Hi A&F and eShop world,
As per A&F customer care agent advise I returned my order *******2329 to A&F through Return / Exchange: *******2329. The refund was sent to eShopWorld. EShopworld refuses to refund me although they did get the refund from A&F, and tell me to go ask A&F for a refund. A&F on the other end are sending me to eShopWorld. I have sent numerous mails to A&F CS, opened 2 chats and called A&F CS twice alredy. I have been provided different answers. As per my last conversation I was told that A&F payment team will reach out to me. So far nobody reached out to me. I have been told dedicated customer team will reach out to me, so far that has not happened either. Soon it will be a month since we are running thru the motions. But guess what I am so frustrated ta that point that I will keep asking for my refund no matter what so you could either handle that or we continue the cycle endlessly.
Ordered 2 items and they never shipped. I called customer service the first time and they noted they would escalate issue. The second time I called, there was no record of my first call and the items I originally wanted were sold out. The representative said there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. I was happy to have found a revamped Abercrombie after years of not shopping there. Once again, I will stop buying from Abercrombie.
Can you say stuck up much?!? Geez! Snob city in there. And it's not like I'm not their "type", I'm sexy as hell. Hmm, maybe that's why... Because they were intimidated by how hot I am... Either way, never shopping there again.
*******@Fitch is just good business marketing. Their clothes are obscenely expensive. When I see a moron wearing A@F outfit of any kind, I can tell you he/she wants to be associated with a certain social class and he/she stinks.
First off, A&F clothes are not worth the damn price. If i found something somewhat cute that I would consider buying besides the amount of money they're asking for their $#*! I wouldn't. Every employee i've ever talked too there has been a 100% $#*! and if you don't fit into their "standard" of being skinny, white, and/or wealthy, most of them will just shrug you off and not even help you when asked for help. Extremely disappointed.
Received an email about how I was a member for a full year and therefore got a $10 off coupon. The fine print didn't state anything like "cannot be used with other offers", "minimum purchase amount of $30" or ANYTHING like that.
So I tried to buy a clearance shirt, didn't work.
To test, tried to apply the code on a full-priced shirt, didn't work.
Waited on hold only to talk to a lady who blabbered about how it can't be used with any other offer blah blah blah.
However, now when I try to use it, it works fine. Except there's no longer free shipping!
I probably won't even use the code now because shipping is $10.
Overpriced and UNDER-quality items. Unrealistic sizes. Every 15yr old employee you can grab (who by the way have NO concept of what customer service IS) and every UNDER-qualified "manager" to complete the ridiculous picture you have painted for consumers......well done (sarcasm at its best)!!!!!
I'm not an Abercrombie shopper at all. However, I love good, well-fitted pants that last, and Abercrombie has those. My favorite pair of pants was actually a pair of Abercrombie ones that lasted from 2002 until 2009. But it's just a hole that I have to fix and then it'll be back on the streets for another 8 years. This is another place where you definitely want to know what your size is there before purchasing, though. Don't trust the size chart, venture into that obnoxious store first and then you're good to go online. Shipping is fast and returns are free by mail or in-store.
My body's quite wide and short, so I often fit size XS in length but more of an S in width. So far, Abercrombie is the only brand that offers button front shirt that perfectly fit me. Their other stuff (I buy mostly sweaters and heavy jackets from them) are great too, even though the design and sewing can at times be less than perfect.
I order mostly online, and they have clearance sales that drop the price of shirts to about 10-20 bucks and of sweaters and jackets to about 30 bucks. Not bad at all for the quality.
My favorite shopping website. Amazing stuff, good prices, love the fit of t-shirts. Also the fabric used is pretty good as well. Shipping was fast. They mostly have good promotions going on so customers get can good discounts.
Abercrombie has good quality garments but it is a little pricey. I recently went in to shop for my nephew and niece and was surprised by the style and quality of their clothing. They were both thrilled with the clothes I purchased for them.
I buy a lot from Abercrombie.com and always had positive experiences until recently. A lot of the items I have been ordering are being shipped to me in poor condition. A couple of items were even ripped. They had clearance stickers over the prices so, I am assuming they were shipped to me from one of their retail stores and not their warehouse. Also, the items were just thrown in the black shipping bag with no plastic bag around it like usually they are shipped in. I really like Abercrombie and hope this doesn't keep happening or else I will stop buying from them online and buy in-store only. Also, they used to have superb customer service but, now it is just okay. The reps don't really seem to care much to go out of their way to make things right like they should.
You can find trust worthy sellers by going through their profiles and there you will see the number of reviews and credibility of the seller. This site has been proven to be real as thousands of people have concluded successful transactions and deals. Buying cheap is one of the selling points of this site and thus has made it stand tall amongst its competitors.
In general Abercrombie can be overpriced for somethings, but I prefer the online store as I can pick and choose items, and often there are discounts on clearance prices. That's the best time to buy.
Delivery is quick, but some items do sell out, and they ship items separately too if they are out of stock. Check your emails for special codes too, because they are worth it.
I bought a perfume on-line and the smell was not so good as usual. I just sent an email asking if they had changed the perfume, that's all, I was not even claiming anything. They came back to me very quick and offered me to exchange the product straightaway without any problem. Really nice service indeed!
I use a wide variety of colognes, so I tend to buy everything in the smallest bottles available, plus smaller bottles are less expensive and all the good brands out there can get kinda pricey. The 1 oz. Bottle is nicer because it doesnt have the image of a random shirtless buff guy imprinted into the back.
The site is simple - if a bit over 'stylized' but finding the sale section is almost impossible - even when there is a sale going on... Clothes arrived promptly and the follow -up (i. E. promotional codes etc) is good - just wish they'd make it easier to find what's on sale
Their clothes are ok, but if you have any issues, you will see what I am talking about. Their customer support is RIDICULOUS. I have literally never been spoken to in such an unprofessional manner in my life. On chat and on the phone, their employees are so rude and have such attitude it's clear they don't care about their customers.
I wish that the website had reviews and more accurate sizing, but in general I looove Abercrombie. Of course if you buy at original price it's expensive, but I personally always buy it on clearance or on sale and these reduced prices can be better than forever 21 prices! Abercrombie clothes are so comfortable. I pretty much live in them.
This is my gay mecca. Whenever I am in London this is the only store on my list that I have to visit each time and I rarely leave without buying anything. However, as there is only one store in the whole country, I'll make do with ordering online. They may be expensive but the quality of the clothing far surpasses anything else I've ever bought, making them (and Holister) my go to brand.
