I had a very bad experience for the first time. I didn't receive my jacket and a bag for my Mom's birthday! I was expecting the parcel in 5 business days as the website says. So I never received it until now. Customer support confirmed that they did not deliver the package to ME and refused to return my money back. I think I would never recommend this site to anyone.
I have received my order CK flat on time however the shoes look like they have been used! It has a lot of scratches and the leather looks like its been pulled off and the bottom of the shoes are very dirty!

I ve spent more then 1 hour for one call tho te customer service and 30 min for another one. No-one recalled me back after saying "i will call you in 10-20min"
The waste of time. The are not interested in clients spend 500 dollars on their site. There are a lot of much better solutions!)
Ordered Hunter boots 108.00. Didn't fit, so I was going to return. Went UPS the cheapest was 23.00. Called customer service no help what so ever. I will stick with Amazon. Don't bother. You can order from much better places. It's not worth the savings if they don't work for you.

Buyer Beware! I was very distressed to realize that I had missed the 30 day return/exchange policy for this company (6pm). Yes, it's my fault that I procrastinated 36 days before asking to return it. I would have been happy with an exchange of one size larger and would have paid for the service. So now, I'm stuck with a too small $75 dress and 6pm has an unhappy customer writing bad reviews. They are so inflexible that they would not even exchange it. Yes, customer service answered me with the standard "that's our policy" email. I obviously will not be returning to this store when there are so many other companies who pride themselves on trying to please a customer with a reasonable request. 6pm is not one of them.
Careful with 6pm returns. They take forever to get refund and I wonder if they hope you just forget. It happened in 2008 so I swore them off, but decided in 2021 to give them second chance. A month after UPS tracking showed return was delivered I still had no refund. I contacted them and now have received email that refund went thru. So IF you use them, be sure to save all information until refund is complete. But I'm done with them.

I've made several orders from 6pm and it's great unless you need to return something. I just returned some shoes that cost $20 to ship back. You have to be pretty confident that you won't return or the discounts aren't worth it. I would reserve for known sizes and apparel that you know won't be uncomfortable (like you've tried on elsewhere). Also shipping itself was nearly $15 which is a lot when you are used to Amazon or Zappos.

I ordered a pair of Dr Martens in hard to find size and color only to find 5 days later my order had not even shipped yet and my online account with them had been locked! I called and was told they would not process my order only because I had used a VISA from a direct deposit mobile account and they would not take paypal either. How utterly rude! Money is money! Or is it? Don't even bother trying to order from them unless you use credit or old school bank. Waste of time! I guess that's why they sill had those Docs in stock where other sites were sold out in my size already. Seems they don't want to make money.

If you hate offline shopping as much as I do, there is no better place than this 6pm online shop. It's cheap, fast and huge choices of items. I can recommend it to everyone who evaluates time more than anything else.
I generally don't fill these out but I've had a wonderful experience with this company. I was sent merchandise that was slightly defective (difficult to tell until you put them on as they were vibram 5 fingers) and I got an almost immediate response from customer service. They resolved the issue right away and credited me for the item. It's tough because they do not offer exchanges, as many have mentioned, but the customer service I've experienced is far superior to most online companies. As others have said, be sure of what you're getting, and you can find some great deals!
Huge selection, amazing prices, quick delivery of orders. Unfortunately, the Uggs I ordered at a reasonable price, and then quickly received, ended up fitting weirdly (fur-lined in the front half, heel area NOT fur-lined, which made my heel slide up and down in the boot with every single step. Painful.)
I knew I had to return them, and really hated having to pay return postage, but figured out it's better to lost out on $12 postage than the $100 for un-wearable boots.
The point here is that if the returns were free, like virtually every other high volume shoe website, I'd simply have ordered another pair of boots, and would definitely be a regular return customer to 6pm. But this setup just isn't going to work for me, so bye-bye 6pm.
I like them. Return process is easy, prices and selection are good. Ordered four pairs of shoes, only kept one (my feet must've grown a half size)!

All in all, I'll order from them again.

I think they are the same company as Zappos.com but with lower prices, slightly slower shipping and less customer service. It's a site if you want to save a bit of money but don't care too much about the extras.
I received the wrong color of shoes I had ordered. I called the customer service phone number and their response to me could not have been better. Full refund, sent me a return label so no shipping charges either way. They were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing to improve on here... will order from them again.

Have bought from 6pm over the past few years and my experience has been skewed towards the disappointing end. Just received a pair of Grasshopper sandals that were cheaper looking than anything even at Walmart. Realizing I would be paying to ship, I tried to give them away to friends and family with no takers. I could have bought these $32 shoes for only $3 more at Amazon and free shipping. Instead, I just paid USPS $14 to get rid of them. Inconsistent quality, high shipping rates to/from, no bargains here.
This website is AMAZING! I cannot tell enough people about it. I typically buy shoes on their site, but have recently started by clothes and have been just as satisfied. First, they have major designers always on sale (I bought Frye boots for $150 originally $400+), their sale prices range from 30 to 75% off. Second, they give you free delivery and it has never taken me longer than 3 days to receive my items. Third, they have tons of inventory, you can find whatever you need on that site.
I saw a lot of negative reviews. Almost makes me wonder if they were posted by competitors since the Dr Martens boots I ordered for my girlfriend were brand new and perfect. From what I can tell, they are just selling previous years version of shoes. Box was stamped with a manufacture date of 2015. But what normal person would care about that? Still Brand new! Shipping was as promised and on time. Will definitely do more business with 6pm.com

Honestly, I've been shopping with 6pm for at least 4 years now. I've had two order that was wrong in the past year and the item was no longer available for an exchange. They refunded me and I get to keep the incorrect item. Why am I giving it a three stars. I placed my items in the shopping cart and the next day, all the items' price gone up. Not just a few bucks but $10 or more. That was a few days ago. Today, everything went up by at least 10% and up from summer season wear to winter. I've never seen this before. Now... I might have to hunt down another place to shop.
I have made many large purchases from 6pm over the years and I have never once had an issue with my purchase. Great deals on name brand items for much less. The only bad thing that I could possibly say about them is that they stopped having PayPal as a payment option a few years ago.
