Shop elsewhere! Too many other online companies offer free shipping and free returns, do yourself a favor and go with them. It's a huge inconvenience physically and monetarily to purchase shoes for $120 and then pay more to ship them back if they don't fit right or for any other reason. I didn't read the small print. Hoping I help someone else before they make the purchase.
After placing an order and 6pm getting Cc info wrong I used an alternate card. 6pm did not get it right again I spoke with the Credit card company they said no issue on amount being approved.
Next I get an email that order is cancelled.
The worse part of all of this is customer service is over seas and 6pm has chosen not to have any U.S. agents. You are forced to deal with outsourced agents who's only refined skill is answering a phone. The federal government has a regulation/law that states any business in the continental united states must provide a United States representative upon customers request. 6pm will tell you that is not possible the only agents are over seas.
I've ordered for them multiple times at different times of the year, and the product is high-quality and prices are great. Granted, you need to do a bit of homework (I read product reviews and compare pricing before buying), but if you find a great deal then you get more than you pay for. I've not had any problems with their shipping or customer service, and would buy from them again in the future.
I used to order from 6pm.com a lot. Earlier this year they managed to mess up 4 orders in a row. I received the wrong items and wrong sizes. One time someone must have even changed the order, so it looked as if I ordered the wrong size. Since they also stopped e-mailing order confirmations, I didn't have any proof. Customer service takes forever to respond - usually 3 days, and then it looks as if the person responding never even took the time to actually read what I wrote. If you want to call them, you need patience too. One time I was on hold for almost 2 hours, only to be suddenly disconnected when I finally spoke to someone. I hope they will get their act together again, because their prices are amazing. For the time being, I won't order from them again though, because they are just too unreliable.
Unless you want a fake bag for a lot of money, stay away from this site. It's probably best to stick with the coach website or any other trusted department store with the designer bags and a reputation of being authentic.
I've been shopping at 6pm for at least 7 years now and I just love their great deals. They also have a pretty darn good inventory and free shipping too. Besides that, I recently contacted them because a pair of slippers I got for my granddaughter were defective and I hoped I could return them with a prepaid label instead of paying for the return shipping as I usually do when I need to return things to them; well, not only did they respond quickly but they said that since they didn't have the item for an exchange they would simply credit my original form of payment and I could donate the item or do whatever chose with it. That is a company I will always return to again and again. I'm happy - what more is there to say.
Made my first order with 6pm and any size order is $6.95. Items arrived just as described but the price portion on tags were removed! Just saying I wanted everyone to know if this is important to you.
Haven't had to return so no comment there. Did notice the inventory changes with size on availability so if you see what you want in a popular size; don't wait.
It was my first time using 6pm and it was suggested by a friend who told me that they were like Zappos, free shipping and free returns. I went head and purchase two pairs of sneakers since I was not sure which pair would fit best. I am returning one of the pairs and to my surprise the company does not: 1) provide pre-printed return label (so you have to create your own label and stick it on the box) and 2) Customer is responsible for the return shipping. I am so disillusioned with this company. It will be my first and last time I buy anything from them. In today's competitive market, I expect a certain level of Customer Service which entails pre-printed return labels and free return shipping.
One less potential customer and consistent shopper.
Had to return these and it cost over $17 for shipping. They have good prices on their shoes but if they don't fit, be prepared to pay a lot of money to ship them back. I'd rather shop at sites that have have free returns. 6 PM.com should offer a flat rate for shipping, say $8.95 or something like that because you know they get a big break from the shipping companies. Instead it cost a fortune to ship things back if they don't fit.

I ordered shoes from them, what I thought was a real bargain! They took my money quickly, and the shoes arrived, the wrong size! Called customer service immediately upon opening the box, and was told, sorry we don't have those shoes in your size in our warehouse. CS proceeded to tell me what size they do have. When I asked if I should cut off a few toes to fit into those sizes the CS person had a nice chuckle. This site sucks, I don't believe they ever had the advertised item.
I've been buying in 6pm for almost a year now and spent more than a grand already. I have bought shoes, bags, clothing and a few accessories from Nine West, Calvin Klein, Aldo, Guess, Adidas, Fila, Jockeys, etc. And guess what? All are legit and fabulous. It's well packed and the shipping is accurately fast. I usually buy products that are 60% off or more, and all of them are undamaged. I also bought gifts from 6pm and sent it to California, New Jersey and Indiana. And so far, all were delivered on time and undamaged as well. I recommended 6pm to my family and friends and they all loved it.
Stay away from 6PM! You'd think 6PM being run by Zappos gives you pretty much the same benefits. I received my shoes just to find out that returns are not free. I had to pay $20 just to ship the shoes back. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would shop there.

I have a large foot for a woman. A size 13 isn't something I can pick-up at a locale shoe store, unless I purchase men's shoes. It works for hiker's and tennis shoes other wise not so much. Those types of shoes don't work well with dress clothing. I've been shopping with 6PM for 10 yrs. Now and I've always been pleased with my purchases. I suggest you give them a try!

They are misrepresenting the merchandise. The measurement for size M is the same with XXL, I guess something missing here... They cost me extra time and I promised myself that I will never shop at 6 PM again. Also, they are keeping my payment while it was totally 6Pm's fault to sell misrepresented items... They are also daring enough to threaten me by saying UPS will charge extra if I don't seal the box and they sent me an email saying: "to seal it back up with sturdy tape"? Do they provide the tape? How about my time? What kind of customer service is this, WOWWW... Why should I spend my time fixing their mistakes, when I have a lot of other things that I have to do...

Great site for shoes IF you are quite familiar with the brand and their sizing. I have purchased White Mountain and Anne Klein Flex... great shoes... awesome bargain. Bought an off brand and the size was way off and the quality was horrible. I would find what you like in a store... try them on then go to 6pm and see if they have it. I'll buy from them again but only if I know EXACTLY how a brand fits.
I've bought shoes from 6pm in the past and been happy, but their new customer pays full cost of returns policy means I ended up paying $18 for the privilege of trying on a pair of shoes that didn't fit. Shoes HAVE to be tried on to know whether they will work for you, and it just isn't worth the hassle to buy them online if I'm going to have to pay so much for return shipping. Unlike a big corporation I do not have bargaining power to get lower shipping costs. In the future I'll just either buy shoes from a brick and mortar store where I can try them on, or online from a retailer that offers free (or low cost) return shipping.

I can only speak on shoe purchases, but always look here before making a shoe purchase anywhere else. They have a huge selection and in most cases the cheapest price you will find for the exact same shoe anywhere else. I still peruse Zappos, but 6pm has beat them on price the last 3 pairs of shoes I've purchased.
I recently ordered four pairs of shoes from 6PM.com and they arrived as promised in just four business days in pristine condition. I have purchased both shoes and a handbag from this site. They have great sales.My order arrived pretty quickly. The shipping is a little steep if you are only purchasing one item so it is good if you buy more than one item or pair up with someone to place a bigger order. I have noticed this site lowering their shipping costs (2.95) more often lately so keep an eye out for this.
