I have made three orders from Rosegal. Only one of the items needed returning. It was the pants of a two piece set. They were to small. I contacted customer service by email and recieved a reply in 3 hours. This was during late night after hours aswell. I have two options to resolve the issue. I absolutely love all of the items I have purchased. They have held up well to were and washing.

Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.

I have made three orders from Rosegal. Only one of the items needed returning. It was the pants of a two piece set. They were to small. Last June I bought over $500 in clothes from them, to this day, it still says partial order filled on their website, in my account.
NO ONE will talk to me, I disputed it with my bank, but they said the vendor said it was delivered. I NEVER received anything.
Could be a porch pirate got the partial order, but WHERE is the rest?
I paid $15 for insurance, but that was a waste of money, can't get a hold of anyone to have them reship the cloths under the insurance.
WHAT A WASTE of money and time!
Their clothes are cute and tempting to buy... but buyer beware.
You may never receive what you ordered!

I ordered 4 items from Rosegal, and they arrived today. The resemblance to the online images was vague at best and they were all made from very cheap printed fabric. The clothes are cute, in the images, but in real life I would never even wear what I purchased. I do not recommend buying anything from Rosegal, no matter how cute it looks. You'll only be disappointed. Save your money.

I place an order to be delivered to Reno NV they sent it to California screen shot price was sent to Rosegal. They are screwing me out of my entire order and offering 30 dollars for my more than 100 dollars order. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund or my order. This business feels like a scam, a real business would make it right especially when I proved through screen shots that it is their mistake.

I placed my order with Rosegal on March 15,2020 and have still NOT received my merchandise! They were prompt in charging my account! When I check the tracking of my merchandise, the delivery date just keeps getting later and later! I am beyond frustrated at this point. Would not recommend ordering from Rosegal unless you have months to wait on your order! It took 9 days for my order to even ship out!

I am so pissed right now. I'm out 50 dollars never received my package and won't return my money. Everytime I would check where it was it would say that the package doesn't exist and now all of the sudden. It was delivered but there is nothing absolutely nothing. At this point I jus want my damn money back.

I've been shopping through RoseGal for about 6 months now. The clothing and jewelry and accessories I have ordered are all good quality. They have a great selection, though sizing can be off sometimes. I get lots of compliments on my wardrobe and jewelry items from RoseGal.

I reluctantly gave them 1 star, only because i had to. I wrote a review last night, but in light of their response I feel I really needed to write another. I payed $58+ (including shipping)for a 2-piece outfit on November 15th. It was promised before end of November. Still, they cannot tell me what is up, they just keep saying be patient. I am done being patient as one event has passed and now Christmas is upon us, and I still have nothing to wear. So, I asked for my money back. Their bright idea is to refund me $20, then if it comes then I send the $20 back! I say no way, I payed in good conscience, they cannot. I told them that now that I have nothing after paying $43+shipping, the only remedy is to pay shipping too as nothing was shipped to me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!

This company is a ripoff. Wish is better and even it is cheap.

I have purchased from Rosegal.com one other time in the past and getting items exchanged for different sizes was a nightmare. Eventually, after the first time exchanging and the clothing still didn't fit, they refused to exchange or refund.
I was in a major pinch and needed to find a nice outfit FAST and honestly had forgotten how terrible the customer service was the first time as it was over 3 years prior. I did remember the sizing was quite large so I purchased two sizes of all the shirts I wanted in hopes to return the ones that didn't fit.
Not a single item fit and I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for a month with no responses.
I tried to "Submit a Ticket" (pictures attached) which is the only way you can exchange items or get a refund and every time it took me to a "502 Bad Gateway" page (picture attached). After trying, literally, 10+ times to submit a request for a refund, one finally went through but noone ever responded to the ticket.
In order to submit a ticket I needed to attach a picture. I was assuming a picture of the shirt not fitting correctly so that is what I uploaded. It didn't matter that the size of the picture or the content of the picture, it would not be accepted.
I emailed *******@rosegal.com 5+ times.
I called every number I could find through a google search that was possibly related to the website but not one took me to anything related to rosegal.com
The number on facebook, *******001, answered in a foreign language and hung up within 2 seconds. Other numbers I tried were: *******056 Foreign language and hung up within 2 seconds, *******470 TV/Internet Sales, *******056 Not a Connected Number, *******485 Magic Jack Customer
There are NO phone numbers on their website so the only way to try to get ahold of customer service is to "submit a ticket" which wouldn't go through.
I also contacted them on facebook with no response.
The return policy is that the items must be returned/exchanged within a month and now that I am 3 days away from a month, I guess I can basically say goodbye to the $285 I spent on 10 shirts and am now stuck with 10 shirts that a HUGE.

Site is easy to use but customer service literally does not exist.

I did not end up using any items as they were all way too big. I followed the sizing guidelines on each item I purchased and they were all so very unflatteringly huge!

Buyers beware! This so called company is a joke. Their phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails in 24 hours like they state. I've emailed them three times for instructions to return some dresses and it's been over 10 days and still no response. Fabric was cheap polyester. I'm ready to dispute the charges if possible. They should be reported to the better business bureau. Buy items from the USA only!

