

So you can go on amazon.ca and search Amazon flyer books in order all different ones for free and they feature Amazon activities in them and Amazon shopping stuff in the book and you can receive it in your mailbox every day. When you ordered them on Amazon for free and it will cost nothing, you can have it free order of Amazon flyer books on the website amazon.ca please. And featuring free rewards program on amazon.ca where you can do ordering stuff on the rewards program where you can get points back on amazon.ca rewards program. And featuring when you sign up, you can get a lot of rewards, and they automatically go in your rewards account for amazon.ca and you can use that to buy things for the rewards program that they feature for stuff on there to shop for what for your rewards points and they go back into your account rewards points please.

I have been an Amazon lover. I've purchased many items in the past two years. In fact, it has been my go-to place for most non-food items. I niaively assumed I'd get the best price there. WRONG!
I heard about a great bbq brush. I checked it on Amazon.ca. It is $62. I then checked it on the US Amazon.com. - $16.95. I naturally assumed the Canadian price was a mistake. NOPE. The Amazon rep explained that sellers can ask any price they want for an item. Amazon has no interest in price setting or over site. The bbq brush was provided by different sellers in the US and Canada. UNBELIEVEABLE!
So now I need to carefully price check every item I'm considering buying from Amazon.

Not worth it anymore!

Don't get Prime, skip the agravation, it is not worth the money they charge you. They don't respect shipping time anymore. More often than not you will get it late for sure. Many other good shopping sites now plus a lot of the stores have free shipping now.
