I bought a pair of Michael Kors sandals for my girlfriend and when they got here it looks as if someone had already put them on there feet. And the discoloration from the inside of the shoe I am never purchasing from this website ever again and I will be sure to let others know that this company is fraud
Besides Zappos and Amazon, 6pm is another go-to site before making an online shoe purchase. I've ordered boots, work heels, and running shoes from there. Great prices and selection! Much cheaper than zappos. I did have an issue with the quality of a pair of work shoes, but customer service really took care of me. I was impressed. I highly recommend shopping here!
Yeah, no this site is a scam if I've ever seen one. Just purchased a pair of "Frye" boots that arrived damaged. There's no way in hell these are real Frye boots. Two days after purchasing these crappy boots, I have over $3000 worth of debit card fraud in my account. I have never had this happen before and don't normally purchase items from online retailers that I don't trust. What are the chances? NEVER AGAIN!
1. French Connection dress appears to be knock off. Has a FC label, but fabric, cut, fit, and overall quality are off. First order from this site. Had already bought the dress in question, but needed the next size up which was sold out from the major retailer, so I have a real comparison.
2. Not only does it appear to be a knock off, but also appears to be a second or worn return. Clearly has been worn and either cleaned or washed previously as the dye from the print has bled out and blushed the white border to pale pink, and has wrinkle creases across the hip/thigh area (right where the dress would bunch when sitting).
3. Insult to injury. I have to pay shipping to send the fake item to them.
Would not recommend this company, no exchanges only returns that are very expensive. Their customer service has a lot to be desired, very rude, and not knowing their products. Will never buy again, BEWARE.
I see a lot of people on many sites asking about a good site to shop on for clothing, boots, shoes, etc. I have only shopped here a few times but never had any problems. My orders came in fast & the prices were awesome.
I can vouch for this site if your looking for great low prices on name brand goods!

After ordering shoes, Newton Running Isaac S, and the size not being 12.5 which I ordered I tried returning. The Rep for 6pm explain that customers are responsible for 100% of return shipping cost regardless of issue with item.
I have ordered numerous items(mainly shoes) from 6pm and have never experienced what any of these negative reviewers mentioned. The items are shipped fast. I have never received an incorrect item or size or defective item. I have also returned several items and did NOT pay return shipping. I explained that I'm a loyal customer and purchase often and they always send a free return label. My return is processed usually within a week. I would give them 5 stars but because they don't "offer" free returns, that to me is a con.
I'm really regretting the order I placed last night after reading all of these reviews. And the good ones sound a little too good to be true (were you people paid?! LOL)! I typically read reviews before any online purchase, but for some reason I didn't with this. However, for only $24, I suppose it was worth the risk. I don't know the laws, but NO ONE should be paying return shipping if they received an item they did not order. Sounds like this company is going to have a class action lawsuit if they don't stop charging shipping on items they should have never shipped to you in the first place. Why should a consumer pay for their mistake? If I ordered something that said it was leather, and that is not what I received, why is that my fault? Why should I be out any money? Stop giving in to this company and fight them. Even if s/h is only a few bucks, it is the principal of the matter! The expense should be on the business not the consumer! Why are we paying for their errors?
I find some good deals on this site. I always compare the price with their other sites Amazon.com and zappos.com. Prices fluctuate so be careful. If gotten burned on shoes that don't fit and have had to pay return postage. Some things are not much discount. There are deals to be had, but check Amazon first because with Amazon prime accounts you can get the free shipping and returns. Sometimes the Amazon price for the same item is cheaper.
Great website, since its kind of like overstock.com I have had numerous times they ran out of items after I ordered them and had to refund my money. If they have your size in clothes (they seem to have tons of TINY sizes and really big sizes but often not many of the average sizes) you can get name brand items truly at up to 70% off! They ship fast, make it easy to return items and get a refund for items you don't want, no sales tax unless you live in their state (can't remember which one) - professional packing --you just have to remember it is out of season overstock items so don't be disappointed if they end up not having what you order as often they only have one in stock and several people will be buying it at the same time almost.
This site sucks! I planned on purchasing two pairs of boots, but when I got on the site the next day the price had tripled. Really? What a hoax. I recently ordered a Marc Jacobs bracelet for $100 and when I received it, the clasp had scratches all over it and the inside of the bracelet looked as if it had been used. I returned it today and I have to pay to ship it back even though it's their fault for selling a scratched item. I'm hoping there won't be any issues with them refunding my money in a timely fashion like other posters have stated. I will not purchase from 6 pm again.
I've been a customer since 2012 and all of my experiences have been great. Although once several years ago I received a pair of running shoes that looked like someone with dirty feet tried them on, but they quickly sent me another pair within a few days free of charge. The only downside is you have to pay for return shipping, but I've been happy with my all of my purchases. I would totally recommend 6pm.
Been using 6PM off and on for years with no problems. But the last order I placed, for almost $150, never arrived. Of course I checked with my neighbors, etc. Called Customer Service and told them - that package never arrived, even though the status said Delivered.
They quickly admitted that they have a new delivery service and have had problems. They refunded me immediately.
I am rating them 3 stars because I am concerned about this happening again. But the discounts are worth another try!
Used to be a great place to get deals but the last pair of shoes I ordered came in two different sizes. I'm a size 7 and the right shoe was 8. I requested a return which I had to pay for myself! Lost $10 because of their mistake. I don't think the customer service nor the people who pack and ship out the items are accountable for their mistakes if the customer has to pay for ALL returns even if its their mistake. Do not buy from them, they are very unreliable.
Very disappointed. I ordered shoes 6.5 and received 8.5. I'm still waiting to the customer service to solve the problem. I can't return it as shipping cost from my place is more than the price of the item. Probably would not use this site any more.

I accidentally came upon 6pm looking for a better price, for some awesome shoes that I saw on another site. OMG to my surprise was I lucky or just fortunate. This site was a lot more than what I expected, and free shipping as well. I have been an ongoing customer ever since. If you are looking for designer names at regular folks price, this is the place to shop for shoes. Thanks 6pm you are, as Tony the tiger would put it "GREAT".
I still cannot believe that there are so often times they send me used items. Some of the s were just not ok and disgusting... it had happened me a lot. The customer service is good, they are quick and do the best to solve the issue, but I have to spend extra time and energy to get through it. I still browse at 6pm because of the prices, but when I usually end up purchasing from them, I'm now expecting the potential of receiving used ones... I suggest 6pm to do stronger inspections.
I always get my shipments quick, their products are coming from Louisville, KY so I'd assume that they're somehow associated with Zappos.com(?) since their warehouses are there. Either way anytime I've ordered from them I've always got my items as they looked on the website, in the correct size and it always gets to me quick.
When you order from 6pm, at least using the free-shipping option, what they completely fail to tell you is that it's anyone's guess as to when they'll actually fill your order, which isn't included in the shipping time.
That, in my book, is being entirely dishonest!
But wait, there's more! They're more than happy, of course, to charge your card the split-second that the order's placed despite not providing any obvious info as to the fact that they'll take their sweet time to actually fill the order.
So typical in today's business climate!
