I've been trying to get them to process the refund and it has been a major pain! They are trying to delay it so it reaches the 30-day return policy. The product looks cheap like kids' fake jewelry. Ordered, and it has been almost 2 weeks, and still in processing, I get it it's "hand made" but if you have a website advertising rings, they should already be in stock and made already, their customer service copy and pasted their responses, every email is the same generic it take 6-12 days to process, almost 2 week just to process what kind of jewelery it is. So if you dont like to wait forever go with a company based in the US where they have their ordering down and doesn't advertise jewelry that isn't even made yet, I'm never ordering from this place again!

The stitches on the mouth and side were shown to be black mine are silver. The ring is nice but the black missing takes away from the beauty.

Bought two rings as Christmas presents, as you can see in photos both gemstones were twisted/off centre so I sent them back for an exchange. They are now lost somewhere in the US and jeulia won't send out replacements or refund me so now I am £300 down and all I can claim back is £50 through royal mail. Stay clear of this company

I ordered my wife a new wedding band set. Well I ordered the incorrect size and when I realized my mistake I ordered the correct size. I received both sets so I followed the return directions to a tee and jeulia already received my unopened untouched return and still have not returned my money yet? I have tried emailing the company and they can't even respond to that. I mean they are really unfair and ridiculous. I wouldn't purchase a dog collar from them let alone anything else..

Love this ring. It's absolutely beautiful. Only thing is, it snags on EVERYTHING! I contacted the customer service and originally thought I had been ignored but it was only a misunderstanding. They're replacing the ring for me. Would definitely recommend

Did not like the ring in person. Did not wear it or remove the tags. The return policy is a joke. Customer service will do everything to prevent a return.

I went to go and buy these items, but as soon as I did FRAUD ALERT, from my card's bank, IMMEDIATELY called and deactivated my card. This is frustrating because all of the reviews I read were promising and seemed legit. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY! I don't know how in the world the got on Newsweek That's what lured me in, but this company is horrible! They are a scam! I brought rings for my wedding and one of them turned from gold to black in 2 weeks.

When I tried to return the band because it was too big, they would not give me a refund and harassed me to accept store credit. They even took back the free shipping by deducting from the store credit they forced on me. Their practices are crooked and unethical.

I bought 3 pieces of jewelry from this company. After about 3 weeks I finally got a tracking number. When the order was delivered I opened it to look over everything and to my surprise I only received one piece of jewelry, the least expensive at that and the 'free gift' with purchase. I immediately contact them. Now it has been endless emails back and for being asked the same questions over - just worded differently. Instead of trying to make things 'right' for their customer they are placing blame. At this point they are blaming the shipper DHL.

UPDATE 2:. It is March 18th, my ring has finally arrived and it is absolutely gorgeous and the fit is perfect. I ordered it on January 14th 2021 so it took a while to come in but each time I contacted them they were swift to reply and help me. I cannot say I will order from them again because of the wait time but the ring is amazing. It does not feel cheap. I will leave a final update after I wear it for a while to let you all know how it does through wear and tear. I could not get the best picture of it, I bought the engagement ring with a wedding band to go inside of it.

UPDATE: it is currently 2/20/2021 over a month since I have ordered 1 ring, it was not a specialized order, didn't need an engraving or anything. I've contacted customer support multiple times and just keep getting told "give it a few more days". I am getting more and more disappointed. I have spent almost $200 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Again, please read all reviews, make sure they are real. I unfortunately did not.

I ordered 1 ring almost 1 month ago now and it's still in the processing phase. I contacted them about it when it was after 14 days (their site says 7-9 process days) and they said they will put my order on a priority list but it didn't make a difference. I wanted to wait to leave a review until I got the ring but by the looks of it, it isn't ever coming. I'm feel so sad that I wasted this money on a ring when I could've bought one from an actual reputable seller. Please read ALL reviews before buying :( if ever receive it I will leave an update review on my honest opinion but so far I'm not too happy

At first, I'll admit the rose gold ring with the chocolate Jeulia stone was stunning, absolutely beautiful! Could pass for the real thing. However, after my wife wore the ring for less than a week the rose gold plating has already started rubbing off revealing the silver base. She works in an office, so there's no reason why the plating should have come off like this. I was extremely pleased when I got the ring, but now hugely disappointed that the jewelry is junk.

