I used to work for the company and while retail isn't for me the company definitely is. I love the clothing and the sales are incredible. I just called regarding an order I placed on shorts that I could have shipped to the store for free but forget and sent them to my house and paid for shipping. When I called the guy informed me that they have already left the warehouse but he would refund me for that shipping anyway. Wow! What service!

Quality clothing

A good quality clothing withing the reasonable range of prices. I always wait for season sales or just discounts - you get the best prices there, however some of the models can be out of stock by the moment..

Stupid online customer service employees that I ever see. Abercrombie hire all stupid employees. They can not solve any problems. I ordered only 2 items and add two more item but they can not work out and place wrong price and charge my bank wrong number with receipts. I tried to contact 4 peoples but all stupids. They have not responsibility what they did. They even do not what they are doing. No anyone know how to say sorry what they did wrong. Their attitude is very terrible service. I will like to shop at good service even more expensive than stupid service. I never go back even your clothes is good or cute. I do not care. Amazon is best service.

I've bought several times from Abercrombie. I love their quality and stile. The webside is good, but I could wish some more photos of the specific item I'm interested in. Their shipping costs is SO expensive. I know that they lowered it, but still too expensive. I would buy from them much more often if the shipping wasn't so expensive. So now it can only be a couple of times per year...

NOT Decent Company

For a few months buying stuff from Abercrombie and Hollister online store, while away ( working in Ukraine for two years.) not many stores shipping to this country so had to order multiple parcels for me and my family. Especially warm outwear coz f*cking cold winters here))
So suddenly my last order canceled and i am accused in resale. But believe me 70% of clothes they sent to Ukraine is so poor quality i would be ashamed even to bring it to local charity. If only i had more shopping options in this country i would never order from Abercrombie after receiving my very first order with them. Seams they can never stitch pockets on one line... Now my profile blocked, money not released back to my cc after more then a week. I wonder how one member from customer service ( some Stephanie) could decide a destiny of a loyal customer this way? Furious! #abercrombie

Overpriced and UNDER-quality items. Unrealistic sizes. Every 15yr old employee you can grab (who by the way have NO concept of what customer service IS) and every UNDER-qualified "manager" to complete the ridiculous picture you have painted for consumers......well done (sarcasm at its best)!!!!!

TERRIBLE RETURNS
June 22, 2023

Do not buy from this company online if you do not have a store near you to return to.

Not only will the link they send you in the email for the return label not work, but they will charge you $7 for "free" shipping, and then when you bring it to Canada post to the barcode they provide will not work so you will have to pay $30 out of your own pocket!

THEN! The customer service team will refuse to refund you because it wasn't their "error".

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU CAN RETURN IN STORE

Abercrombie has really changed over the years, the model of their clothes changed. But what is the worst part the customer service. I returned my order because the fit is really bad. I am waiting for more than a month to get a refund. Multiple times contact, first they said send proof of return, I did. After that the confirmed they will refund, but nothing happend. I emailed again and I needed to send proof of return again, and again and again. These people can't read emails. At this moment I send more than 10 emails but Abercrombie is not responding anymore. Really crazy! I recommend to never order at Abercrombie!

Just horroble

Had some horrible expirience whith abercrombie.com - they hold my order for a week and canselled that after I call them. Looks like they discriminate customers if you have any acsent. Very unpleasant service. Will never buy there again.

Shocked and appalled

It's very simpIe. I purchased a sweater on January 12th and returned it on January 19th. Instead of being credited the amount of the item, I was charged. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since the 21st of January. Nothing but frustrating phone calls and emails have followed. It is beyond my comprehension that this appears to be so difficult to process. I am baffled. What does it take to rectify a simple error. *******@hotmail.com.

Clothes are over priced and don't wear well. Shirts lose shape after a couple of washes. Employees appear to be high school age and are very rude. Not helpful in any way!

Very trendy selection

This store only caters to small sized, flat chested girls. There sizes run small and they don't carry plus sizes for real women. This company has come out with press releases that stated: "they only want to sell to/have pretty attractive people wear there brand" and also stated they don't want "ugly fat people" shopping at there stores even calling them "disgusting". DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
