If you are a BUYER: be smart on choosing what to buy.if its too good to be true and seller asking you to pay only paypal then you are dummest. When you pay the item at late night then the seller post that "ive shipped" and demand a rate from you immediately its a scammer. Tell the seller you want to cancel and contact the mercari. Even if the seller told you that the item is shipped and giving you bull$#*! reason and insist to rate them thats a red flag. Once you rate the seller without receiving the item, youre in trouble. That is the downside of this site.if you are using Apps. As you slide down the screen the "rate the seller" is just so easy to mistakenly press if your not careful.If you are not happy with the item, contact mercari ASAP as this site and others response slow than slow cooker. Always ask the seller questions you need to know as mercari investigate the conversation as proof.
If you are a SELLER: Always write in a piece of paper your mercari username and put on top of your item when you take a picture of item you sells to avoid anyone copying your pictures and use it to scam anyone. Dont use your own photo as your profile picture because someone will steal that as well. Youll experience people will ask you to reserve and change the price then they will not buy it. Low ballers resides here lol so goodluck!
CONS: Slow response from customer service. Alot of scammers.No standard shipping, buyer pays more on shipping. Even sold items shows on searching dont know whats the point.
PROS: NO FEES.NO TAGGING. EASY TO SELL. EASY POST EDITING. SELF SHIPPING OPTION.

Ofcourse if you want good and organic quality you have to pay more than the regular that you get from other company otherwise if its the same price majority of the people will rather buy the natural products than the ones with bunch of chemicals.We need to remember that when it comes to free trials, there is always a catch all the time anywhere.Its not a "free sample" that you can get it without looking back. Same thing with the "free gifts" you can only get one if you purchase something. C'mon its common sense!. But anyway, i grab the free trials but before i even get to the checkout moment ofcourse im not gonna let go without reading anything.its very clear and simple to understand the process of their business it actually explain, guide and shows every details of the purchase and membership.The moment i got the free trial i call them up and cancel the membership with no harm. I purchase their training pants to zulily and im not so happy with it. They should have put opening option on the side because little ones can get accident poop and because there is no opening on both sides you have no option but break it and now theres no way you can securely discard the diaper without putting it to a plastic bag before throwing because its exposed.( not everybody have diaper trash can) and the sizing of training pants is smaller.its too tight on the sides and loose to the middle waist who does that? ( only them) the padding inside is not enough to absorb more pee. I try to use this at night thinking since its securely fits on the waist it might me better than the regular diaper. When i woke up to check on him, oh dear i thought he just jump in pool of pee.He is soaking wet till chest.im so angry end up changing his whole sheet set in the middle of the night.so never again with that training pants i dont care if its organic or its made by heaven. About the diaper bundle, if you will calculate and compare it to the other brands, its just few cents more difference. Besides, you can choose when do you want them to send you your next bundle just incase you still have more diaper left.$80 is just hard to accept. They should have a diaper only bundle with lesser price.the wipes is too expensive like gold. 72pcs for $5? Lord gracious! Whats in there egyptian cotton? I know its thick and it feels clean but gosh. Seriously pricey! The only way i can buy their diaper is when they have it on sale in Target because it saves you more but you can only get 1 print. Well, for me this company is not bad at all.