I ordered a number of rings from them in a short period of time. I am not happy with 3 of them and sent a picture of them seeking help. Instead of trying to help, they responded that I obviously removed the tags and therefore the rings were not returnable. I then replied with a picture showing the tags are CLEARLY still on the rings and asked how to resolve. They have since refused to reply - I warned I will be submitting this to my credit card company asking for a FULL CREDIT since they refuse to answer me. One of the worst problems is that they tell you a stupid way to measure your fingers and then they send you ring sizes based on Chinese sizes. The 2 I'm keeping do not fit on the fingers I planned for them. This company SUCKS!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. READ THE ANSWERS TO REVIEWS ABOVE AND SEE THEY CHEAT PEOPLE. THE WEDDING RING WAS THE WORST ONE THOUGH.

I returned two orders that didn't fit and requested cash refund. They provided store credit and said that since items were returned, shipping to me was no longer Free and they deducted it from the amount they owed me. The whole process was a pain. They do everything in their power to keep your money. I don't think I will see a penny of the money

Don’t expect to get your money back if you make a return. I asked for cash back and they gave me store credit, charged me for the “Free Shipping” and deducted it from my “store credit” because item was returned.

I wouldn't give it one start, I've been waiting a whole month and it still hasn't shown up asked for a refund and told No as its still in shipment and hasn't made it to it's destination.(my address) I wasted $300NZ money on this site that states it's in NZ when it's a cheap store from china definitely don't waste your money go to Michele hill or Pasco

I wrote a scathing review to the terrible experiences I'd had with them. In reply, they blamed 95% on ME! BLAME IT ON THE CUSTOMER - THAT WILL DEFINITELY BRING THEM BACK! (NEVER AGAIN!). This company is MOSTLY SCAM with a VERY THIN VENEER OF REAL - enough to try and keep an air of respectability. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PHONIES!

I have written to company 4 times for an address to ship my rings to to exchange for smaller rings and still haven't received a reply.Its now past the 30 days and am worried they will scam me and tell me I'm past the time for returns not happy at all with service

In an effort to save time, I decided to order 2 of the same ring - in 2 sizes thinking I would keep the one that fit and return the other since they advertise a 30 day refund. I wrongly asssumed it would be easier that way rather than exchanging and waiting. The return process has been frustrating at best. Their customer service has been awful - they continuously try to get me to to just accept a "store credit" rather than receceive the refund amount I am due. I have now stated, in writing SEVEN times that I am NOT interested in any kind of credit and the "team" emails me again today offering additional funds if I take a credit. Which, even with the additional funds, does not equal what I paid. The ring I ordered was $129.00. They offered me a refund of $68.75 but state they will give me an additional$13.75 if I accepted a store credit instead. That is still $46.50 missing from the original cost. Even though the ring I kept has had no issues so far, I absolutely regret ever using this company. If not refunded in full by the end of tomorrow, I will be proceeding with a charge back from my bank. Save yourself frustration, find somewhere else.

If you order any jewelry from Jeulia beware, if you are not satisfied with your purchase Good Luck returning they make it very difficult it took 5 days of emails asking for a return label or return procedure and they would just keep asking me to consider store credit before they finally gave me the info for a return, I had to pay to ship back and they deducted there shipping cost from my return.

I placed an order in May.
It Was meant to be a Beautiful Gift to Grandma for her 80th Birthday.
However,
I have Not received my order.
Had continued to seek support via email through Jeulia and kept receiving the same email.
Once I asked for a refund I stopped receiving emails back.
Extremely annoyed, disappointed and can not believe the level of unprofessionalism.

My fiance purchase a ring almost two months ago, never received and the website says that the item can't be track... yeah i feel i will never get the ring dans that my fiance just lost a lot of money... don't buy from them if your dont want to losse money
