I bought a perfume on-line and the smell was not so good as usual. I just sent an email asking if they had changed the perfume, that's all, I was not even claiming anything. They came back to me very quick and offered me to exchange the product straightaway without any problem. Really nice service indeed!

I have been using tripadvisor.co.uk a lot to search for reviews about places I wanted to visit. After a while, when I became a member and started to share my own real experiences I found out that they block some of the reviews, mainly those about bad experiences in Hotels. I have been told that they offer the owner the possibility to block a review. Obviously I have cancelled my account with them and I encourage people not to trust in the reviews as they do not reflect the variety of customers real experiences

I booked a room for the 22nd July 2016 on their website on 22 May 2016. I explicitly mentioned that we were a family (2 adults, 1 child and a baby) and that if that was a problem please contact me asap. I had all my summer holiday journey organised well in advance. Suddenly, a week ago (only two weeks ahead of the stay), I received an email saying that they will cancel my room because the cannot accommodate our family. At that stage, I could not find any accommodation, everything was booked nearby and triple priced. I had to rearrange the whole journey and spend a lot of money. This people are not serious and they do not care others. I would definitely avoid booking here as it is not reliable and you can be cancelled in the last minute and totally unprotected

I have been writing my experiences in www.tripadvisor.com and just realised that when you write a wrong experience regarding a Hotel, they just say that cannot publish it. A friend of mine which runs a Hotel has told me that they offer the possibility to the hotel owners to block the review because www.tripadvisor.com gets money from them. So I would advise you NOT to trust in this site with respect to hotels comments (I believe that restaurants are ok because they do not benefit from those comments). Now I have started to realised why the comments I read with respect to hotels did not much with my real experience. I hope this helps to users! Thanks