Its a good online store to buy affordable stuff. I have notice their business is booming as they selling more items everyday. They have branded and not so known ones.The smart way of me buying from them is if i dont know the brand name i will seach over the internet because ive learn my lesson buying baby clothes because i base on how it looks on the picture when the item arrive im so disappointed for the poor quality not to mention about taking ages to arrive. Since then im more careful on the brand. Lately, theyre adding more known brands. I also experience that they send me the wrong item but provide my refund and store credit plus i get to keep the wrong item. Regarding their shipping, some of you probably doesnt know that they explain the reason why the shipping is taking long time. You can check the "shipping info". For them to provide cheapest merchandise they have the agreement to the brands that they will order by bulk for them to get the cheap price.So for them to get it zulily must wait till the end of the days of sales. Which means as long as the brands is not remove from the site "LAST CHANCE" yet, they cant finish your order anytime soon. Unless you choose to pay extra buck for them to ship it a bit early. That is why it takes ages for the item to come because there so many procedures they have to go through which is sad and frustated.As a new company they still on baby steps so i cant complain.( but i did lol!) Take my advice fellas, now that they have the free shipping til midnight after your first purchase with paid shipping, do as i do: #1. Check the "Upcoming items" if you like any of them prepare yourself for the following day.the earlier you shop the more available item you can choose as most of them go so quick.#2. Before you go crazy on adding to your cart, first things first. Try to purchase the cheapest and the lightest item they got. Why? So that you will only pay the lowest shipping cost ( $5.95) as your first purchase item to be able to get the free shipping on your next purchase till midnight.#3 Once you checkout your first purchase it will appear to the site that you have now till midnight for free shipping.#4. Then you can now go nuts on buying any items you like from the previous ones they have left to the last chance they got. Without worrying to pay the shipping cost. Dont forget they mention to their shipping policy which ones is not qualified for free shipping. Heavy item like big furnitures, etc. Also before you buy something familiar brands try to check to other site who sells like Walmart, Target or the website itself youll be surprise that even though it looks cheap to zulily it could be more cheaper to other sites and they ship it quick.So for me i give them 3 stars Because some of them is really cheap but painful as well as they ship it longer. Slow sales. Over the top commission deductions.If you sold $15 theyll take 2.95 instead of 20% whats the difference? 5cents!. Lol. Then $16-up is 20% deductions.The buyer pays for shipping of 5.95 total of 5lb.if you sold more than 5lbs, seller pays the difference. Buyer always ask the impossible low ball you never seen before make you feel that you rather donate it.So if you sold $6 then less 2.95 = 3.05 is yours. Youll drive to post office or take the train in nyc for 2.75 one way. Then you go back and pay again, youll get a total of losing your profit plus paying more.So never sell one item thats not worth selling for. Sell brandnew and in bulk is the only solution but you will wait a thousand year to be sold. I prefer Mercari than this shark poshmark. Although theres a lot of scammers but it depends on what you buying.NO fee. Your payment is not release unless you receive and happy with your item.If you are selling you have an option of shipping it yourself.So goodluck! But i wont never recommend Poshmark

Im a Coach bags seller and all my items are 100% authentic and i came from coach factory. When i saw this site ad to facebook i told myself, why not try to check so i need. For me live auction is good so i decided to apply as a seller. OMGood gracious! The process to post is painful. First, you need to submit a request form from the website and wait for 2-3days for them to evaluate you as a seller. They will send you an email with link for you to go to the next process which is to fill out another form about your paypal infos and facebook account (required, if you dont have FB, forget it!) for verification after you submit, they will send you message that you can now start posting. I thought im all set but im not!. You can only post 3 item as a beginner if you sold them and ship then they will send you a message that you can now post unlimited items. You MUST ship the item and post the tracking number first before you post new item to sell otherwise they wont allow you at all. Before you post the item you need to REQUEST TO SCHEDULE each item on their Host Auctions Section to include your item to live auction group which has date, time and fees you need to pay. After you request to schedule they will send you another message saying if your request is approve.In Live auction even if you are not there your item is still go to auction or you can be there live and talk to the buyers who have questions or give more info about the item you are selling to attract more bidders. Shen your item is sold you give the buyer 2hrs to pay otherwise the item is cancel and you can write a review or blocked the buyer on you next auction for unpaid item.As long as the buyer doesnt recieve the item your payment wont reflect to your paypal account. Which may take a week.The problem i got is when i calculate my money. I end up losing than earning and the 10-20% of fees from the total amount is way too MUCH! I pulled my hair after that. Then i decided to go back to ebay the fees are less than a buck and way easy to post. Tophatter is now my TOP-HATER site. Never again!