Didn't receive it, didn't get my refund, didn't get tracking info on the second one, then all of a sudden as im writing this the and i put in my ticket over the refund and putting image proof it all of a sudden was there instead of the $nan and no history. I placed an order May 29 2013, very excited that it was stated that I would receive it by June11th. I wanted to wear one of my new outfits for my birthday June 14. It is now Sept 21,2023 and I have never rec'd my order. Tracking it became impossible after a few weeks and when I tried to contact the company I've never been able to reach anyone via phone. And my emails have all been either ignored or it's been said it's been delivered. Maybe so but not to my address. I've requested refund or my merchandise with no luck with either. The "Solid Color Men's Retro Drawstring Knight Sweater" is really nice and came as pictured. I was only disappointed about the choice of colour: When I ordered it on my laptop I could only choose between gray and black. When I looked at it on my phone after ordering I saw that there would have been other options, which I would have chosen instead, like red and green.

The "Colorful Stripe Coral Velvet Large Area Rug" also looks like on the pictures. The only drawback is that you can see where it was folded for transport. That might disappear after a while though.

In total I liked the products and I was happy with my purchase.

This is a scam company. They ask for private information from you before they will even process your order. Who ever heard of having to provide a copy of your phone, utility, water, etc. bill when making a purchase? This isn't the DMV! It's a site where you can buy cheap crap, not get a passport! Anyway, I paid for my purchase with my credit card and against my better judgement I provided a copy of my electric bill. I received a reply from "customer service" that since I attached the bill to the wrong ticket my order was cancelled and a refund issued. Here's how a sale works. You choose an item, you pay for it, the merchant sends the item upon receipt of payment. Super simple transaction that has been used for centuries. But the fools from Rosegal apparently don't understand how business is done. I'm waiting for my refund and if I don't receive it soon I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Looks like I dodged a bullet anyway seeing as how so many people say the merchandise is crap. Maybe they want copies of your bill for nefarious reasons? Buyer beware. Don't make the mistake I did.

I absolutely regret ever even looking at this site absolutely the worst decision I ever made was to buy from rosegal took over 41 days to get my order and then my credit card was charged 4 times and noone can seem to help or resolve this, absolute crap the clothes are junk also when I finally got my order they are way WAY overpriced for the xrap you get

Annoying pop up ad and the cart for the items is stuck in the corner of the screen and when you are trying to check out this high pressure sales tactic for items I have no interest in keeps blocking me from checking out! With this type of hassle it discourages me from buying anything. Mane! Come on now cant you at least have a descent checkout area on your platform This also raises red flags for me. So better luck next time Ill just add ya to my do not do business list... therefore rosegal has been offically added right alone with walmart delivery service and walmart money debit card

If I could give a score lower than one star then I would this company is unconventional and a bunch of liars I ordered of three outfits from them after previously ordering from them and getting my orders my second order was sent to an address that did not exist and they're saying that I put the address in and refused to return my money worst company ever. I spent $92 on the original order and then paid another $15 for them to reship my order to the correct address. They are going to refund me $41 because they can't get the products to fill the order.

My situation is I ordered March 4th from you people Rosegal... I spent $148... Plus I paid for fast shipping the extra charges for that.to get my package faster...
I never received anything...
The problem was on Rosegal app I put my correct address on the app and it wouldn't put it on there right it said Indianapolis, Indiana, *******... Wen I put Greenfield... Indiana... *******...
Some reason my package was delivered to a whole different city!... Not Indiana at all...
It was delivered to Illinois...
I called Rosegal and told the man who answered thru Rosegal customer service... I told him that the app was showing wrong address... I told him the correct one... I told him app was acting up and not letting me change it. So he assured me that he would make sure address is corrected and it would get forward to the right address so it comes to me...
That was a phone call made in time...
Then I'm hearing my package of clothes went to Illinois... Nothing about Indiana!
I don't know how they got Illinois as the zip code when it's a Indiana zip code...
I have tried getting a hold of them again... Calling and I'm told a manager will call me back... That never happened!
This other guy said they will reach ups and get the package back and re deliver It to me...
If not they would just resend the clothes from the Rosegal company... I got nothing...
I've been told thru email when I tried to reach someone thru email... That it's my fault!... Gonna refund me $50 in credit... No way!... I needed the clothes... I spent way more then $148!... I want my clothes I paid for!... If someone doesn't take care of this matter my family attorney will!...

Ok so upon getting clothes entirely to BIG for me that I can't wear whatsoever, I tried returning so there's no instructions on how to in app or in the bag they came in! I called for 3 days got noone then I emailed and tried the live chat after hours everyday solid for three days on the chat I got noone! So I dispute with my card and they came to the conclusion that the charges were justified WHAT BULL$#*!!

I ordered 4 shirts 2 in 2x size and 2 in 3x size. Yes it took a over a month for the order to get to me. Cloths are in good quality. My review is more toward the sizing chart and sleeves. First two pictures are the 2 x. Based on the size chart for my hips and waist I am to be a 3x. The second picture with the flower print the chest is to big but I can sew that a bit tighter so it does not show bra. The 2x body fits perfect but the sleeves are tight. The 3x body is way to large but the sleeves are perfect. I can not win.
